[Hogun]

(ooc: January 9th. Evening.)

Eugene was nervous as guards escorted him and left him here. He was dressed in a blue tanktop and blue shorts. He knew it was to show off his mark on his neck to the world even if his master never said it. His master had no need of him at the moment and he'd finished his chores. It seemed he was being rewarded by allowing to hang out with the other slaves. He hadn't seen much of them since he was dragged here. It'd be nice to talk to people again who weren't going to punish him. He sighed taking a seat on a chair waiting for the others to arrive.

Hogun was the next to arrive having his own escort who left. It took him awhile to adjust to Midgardian clothing but he got used to it. He was wearing a blue T-shirt and very tight blue jeans. He didn't mind how tight they were as he'd seen Trigger looking at him a few times to Hogun's delight. He would make sure to wear these jeans more often. He saw that there were guards standing outside the door preventing them from leaving. He figured Trigger must have arranged this as he was too busy. So he didn't have to stay alone in Trigger's room or worse in a cell. He smiled recognizing Eugene and walked over to him. He froze noticing the mark on Eugene's neck realizing he had been claimed by one of the Chituari as a slave.

"I'm sorry you've become a Chitauri slave. But if you behave yourself and don't get into any trouble they should leave you alone." said Hogun.

Victor was escorted in wearing a green tanktop and green shorts. He was getting used to regular clothing eve though he still didn't like it. He knew the only reason he was here was Killian was busy and he almost wished he had the solitute of a cell. He ignored Hogun and Eugene for the moment and took a seat.

Thor was escorted in next. He was dressed in a black T-shirt and blue jeans. Evan had made sure they were all dressed comfortably and had made sure most of their duties were to tending to his injuries or his bedroom. They still had to sweep and clean other rooms occasionally but their work had been reduced. Which gave him more time with Jane which he was grateful for. He hoped Jane would be brought here soon. He hated to be apart from her very long. He had a feeling Gerdy and Rene would be here as well. He spotted Eugene and Hogun walking up to them and ignored Victor.

"Hogun good to see you." said Thor.

He saw the Chituari mark on Eugene's neck realizing he had indeed been claimed. He heard Hogun's words to Eugene and he nodded silently. He didn't really have anything to ad. He pitied Eugene and felt bad for wishing no one else especially Jane and Hogun had ended up as a Chitauri slave.

[Gerdy]

"Hogun!" Jane replied with evident delight as a escort took her here. She was dressed in a light purple blouse with blue jeans. She was somewhat friendly with Hogun before he moved in with Trigger. She went near where Thor, Eugene and Hogun were and beamed in delight. She went over and saw Eugene and sadly smiled for him "Hi Eugene. I'm really glad to see you too" She felt horrible for the kid. He was suffering a lot. She was actually glad that Evan took them in before she too could be claimed by someone. Otherwise she would've been away from thor or worse; end up like Eugene. She saw victor ignore them all and instinctively she went closer to Thor, worried he might bounce on them.

"Alright, alright" Gerdy mumbled as escorts calmly took her to the meeting room. She still HATED to be dragged around and touched but she knew Evan was busy and had no choice but to have them taken here. She was dressed in a tan tanktop and black jeans. She saw Victor brooding away from the small group. Due to her immediate dislike and distrust, Gerdy too went to the group. She had no time for nonsense from this idiot. She was glad Evan took them in, that and Victor was in no power. She would've hated being his slave. Gerdy went over and looked Eugene over and immediately saw the mark "The nerve of that alien, markin' ye like a cow. I'm real sorry lad" She kept her voice down but it was loud enough for the group to hear.

Rene came last. Her outit was a loose white blouse and black sweatpants. Unlike many, Rene actually had compassion for Victor. He had everything taken from him, of course Victor was going to be completely bitter. To be fair he DID cause some high treason but he was being punished for it. Besides, everyone was away from him. Rene waved hello before hesitantly going over to Victor. She knew it was risky going over to him, for he had a supposedly bad temper, but Rene didn't feel right just going to her friends and having Victor be all alone. She went over, arms length away but she kept eye contact "Hello there" A greeting. A good place to start right?

[Victor Von Doom/Dr. Doom]

Hogun grinned at the group.

"I'm pleased to know that Lady Jane and Lady Gerdy are safe and well. Prince Evan was wise to save those he could. If only he'd tried sooner." said Hogun.

Hogun winced at Eugene's tone and knew he was right. The Other was definitely cruel from what he'd heard. Eugene seemed to get off easy though compared to the stories he'd heard of what The Other and other Chitauri had done to their prisoners.

"I'm glad he didn't go that far. You do not deserve to be treated like this. You should keep your temper in check. Getting angry won't help any of us." said Hogun.

Hogun paused surprised as well.

"He better not hurt Lady Rene or he will regret it." said Hogun.

Eugene smiled at them.

"I'm glad to see you guys as well. I was beginning to think I'd be stuck in a cell or my master's rooms. I know they don't have to let us talk. He could lock me in his closet if he wanted to and I'd have no choice." said Eugene.

He paused glancing at the mark on his neck.

"It's for me to know I belong to him and I represent him. I can't fail in my duties or I'd be punished. And once was enough. He entered my mind and it hurt. He's some kind of telepath. I think he could have killed me or at least put me into a coma if he kept continuing." said Eugene.

Eugene paused hearing Hogun and sighed.

"I know that. I wish I'd never lost my temper in the first place. But now it's too late for me." said Eugene.

Eugene smiled glancing over at Rene and Victor.

"Why is she trying to be kind to him? I mean I lost my temper but he attacked the king's consort. He's lucky to be still breathing." said Eugene.

He was shocked to see Victor actually smile at her and then kiss her hand.

"Wow. I didn't see that coming. Is he flirting with her?" said Eugene.

Thor paused looking at him sadly. He was horrified to hear what The Other had done.

"Mental torture. I've heard the stories but I thought they were just exaggerating. I am very sorry you have to go through that." said Thor.

He looked at Jane and wrapped his arms around her holding her close. He needed to reassure himself she was safe. If she'd ended up int he clutches of the Other or someone else she could have been really hurt. He paused pulling her aside as he pulled her into a hug.

"I just had to hold you. Even for a moment. After hearing what happened to Eugene I'm so grateful it didn't happen to you. I'd take any torture but you are the woman I love. Hogun's one of my best friends. And I've even started to become close to the other Midgardians here like Rene and Gerdy . I'd save Eugene in a heartbeat if I could." said Thor.

He paused wondering if he could exchange himself for Eugene somehow. But he doubted The Other or Loki would approve it. He paused glancing over at Rene and Victor as well.

"I do not know. Perhaps she feels sorry for him. He did lose his freedom and his kingdom. Even though he deserved that and more for what he did." said Thor.

Victor paused looking up at Rene surprised anyone came to talk to him. He thought he'd alienated everyone here. Not that he wanted friends. But there was something about her that made her not want to go. It wouldn't hurt to talk to someone after all. But for once he was at a loss for words and had no idea what to say to her. When she said hello he smiled at her.

"Hello." said Victor.

He paused wondering why he was being so foolish and then the realization hit him. Did he have feelings for this woman he'd just met? They had barely even said a few words to each other. And his last relationship with Sue had ended so badly. Of course he'd retaliated by trying to kill her, her brother, her boyfriend and their rock mascot. He regained his composure trying not to show weakness.

"It's a pleasure to meet you my lady. My name is Victor." said Victor.

He took her hand and kissed it.

[Rene Hullan]

"Yeah but I'm just glad Evan got us in time. It's sad though that it was a bit too late for some of us" Jane of course meant Eugene but she didn't want to mention any names to not annoy the boy. She then listened to Eugene both express relief that he was here and expression of his master called the other. The Other had quite the negative reputation and the very name sent shivers down the mortal's spine. She sighed "I'm so sorry, Eugene. I wouldn't wish any of the stuff you went through even on my worst enemy" She then rubbed her face "God, mental torture. That's something you hear in horror movies"

"Very lucky. I don't get Rene sometimes. She's very kind but... Why? I don't get why she's nice to everybody, including bad people" Jane murmured as Rene was seen talking to Victor, she was responding to both Hogun and Eugene. She then nodded a bit at Gerdy's rather bold comment "I hate to say it but Gerdy has a point. Rene's being a bit careless" She then was pulled away and grabbed into a tight hug from Thor. Hearing his words made her hug just as tight, the fear of Thor being in a position similar scared her too. Though she just listened and tried to smile "You're a good man, that's why I love you. I'm really grateful that you're okay too"

"Why that no-good, self-centered, blood-hungry blockhead!" Gerdy expressed, stomping her foot in absolute rage as Eugene updated himself. That he was marked to be reminded and to be known as the other's slave. It didn't make her any less angry when she heard he was mentally tortured and nearly killed. "If I had the strength, I'd knock it to em" Gerdy muttered. She couldn't help herself but give Eugene a small hug "You poor soul. I don't know ye but nobody deserves what you got"

Then the attention went to Rene and she rolled her eyes. Gerdy, like Jane, liked her for her kindness. But unlike Jane, she was also very annoyed and displeased with her as a whole. Gerdy was the exact opposite of rene. That is why Rene seemed to rub her off the wrong way. She replied, to the group, soft for them only to hear "Because she's a idiot, lads. She thinks everythin' is sunshine and rainbows. She's just a naïve person who tries the best for everythin', even for someone who could've killed a good lad like Johnny" Gerdy hated Victor and did not trust him. Especially since she liked a majority of the slaves and he looked upon them as weak. That and she also really liked Johnny.

She raised a interested eyebrow as Thor defended her a little bit. Explaining that Rene probably pitied him "Maybe but she's still a fool. That man did high treason yet he's gettin' better off than justice should've given him. Honestly, if the king killed em, it wouldn't be a loss for me" Gerdy kept her voice lower but it was enough for Hogun, Eugene, Thor and Jane to hear.

Rene smiled triumphantly that he didn't seem appalled by her. If anything, he seemed rather interested in her. She beamed as she got a hello in return. This man did seem very much like a king, he spoke with a authority and with a firm politeness. She giggled as he began to hesitate in what to say. For a former king, he was acting really cute right now. But she held her tongue to not embarrass him. She then blushed as he kissed her hand, replying softly "A pleasure to meet you as well, Victor. I am Rene. You seem to want some company"

[Eugene "Flash" Thompson]

Hogun nodded sadly.

"At least you are safe and he's let you come visit us. I feel guilty knowing Trigger and Prince Evan are kinder masters. I'd have asked Trigger to be your master if I could." said Hogun.

Hogun was shocked hearing Eugene's confession and shook his head.

"We've all done things we're not proud of. But no one deserves to be treated like this. Especially you." said Hogun.

Hogun turned from Eugene to Thor and was surprised to hear Thor's words. And yet there was a ring of truth to it.

"You are partially right Thor. But I think in time you could have become a great king. You were never given the chance or time to learn." said Hogun.

Eugene smiled at them.

"Thank you guys. But now I believe it's just my fault. I was the one who shot my mouth off. I was the bully in high school. It's kharma. I'm being punished for my mistakes in the past. But I'm glad the rest of you are safe." said Eugene.

He sighed glancing at Gerdy when she wasn't looking.

"Especially Gerdy." thought Eugene.

He blushed wondering where that thought came from. I mean she was older and he couldn't deny she was gorgeous. But what would she possibly see in him? Especially after he'd just admitted to be a bully in school. Maybe he'd lose what little sympathy he had with her and the others. He didn't want to be alone but he didn't want to lie to them either. He was surprised at the encouraging words and smiled gratefully.

"I'm just grateful you're still talking to me." said Eugene.

Thor sighed.

"It is her decision but we will keep an eye on them. And intervene if he tries to hurt her." said Thor.

He turned to Jane and grinned.

"I'm glad you think so. As much as I enjoy your company part of me wishes you were safe on Earth away from all this. Even if I never saw you again." said Thor.

Thor paused hearing Eugene's confession and was shocked at his self doubt and putting himself down.

"Eugene you are not to blame. None of us are. Loki is the one who took over and brought us here, and enslaved us. I was too naieve and arrogant to be a good king. I see that now. Loki has skills I do not. Father chose the wrong son to be king and now all the realms suffer because of it." said Thor.

Victor smiled at her. He glanced over seeing some of the others glance or even glare at him. He guessed they were talking about them no doubt.

"It seems your friends don't approve of you talking to me. Probably will try to turn you against me. I overreacted with Johnny I suppose but he didn't have to punish me like this. Take my country and my title. Latveria is my country. My family has ruled it for generations and it was stolen from me." said Victor.

He nodded.

"I'd love your company. Even if you get bored of me one day. Or your friends convince you to stay away from me. You're like a bright light in all this darkness." said Victor.

[Rene Hullan]

"He's right Eugene. Just because you've done questionable stuff like bullying doesn't mean you should be bullied too. There's other ways to handle things" Jane replied, agreeing with Hogun completely. He was just a kid. He didn't need to be punished so severely. She then smiled softly to Thor and held his hand then gasped a little as his own confession "Thor, you can't blame yourself either. This is nobody's fault. At least not in this room. Loki makes his own decisions"

"You have a point lads, the poor boy doesn't deserve the treatment's he's got" Gerdy replied to Thor and Hogun as Eugene made his rather open confession. Gerdy had a problem with bullies but even she knew it was wrong to punish a young man like this. "You need to learn, not to be punished. Bullyin' is just anger taken immaturely and tat's alright" Gerdy didn't know why she was so protective of this person in particular but she didn't question it. He seemed like a good kid and he was pretty cute for some reason. Gerdy then snorted as Thor pointed out it was Rene's decision "Maybe but it's still a dumb decision"

"Come on lad, you're not contagious of some virus. Ya got a good heart" Gerdy even smiled softly for Eugene.

Rene looked over to the group and scoffed. She rarely scoffed. She replied "Let them talk. They are so focused on being right rather than good. I do not judge. I cannot judge. It is not in my nature. Yes, what you did is worthy of punishment, but you are paying more than bargained for. If you were killed that is the highest price, yet having your home taken is almost as bad" She didn't speak so loud, knowing the group would probably comment on that. But she didn't care, but she DID care about Victor's pride. She at least deserved to give him some dignity.

"I listen to no one other than myself, Victor. They can talk and beg but my mind is my own. I serve with humility and humility gives me great access to people. Do not worry about them. I surely don't" With a bit of triumph, she sat near Victor and replied "They will realize that they could have been in this position and realize that they would want company also" She smiled "Keep talking to me. Please ignore them. They do not speak for me"

[Eugene "Flash" Thompson]

Eugene shrugged.

"There's nothing I can do about it now. I'm been branded like a cattle and just expected to be a good slave. I don't want to be punished like that again." said Eugene.

He shivered just thinking about it.

"I thank you for the concern though. It's nice to know some people here care about me." said Eugene.

He is surprised as Thor pulls him into a hug and relaxes into the embrace trying not to cry. When Hogun also said they were friends Eugene smiled weakly.

"Thank you." said Eugene.

He smiled glancing over at Gerdy and Jane.

"Thank you, ladies, as well. I suppose the only comfort I have is he didn't take anyone else. I'll gladly accept the punishment as long as I know the rest of you will stay safe." said Eugene.

Thor shook his head.

"I know it's no one's fault but I blame myself. I should have been there for my brother more. His punishment was too severe but now he can't take it back even if he wants to. Or he'd appear weak." said Thor.

When he hears Eugene's words he pulls the boy into a tight hug.

"No one should feel that no one cares. Never doubt you have friends here." said Thor.

Thor blinked in surprise at Eugene's words.

"It wouldn't be right if one of us was in your place. It's still wrong. But I can understand not wanting to see other suffer." said Thor.

Hogun is quiet as everyone else speaks. When Eugene speaks it nearly breaks his heart. It reminds him of his conversations with Trigger. Eugene is starting to break and who knows if the Other will try to put him together again. Or just leave him broken. When Thor hugs Eugene Hogun pats him on the back.

"Thor is right. You have friends. We'll always be here for you." said Hogun.

Victor sighed.

"It wasn't just my home. It was my kingdom. My birthright. And now I have nothing." said Victor.

Victor is surprised at her kindness and doesn't push her away. Despite his desire to sulk, he doesn't want to be alone either.

"Alright. I'll ignore the others. You seem more intelligent and far more pleasant to be around than them anyway." said Victor.

[Rene Hullan]

"Don't give up just yet, love. There's always a way" Because of Gerdy's inner fighting spirit, she believed everyone deserved to have a fighting spirit too. Gerdy saw how broken Eugene seemed to be and it honestly broke her heart. He then was comforted by everyone for exclaiming he liked feeling cared about. "Ya damn right ya got friends. We will find somethin' for ya. I know I'll look out for ya mate. I'll keep a eye out for you" Gerdy had no idea why she was so insistent and protective. This kid and her met just now. But something about him exclaimed something good for her.

"Maybe he can't take it back. But that doesn't mean it's your fault. I don't think you need to blame yourself" Jane insisted. She then held her breath as she saw Eugene seem so depressed and down. "Thor's right. Nobody deserves this" Well maybe victor but I'm not gonna say that Jane thought to herself. She gave a very small glance, seeing rene talk to Victor and clearly it was something encouraging because the former king stopped looking at them and was paying attention to her

"No. Not true. You do have something" She patted his leg before holding onto his hand loosely. It was open for him to reject her hand but it was a indication that she was here for him. She had too much sympathy for him. Too much of that motherly concern within her. "You can always get it back. Nothing in this world is permanent. Do not be in despair, dear Victor. Be prideful in yourself. You have plenty to be prideful for still. Like you are intelligent, you're courageous, you're handso---Um, please forgive me. I am being too talkative" Rene blushed like a beet, wanting not to embarrass herself and him she commenced to shut up and change the subject.

"I like to be pleasant with everyone, dear victor. I am a simple woman. I do not have any royal background. And frankly, I do not see myself as royal. I suppose I am not worthy of a throne. Too much power. I am terrified of failing. So I live a humble life" Rene was very confused to why she was so open with him yet with no one else. Maybe it was his confidence even when sulking. Maybe it was his mannerisms. Maybe he just had a spark in his eyes. She didn't know

[Eugene "Flash" Thompson]

Eugene sighed.

"Not unless my master releases me or dies. And even then I'll probably be passed to another master." said Eugene.

He smiled at Gerdy's enthusiasm.

"It's nice to know I'm not alone though. I haven't seen my parents or friends since this happened. You guys are all I really have and I'm lucky if I'll even get to see you. Especially if my master doesn't want me to." said Eugene.

Eugene smiled at the rest of the group glad to have their support.

"Thank you all." said Eugene.

Hogun is quiet listening to the others.

"You will always have us to look on. I know Thor best and I met Lady Jane before Loki took over. But the rest of you are still fairly new to me but I consider you friends." said Hogun.

Thor patted Eugene on the back.

"And you always will have us. Whether we've been friends for years or a few days it doesn't matter. I don't abandon my friends." said Thor.

Victor paused as she sopke.

"No you're not. You're one of the few people here who treats me like a person. Well the only one since Loki punished me." said Victor.

He smiled seeing her blush at her compliment.

"I thank you for the compliment. You are quite beautiful yourself Rene."

Victor nodded.

"Well you definitely are more dignified and beautiful than any ladies of the court of Latveria. You are quite humble and that makes you a lot more appealing than women who'd just want me for my throne or my riches." said Victor.

[Rene Hullan]

"It's true, love, you'll have us. And we won't go anywhere. I'll fight to the death for ya however I need too" Gerdy replied, insistent. Again, she wasn't so sure why she was being so protective. But she was and Eugene was getting it. She held his shoulder and replied "I ain't scared of ya master. I'll always be your friend no matter what he says"

"Well I believe everyone is entitled to some kindness. And that includes you. You made a mistake. That is how I see it" Rene replied gently. She blushed a little as Victor praised her for being so humble. Then she was called beautiful and she turned in shock "Really? You find me beautiful? You're too kind, dear victor" She then blushed again as Victor found her better than most of the women in his country. Rene smiled "Well I do not think it is appealing to be greedy or selfish. It shows on your face and it is very exhausting I feel. I do not feel power is in my nature. I look for a simple life. With a simple group of friends and a nice family"

[Eugene "Flash" Thompson]

Victor & Rene:

Victor smiled.

"You are a better person that me. But I am grateful for your kindness." said Victor.

He nodded.

"Of course you are. You are like a beautiful rose in this desert of a palace." said Victor.

Victor sighed.

"I fought so hard to get to the top and now I've lost everything. My kingdom, my power, my freedom. I have nothing until I met you. You give me a hope for a future. Maybe I'll have to start over again. I always did love a challenge. But it'd be nice to have someone by my side." said Victor.

He paused leaning forward and giving her a long kiss on the lips.

The others:

Eugene grinned.

"You're an incredible woman. Thank you for the offer. I wouldn't want anything happened to you." said Eugene.

Eugene smiled as he held her close.

"I wish I could have met you before all this mess. You could have knocked me down a peg or two. I never realized how full of myself I was. And how much of a bully I was. It hurts when you're on the other end being bullied. I was just a rich jock whose parents ignored him and friends were just as shallow as he was. They weren't my real friends. I guess for the first time I realized I was always alone even when surrounded by people." said Eugene.

Eugene smiled as Thor, Hogun and Jane too.

"Thank you. For the first time I actually have friends." said Eugene.

Hearing Hogun's words of being a new family he smiled.

"I'd like that." said Eugene.

He heard the others seeing the couple kissing in the corner.

"I don't think anyone expected that Thor." said Eugene.

Eugene chuckled seeing Thor kiss Jane.

"Looks like love is in the air." said Eugene.

He laughed as Hogun spoke again.

"That's ok. I prefer the two of us to be friends anyway." said Eugene.

Thor paused hearing Eugene's confessions and felt bad for the boy.

"You have seen the error of your ways and wish to change. Not many can say that. But you don't deserve to live like this anymore than the rest of us. Well except for maybe one." said Thor.

He glanced at Victor and was shocked to see him kiss Rene.

"Well I didn't expect to see that." said Thor.

He glanced at Jane and held her close enjoying what brief time he had with her. He then pulled her into a kiss no doubt surprising her. He pulled back with a grin.

"I don't know when the next time I'll be allowed to see you. So I wish to commit to memory how good it feels to kiss you. And your beauty. Your laughter. Everything about you." said Thor, practically tuning out the rest of the world as he was now only focused on Jane.

Hogun nodded and felt sad hearing Eugene's story of his home life.

"That sounds awful. I'm glad you're with us now. We can be your friends and a new family in a way. One that looks out for each other." said Hogun.

He watched in shock as Victor kissed Rene.

"Wow. Wonder how she'll react." said Hogun, thinking out loud.

He paused hearing Eugene's words and teased him.

"Don't get any ideas. I'm not interested." said Hogun.

Victor And Rene

Rene smiled, seeing a kindness in victor that not the others saw. Ignoring them, she only focused on Victor. She blushed more as he compared her to a rose in the desert "You humble me, dear victor. Truly, thank you for your words" Rene then nodded sympathetically as Victor replied he lost everything thanks to what he did. But she widened her eyes when he claimed he now had her by his side and that she gave him hope. She was about to respond supportively when Victor kissed her. Despite the others, she didn't hear their statements. She could only hear her heartbeat, which practically pounded. After a small while, she was blushing red and held Victor's face replying softly "Victor, I.. Of course I will be by your side. There's no where else I'd rather be" She then gave him a more gentler kiss

The Others

Jane was surprised. Very surprised. She was so surprised she didn't expect thor to come closer to her. Jane commented "Well, um, that was cu--whoa!" She then laughed as she got picked up by thor and got a kiss from him. Like Rene, all she could hear was her heartbeat but she kissed him just as happily as he kissed her. She then beamed as Thor spoke to her about how much he wanted to appreciate everything about her and ingrain it to his memory. She replied "I want to make this last too, Thor. Let's just enjoy the time we have as much as we can" She then kissed him again happily

Gerdy, however, wasn't impressed with the romance. More or less amused. She crossed her arms and shrugged before hugging Eugene back when he hugged her. She then smirked "I wasn't the nicest kid either, lad. I was tougher then than I am now. But if I saw ya I'd definitely shape ya up" She joked, giving a amused chuckle at what she said. She then held his shoulder and replied softly "Well we're here now and it's good that we met anyway" She then frowned a bit as he continued the story and smiled softly at Hogun's suggestion of family. She then chuckled at Eugene's comment about thor and jane "Ah, you'll find someone lad. Someday" She had a small warmth within her after she said that. She wasn't talking about herself... was she?

"Your welcome." said Victor.

Victor's grin grew as she spoke again.

"Thank you. I know we may not get to see each other often so I want to spend as much time as I can with you. Whether it's an hour or a few minutes." said Victor.

"I'm glad we agree." said Thor.

When she kissed again he enjoyed it returning it eagerly. He wrapped his arms around her holding her close as if he wished he could keep her in his arms always and keep her safe.

"Even a jerk like Doom finds love. Maybe I'm just cursed." said Eugene.

Eugene grinned as Hogun and Gerdy tried to cheer him up and he smiled.

"If only I could find someone like you." said Eugene.

He realized he said that out loud and blushed turning away not sure if he could face her after what he'd just said.

Hogun was amused Thor and Jane were lost in each other and turned to Eugene. He shook his head.

"You are not cursed. You'll find love. It just may take some time." said Hogun.

Rene couldn't help but smile again as Victor said he wanted to spend as much time with her as possible. She leaned closer to him and replied "I want to take advantage of our time also. I want to spend as much time as I can" She then held his hand tightly and replied "I will find a way to see you more often. My master is kind and he will allow me to see you as much as I can" She was naive but hopeful evan would understand she cared about victor. As much as she was aware evan was Loki's brother, evan wouldn't seperate lovers when he himself was a advocate of people staying together with families. He would hopefully understand.

Jane kissed Thor back, holding him close, relieved to be close with him. Nothing in her mind was ever as perfect as this. She hoped nothing kept them apart. And with determination nothing would, not even slavery or a war. She held him close as they kissed, ignoring the fiddle foddle of everything else. Enjoying her companion and enjoying his company.

Gerdy felt a little sad as Eugene insulted himself more, calling himself cursed. Gerdy shook her head and nodded as Hogun disagreed, saying he had a chance like everyone else. She was about to say more when he admitted he wished for someone like her. She was stunned but surprisingly relieved he said that. She did have some feelings for the kid so maybe it was satisfying to hear him have feelings back. She came closer and pulled his head up and replied gently "Maybe you can. Maybe you have. All you gotta do is ask me, love"

"I'm glad we're in agreement./" said Victor.

Victor smiled.

"Well I'm glad you have a nice master. Now I don't have to worry about you while we're apart." said Victor.

Thor pulled apart reluctantly knowing she might need to breathe and grinned.

"Any time with you always feels too short. And yet right now it feels like an eternity since I walked into this room. Right now part of me wishes this day would never end so we wouldn't have to part." said Thor.

He was one of the few lucky ones to be with Jane as Evan's slaves but they were busy doing their duties most of the time. So the only time they were really allowed to be alone was times like this.

Rene felt herself feel a bit light-headed. She assumed it was because she was happy and nervous at the same time. It didn't bother her though. She wanted this feeling to last. Victor really didn't seem so bad. He wasn't as scary as everyone thought he would be. She then held his hand some more and replied "I hope your master is nice also. That is all I want"

Jane smiled back after their kiss, listening to thor's words. She nodded, feeling also kind of grateful for today "I wish this day didn't have to end either. It's hard being apart from you. I always am grateful though. Because any time with you is the best" She held him close after saying this. Today must've been a emotional day. Cause Jane genuinely felt appreciative, more than any other day. She kissed him again and replied softly "I wish we didn't have work sometimes, makes me miss you a lot"

Gerdy turned to hogun with a amused smirk and was about to bite back at him before eugene asked if she was truly sincere. Gerdy couldn't help but blush. Normally she wouldn't be so open to a guy but eugene seemed like a adorable, cute person. And gerdy had a soft spot for a handsome face and nice personality. Gerdy smiled and nodded "Aye love. I am interested. So what'd ya say? I can get me master to work somethin' out for us to get a date. Or whatever ya want. I like ya eugene"
