(ooc: January 3rd. Morning. And now the song is playing in my head. xd) Doom yawned as he woke up realizing he was still in his room. But a collar was around his neck similar to what the slaves were wearing. He clenched his fists in anger. What was going on here? He quickly changed and got dressed. Doom was dressed in all black and he found he couldn't slip his helmet on with the collar so he left his armor in his room. Hefound a note requesting his presence in the throne room and he'd learn more about the collar. He left his room and stormed into the throne room when there were no guards to announce him which was bizarre. As he walked in he saw no one at first. But then he realized Johnny was sitting next to the empty throne room as if waiting for Loki. "Where is Loki? Or did he send you to tell me why I'm wearing this collar? I'm not a slave. Or a pathetic dog like you lying at your master's feet. Tell me what's going on!" said Doom. He raised his hand to fire electricity but nothing happened. He frowned realizing the collar was blocking his powers. XXXX Johnny smirked as Doom walked in. He saw he wasn't wearing his armor and smirked. This could be interesting. He saw the collar and Doom's words and glared at him standing up furious. "He's on his way and you better watch your temper Doom. I'm Doom's consort. Perhaps one day we'd be married and then you'd be bowing down to me." said Johnny. He clenched his fist in anger as Doom referenced him being a dog again. Johnny punched Doom giving him a black eye as Doom hadn't expected it but then Johnny's collar constricted as Johnny stepped back gasping for air as the collar returned to normal. This collar made it really hard for him to defend himself. He'd have to ask Loki if he could make some changes to it. I mean what if Doom tried to kill him. He'd have to let him or end up dying because the collar choked him. XXXX Doom glared at Johnny's words in annoyance. 'How dare you! I'm the king of Latveria and one of Loki's generals. You will show me some respect boy or I'll...." He trailed off when he heard footsteps and turned around to face a very angry Loki. |

"You'll what?! Hurt him? Kill him? Make him pay? After all you did to him I would think you would use some humility" Loki demanded as he came into the room with a very enraged look upon his face. He was all in his golden attire like as if this was a important meeting. His helmet and armor were on and his staff was right beside him as he hastely walked. He saw Doom have a black eye and smirked, having a feeling he deserved it and saw Johnny gasping. Loki instantly felt bad for some reason but despite that it hurt his consort, he still wished to wait to trust Johnny. Besides, Doom was to be punished so he would do the more painful aspects, not Johnny. Johnny could mock and enjoy it though
"You're wearing that collar because Johnny told me some VERY disrespectful things that you did to him. Trying to kill my consort is high treason. As is trying to kill his family. Not to mention I saw you be extremely rude to him when we first met, calling him a dog and making him feel unworthy as mine" Loki said, temper flaring by this point. He wanted to kill this man but Johnny said no due to his compassion. Loki had admiration for Johnny to still be kind towards his enemies, enough to agree to spare doom. "You should be begging for my consort's forgiveness because the only reason you are still breathing is because he asked me to. The collar is a example of his forgiveness towards you" He then growled out, pointing a finger at Doom "You also, from what I recall, asked me to give you permission to train Johnny. By asgard have you forgotten that the only term for training is for dogs or children? You have a place too, never forget that. To start to make sure you not only know your place but learn not to harm my consort, you are relieved of your title as king of Lavertia and are now resumed to your duties as a slave. You wish to return to your title? Show respect"
He then looked to see the black eye again and rudely laughed at it. "I like that eye Doom. It suits you well" He turned to Johnny and gave him a calm look, it was a step towards affection but not all the way "Did you do that to him? Good"

Doom remained silent as Loki came in and he was furious. "So I'm being punished for my past? We were enemies. If I was in your position and dating one of your enemies I wouldn't be doing this to you." said Doom. If the situations were reversed he'd probably have killed Loki viewing him as a threat. But there was no point in bringing that up right now. He glared at him. "Oh so you're mad I insulted him. That's your reason for this. I'll apologize and not do it again. No reason to go overboard on this. Our last meeting was the first time I saw him since they knocked me off the Silver Surfer's board. I haven't touched him yet." said Doom. He paused as he said he should be begging Johnny's forgiveness and he growled in annoyance. "I'm a king. I don't beg for anything." said Doom. He paused at his words saying he asked he asked him to train Johnny and he smirked. "You're wrong about that. It's for training soldiers for battle. Or training slaves who need to learn respect." said Doom. He paused saying he had a place and that Latveria was taken from him. Then Loki said the black eye suited him and praised Johnny for it. "Latveria is MY country. My people have ruled it for centuries. You will not take my kingdom from me or make me some slave." said Doom. He then turned to Johnny glaring at him. "This is all your fault!" said Doom. He lunged at Johnny wrapping his hands around Johnny's neck starting to choke him. XXXX Johnny glanced at Loki. "Loki he's right. You can't punish him for his past. We weren't together then. A warning was all you should have given him." said Johnny. He sighed knowing he'd already had this argument with Loki and Loki had won. "Hey I'm used to insults. You think a few words from him were really going to bother me for long? Ben and I used to insult each other and pull pranks on each other all the time. Well it was mostly me doing the pranking I suppose." said Johnny. He paused as Loki said Doom should beg him for forgiveness. "Whoa. You've already gotten too far as it is. Begging's not necessary." said Johnny. Doom refused of course and then said soldiers and slaves needed training. Just as much as children or dogs and Johnny sighed. Doom was right about everything so far. He was surprised he was basically on Doom's side of this argument. He couldn't help but smirk as Loki congratulating him on the black eye. "Thanks." said Johnny. Then Doom just seemed to snap saying no one would take his kingdom and lunged at Johnny. Johnny gasped as he felt his hands around his throat trying to choke him. Johnny grabbed his hands trying to pull them off. "Doom. You... don't.... want.... to... do.. this." He was gasping for air struggling to say each word as he could feel everything was starting to go dark. He realized he wasn't going to see Sue, Reed, Ben, or Alicia again after all. He paused glancing over at Loki seeing him rushing towards them. "Take...care...of...John." whispered Johnny. He then passed out and was unaware of what happened next. (ooc: Don't worry. He's not dead. Just unconscious for drama. xd) |

(OCC: Fine by me. I've been waiting to make loki be hissy for a while. Without apoligizing for it XD. Also, loki will wake him up or something next post)
"That is a lie, the nerve of you, lying to the god of lies himself. You would have killed me, as a former king to a king, to prevent threats. And I am not punishing you for the past, I am punishing you for now. Ever since you came here, you have mocked my consort. Johnny just told me of the past which further inticed me to this discussion. Do not assume you can out-speak a silvertongue, mortal" Loki snapped angerily to Dr. Doom. He was angry to oversee Doom's logic, so everything doom said Loki had a pretty decent excuse for. "And yet you lack the acknowledgement that I am not only a king but a god. Normally humans fear gods. So I assume you be quiet and..." He then turned to hear Johnny once more speak on his behalf. Although they talked about this before, Loki stubbornly talking Johnny out, the fire fantastic four member still wished mercy upon Doom. "Johnny. Stay out of this. Please. I have said it to you before and I will say it again. As my consort you shall be respected as a all-high member next to myself. I could care less if you are alright with insults, I am not. Only ones that care about you can fool around, Doom's responses to you are arrogant" He then ignored more of Johnny's comments, not bothering with them, because the king did what he wished and didn't want to listen to his consort's kind pleas anymore.
Suddenly Doom quickly attacked Johnny, deliberately trying to choke him. Loki was too slow to notice the dictator going to do such, so it was easy for Doom to try and choke the man to death. Loki panicked, which was surprising, and quickly pulled Doom away from Johnny, grabbing Doom's throat and throwing him across the room. "Even now your arrogance makes you forget that all your actions are judged by me. I AM THE KING! NO LONGER YOU!" He then picked Doom up and forced the man to kneel and growled out "This action of yours just proved to me that you are not meant to be a king. Your attack proves your treason. You should be killed for such isolence!" He then suddenly turned angerily to see Johnny's form crumbled and lying near his throne. Concerned, and a bit worried for Johnny, he restained doom to the ground, snarling "If you want your life to not end up worse, I advise you stay there" Quickly afterwards the king went over to Johnny and picked him up. Once more Loki was somehow unknowingly forced to show true emotion instead of a mask, and the concern and worry on the king's face was evident. The king's normally calm face which had recently turned to rage, was now in some sort of companion type of despair. Loki's hand went to Johnny's chest and his heart was still beating but if Loki was too late..... No. He wouldn't ever let that happen. Loki turned to the fool he knew as doom and growled out, hurt and anger in his voice "If he was dead. You would be executed for murder"

Victor grinned finally he was getting revenge. Then he was flung away by Loki as he heard his words. He glared but the collar began to choke on him suddenly as he realized Loki must control them telepathically or something. He gasped for air before it released as Loki was more concerned about Johnny. Victor frowned realizing he'd just made things worse. Even if he killed Johnny Loki would have killed him. He was never getting Latveria back now. He growled in annoyance and just watched not wanting a repeat of Loki's wrath. "Damn you. I'll find a way to get even with you both. You'll both regret this." said Victor. XXXX Johnny was still unconscious but he was starting to breathe again. The damage Victor had caused wasn't permanent thankfully but it would take awhile for Johnny to heal. |

Loki suddenly felt Johnny's body move, he turned and saw Johnny breathing again and the god gave a short breath of relief. He was aware that johnny still lived but the damage doom did to him was admittedly evident. He picked up johnny on his seat next to Loki's throne and conjured up some sort of healing power that would help Johnny wake up a bit better. After the healing power went over johnny's body, it disappeared and Loki nodded, seeing the magic of his work was going to start helping johnny a bit. Which left Loki to go over to Doom and he immediately changed his calm/relieved state to a extremely pissed off expression. He looked at Doom and aimed his staff at him "You can now get up. But do not bother trying anything again" He eventually allowed Doom to completely get up and Loki growled out "I should just kill you now. After all you have just did now, I should have never allowed Storm to convince me to spare your life. What say you? What do you have to say for yourself now, doom?" He was being very demanding by this point. His anger was at a all-time high

Doom frowned getting up in annoyance knowing he would find a way to get this collar off and have his revenge. No matter how long it took. This wasn't over. But he remained silent not wanting to get Loki angrier at him. In hindsight, this was probably a stupid move attacking Johnny. But it still wasn't fair for him to be punished for his past. Johnny had survived. Johnny and his pals had nearly killed him several times and yet now Doom was the one being punished for trying to hurt Johnny. XXXX Johnny coughed as he woke up. He smiled at Loki. "I'm alive." thought Johnny. He hugged Loki tightly forgetting Doom was there at the moment just glad to be alive. He then glared at him and tried to speak but he found he couldn't speak. He paled in shock. Doom must have damaged his vocal cords somehow. He hoped it wasn't permanent. He liked to talk. He paused pulling away from Loki pointing at his throat trying to get the message across. He frowned realizing he was never good at charades or sign language so he had to think of something else. He spotted some paper on a nearby table as he got up steadying himself against the nearby throne. He then walked forward to the table and tried to write but his hands were shaking a bit. He closed his eyes trying to focus as he wrote the message. It wasn't perfect handwriting but it got the message across. He then glared at Doom as he writes another message and held it up. |

(OCC: I'm assuming off-screen Loki cures johnny's vocal cord issue quickly or do you want this to be a thing to last a while?)
Loki immediately heard coughing and a relieved look came across his features as Johnny was showing more signs of being alive. Loki could care less that Dr. Doom was there and allowed johnny to hug him, the king surprisingly was too relieved with the fact johnny was ok to bother showing his affections. So the king quickly hugged back, giving a very unnoticable kiss on johnny's cheek and simply whispered affectionately "Thank the realms. You're alright" Loki then saw johnny about to speak but a very unpleased look came across his features as nothing came out of the man's mouth. As loki was intelligent, he was admittedly confused at first with what johnny was doing with pointing his throat but just before Johnny went over to the nearby table and wrote, Loki immediately had a idea of what was wrong. Johnny was temporarily mute thanks to Doom's tight hold on his throat. He went over and nodded calmly as Johnny showed him a note that said what he feared. That the man at the moment could not talk.
"Fear not, Johnny" He said this assuringly as he could "I'll fix the issue at hand right away. One of the healers here or myself can fix it instantly" He then turned to Doom with a scoff and nodded as Johnny held up a protesting note, written that after all doom did johnny spared him and this was how he was repaid. "Indeed Storm. This man lacks gratitude. Perhaps you have changed your mind after all and I should publically or privately put him up for execution" He then pondered "No, actually, after some consideration. Death is not a good enough punishment. Perhaps we should make him a personal slave of some kind? What do you think is a good punishment for him johnny? After all, he attacked you, not I"
He then raised his staff to prevent doom from moving "I think after what you have done I should no longer be the one to decide your fate. I will only be the one to make whatever my consort says come to reality. Whatever johnny demands of you, you are going to do. No questions or I will decide what cruel fate you will have in exchange of your stubborness to johnny's demands"

(ooc: Yeah. it could be cured off screen. Although after this johnny might flinch when anyone tries to touch him. At least for awhile.) Johnny smiled kissing Loki back just glad to be alive. He hated not being able to talk. When Loki understood Johnny couldn't speak Loki's words soothed his fears. Johnny wrote new words to Loki. "Thank you."He watched annoyed at Victor as Loki backed him up. Johnny began scribbling and wrote a new note. "After everything you've done to my family and now this you deserved to die. But I'm still a hero. I know Sue and Reed wouldn't want this. So you're going to be punished instead. Like Loki said before you're going to be a slave. But I never want to see you again so you'll be staying with your master or the dungeon. Wherever Loki decides you'll be." He paused as Victor's next outburst and Johnny smirked and wrote a new message. "I believe we just did."XXXX Victor was still in shock Johnny couldn't speak. He smirked but then frowned when Loki said he would heal him. But then both of them agreed that he should be a slave. Loki then froze him so he couldn't move as he frowned. "I am Victor Von Doom, ruler of Latveria. You will not take my country or freedom from me." said Victor, trying to break out of Loki's spell. He frowned at Johnny's new words and glared at him. "No. You can't do this to me. You will not get away with this." said Victor. |

"No thanks needed. You will be alright Johnny. I swear upon this" Loki sounded extremely sincere, which surprised even him but he didn't regret how sincere he was being. Nobody would harm his Johnathan Storm and live to tell the tale or at least live without a severe punishment held upon them. Which was precisely why Victor was going to suffer all these terrible inflictions and sufferings. Maybe it would humble the so-called other king and make him understand that Johnny was Loki's and loki's alone. "Never again will I let anyone attack you. Believe that" Loki said softly, looking deeply into the other man's eyes.
He turned then to Victor and sneered at the man, then he looked to the note Johnny meant for Victor but it was for him also to know about. He nodded seeing Johnny decided to spare him and make him a slave, letting victor be in servitude to stay in the dungeon or with a new master. "His master perhaps shall be Aldrich Killian. Killian is very responsible and knows how to deal with arrogant people like you, Victor" Loki's tone was much more menacing and angry. Loki was anything but pleased with the fact this man attacked his consort. Possessiveness and a need to protect Storm coursed through his veins. Loki then saw victor still protest which resulted in a rather witty response from storm. "Even without a voice, your wits are still strong as ever" Loki said, deliberately praising Johnny's ability to bite back with words even with writing.
"Enough!" Loki screamed as Victor kept protesting, saying that loki wouldn't get away with this. "Even now where you are clearly in no position to argue, you still act as if you are in control of everything. You are not. Not anymore. I care not for your power or for your wealth or for your intelligence. You are now a threat to johnny which in turn is a threat to me. If I ever see you near him, I will kill you, without question. But that will not happen because your new master will make sure for you to stay far away from him as possible" Loki's tone was lower but it was still angry and bitter. His eyes had some sort of tinge of pure unadultered rage and the king walked nearer to victor and held the staff upon victor's neck as he kept talking. "Humble yourself and give Storm the apoligy he deserves before I send the guards to take you to Killian's home. If you refuse, I will make the guards send you to the dungeons, which I would not recommend, for it is rather musty" He chuckled darkly, a sadistic smile on his lips

Johnny remained silent watching amused. Now that Doom had attacked him there was no holding back. He shook his head knowing he would never apologize. He paused writing something down. "I knew you wouldn't apologize Victor. No one will address you as Dr. Doom or Victor Von Doom again. You're just Victor. I'm sure Latveria will make a nice summer palace. A place we could go on vacation. What do you think?"He saw Victor protest and grinned. "Send him to the dungeon. Perhaps that will teach him a lesson. Then deliver him to Killian. Of course if it pleases you. I'm not king after all."XXXX Victor frowned hearing him say Aldrich Killian would be his master. He knew very little about the man but if Loki was suggesting him he must not be a good idea for a master. Which is what Loki wanted. "No. Damn you. No one is the master of Dr. Doom!" said Victor. He paused seeing Johnny's note and glared at him. "No! No one's taking over my palace." said Victor. He paused as his clothes suddenly transformed into a green T-shirt and a pair of jeans. He glared at Loki realizing he'd changed his clothes. Then he saw Johnny's second note and frowned. "I'd rather be in the dungeon than serve anyway. I'll never apologize. Never!" said Victor. (ooc: Figured Victor would get new clothes as I doubt Victor would het him have his "villain" uniform or his normal suits and other refined clothes. also you can summon the guards in the next post to take him away.) |

(OCC: Sounds good to me. Wanted Loki and Johnny to have a few moments to themselves also anyway. Because feels and whatnot)
"How ironic of you to say this. The king is now the slave to his enemy who he viciously attacked. You brought this on yourself, you fool" Loki snapped harshly. He turned to see Johnny write and with obvious affection he took the paper to read before allowing Victor to see it. He grinned as Johnny suggested taking Lavertia as a vacation home for the summer "A wonderful idea. I heard the country can be especially lovely during the summer season. I feel it would be rather good for the two of us" He turned to Johnny with a smile after he said this but eventually snapped out of it when Victor stubbornly snapped that no-one would take his palace. "A bit too late for you to protest by this point, Victor" Loki snapped again and he waved his hand slightly which caused Victor's clothes to change to ones far more humble, a green T-shirt and some jeans. He chuckled as the man glared at him, amused that the former king was so appalled by the change of attire.
Loki's amused behavior did instantly change back to annoyance and rage however as the man blatantly refused to apologize and would rather to be sent to the dungeon. Johnny's note then read that Victor would get his wish and be taught a lesson there, but the silent consort asked loki for his imput and permission. Yet Loki felt that this request didn't even need a look-over. Victor would be punished for daring to harm his consort. The arrogance made it worse but the fact johnny could've been strangled to death made Loki feel very personally attacked and hurt. He nodded silently before looking fondly at johnny and then he shouted "Guards! Come here at once!"
Immediately two guards ran to the throne room and bowed. One of them looked up and replied "Aye my lord. What is your request of us?"
"Send this filth to the dungeon immediately!" Loki immediately pointed to Victor, a hateful tone in his voice and anger evident on loki's face. Loki was no stranger to using intimidation and anger when it came to being a ruler. Affection and care were things he was working on but passion of rage was something very easy to do. Especially when one so arrogant and spiteful as victor came into his annoyance.
"If you pardon my disrespect, my lord but why?" The other guard said curiously while the first one got up and was about to take victor.
"This man is in charge of high treason. He has attacked my consort storm out of my account. The man was being held in trouble previously because of past events he did to harm Johnny but now he has attacked him in front of my person. He has lost his kingdom, his royal right and now will become Aldrich's slave but he has refused to acknowledge his punishment. Therefore you two must send him away. Now" Loki said quickly and with much choler. He was anything but willing to show mercy. If victor wanted to be in the dungeon, then he would be in the dungeon.
"Yes your majesty. We will do this deed" The two guards said in union. The first guard sneered at victor before grabbing his left side while the second one didn't make eye-contact with victor and just grabbed his right side. The guards were ready for Loki's final words and Loki sadistically replied "Get this insolent, traitorous fool out of my sight" The guards nodded and quickly took victor to leave the throne room and go to the dungeons. Loki breathed ignoring whatever victor had to say and just looked johnny up and down as if checking if the other was ok.

Victor glared as the guards arrived. He was dragged away by the guards yelling at them. "You'll pay for this Loki. I'll make you both pay!" said Victor. (ooc: Victor has left the thread.) XXXX Johnny grinned turning to Loki now that Victor was gone. He wrote on the board. He chuckled slightly and turned to Loki. Johnny tried to hide his fear but he really didn't want to be mute. At least that guy Trigger was a telepath. He couldn't speak at all without his voice. Then again he didn't really have much rights as Loki's consort anyway so maybe it wouldn't matter if he could speak or not. |

Victor's cries were considered unheard by the irate king. He was more focused with Johnny but he seemed more amused with the situation than he was. Yet Loki was far from amused, he actually was unhappy with how Victor just attacked Johnny and right in front of him too. What king was he if he even couldn't protect the one closest to him? He then looked to the board and nodded with a evident annoyance "You're right. The chitauri will talk with me about this arrangement and we will see to it that we prevent uprisings. The other will sent a group out to latvertia soon" He wasn't entirely focused on it, he was more concerned with johnny right now and fortunately johnny changed the subject. Loki saw that Johnny was hiding the fact that he was afraid and loki didn't see the reason why johnny was hiding his fear. Loki swore to fix it and he would "No, johnny, this is not permanent. I have a simple solution to this problem. I have a healing trick that can cure this problem in just a mere minute"
He got closer and seeing they were the only people in this room, loki held johnny's hands and looked at them before affectionately squeezing them. "I am sorry" He murmured "I didn't know he would attack like that. I was foolish. I am sorry. I didn't protect you" He growled "I am supposed to protect you"

(ooc: I was thinking how about we end this thread soon with them going off to well heal Johnny. Cause not sure what else to do with this thread. Plus a date thread with them sounds more appealing. xd) Johnny nodded writing down. He sighed. You could block the powers from the super hero but you couldn't take the urge to protect and defend out of him. He sighed in relief when Loki said it wasn't permanent. He wrote again. He paused at Loki's words looking in surprise. He hadn't seen this vulnerable and protective side of Loki. It was flattering. It made him question if Loki did care about him but he was probably just seeing things. Johnny shook his head and wrote more words. |

(OCC: Sounds fine to me. I also asssume that that's also where Loki goes to release his collar too but I'll bring that up in the next thread)
"I will try but the people will be that, people. And if they DO attack us violently, we will have no choice. I cannot always be so peaceful" Loki said, his voice not repremanding, but actually still patient and gentle. He saw Johnny's heart and it was much more merciful and kind than his was. His own heart poured out for the generous man he chose to be his consort. There was more to the human torch than just the fire powers. Because of this he sighed softly "But for your sake johnny, I will order the other to not attempt hostility and propose peace before anything else. No killing either, only capture if things get hostile"
"Of course. We will do this in my chambers. Quickly. We must fix this issue" Loki said, in complete agreement. He wanted to heal this as soon as possible. So he quickly ushered Johnny and himself out of the throne room and they were on their way to his chambers to easily fix the deed. He then read Johnny's other words and frowned. Johnny didn't blame him and asked that if he was forced to use the collar, which was something Loki was planning to get rid of since his discussion with Evan, let him use a weapon. He didn't want Johnny to know anymore than loki didn't trust him and also that he didn't believe that this problem wasn't his fault. It was. He was king. He was in charge of many subjects but in order for their safety, Loki had to be aware of all problems. Including this one.
"Yes it was. If I was paying closer attention, Victor would not have grabbed you. He..." Loki shut his eyes hard, trying to look away from Johnny. "He could've killed you. And what good am I if I allow that? I am supposed to protect you, and I failed. That will not happen again" He then sighed, less upset and responded "As for your collar, funny you should mention it, I actually wanted to talk to you about it. But we must go to my chambers because I wish to be private. Let us fix your problem, johnny and then we will deal with the collar" He walked with johnny to his chambers, quickly and with haste.
