Eugene knew he needed to accept his new life. Holding in anger and resentment would do nothing but get him hurt or worse.

"I will." said Eugene.

He nodded.

"What happens if someone did take me away? Would I be punished for someone basically kidnapping me? Would this mark hurt me or kill me for something I couldn't control?" asked Eugene.

Eugene smiled and nodded again.

"Of course. I've learned my lesson. I don't want to go through what you did with my mind again." said Eugene.

Eugene nodded.

"Okay. As long as you are patient with me. I did some chores around the house but I don't know how to do everything. I just ask you to not punish me for failing at it the first few times." said Eugene.

He knew his master could do what he wanted but he was practically begging for him to go easy on him while he was in training.
