"Newspapers? I do not believe we have those. News is spread by the mouth, not by paper" Loki gave a shrug. He then hugged Johnny, giving him a soft kiss "No need to worry. We will have private lessons for you. If it helps you then so be it" He then chuckled again as Johnny threatened that if anyone TRIED to get johnny in a bad situation, they'd be forced to deal with him. "Do not forget, they also are going to deal with me. And believe me, I am intimidating"
He went to the chef and as the chef was fast paced with his cooking, the other chefs worked on other things. Eventually, and with good pace, Loki walked back to sit near his love. Not long after, the chef entered with a knowing smile. He bowed to the king and his consort before announcing all the chefs with the platters of food. Every single food Johnny loved was on those platters, and came with tons of grapefruit juice.

Johnny nodded. "So much to get used to in this world." said Johnny. Johnny smiled as Loki kissed him. "Good. You chose me to be your consort out of millions of options. I don't want to embarrass you or the kingdom. I want to do the best I can." said Johnny. Johnny chuckled. "I guess people will have to deal with two very overprotective fathers. John's suitors won't know what hit them." said Johnny. Johnny watched as Loki ordered things for the chefs returning with foods and drinks including grapefruit juice as Johnny grinned pouring himself a glass. "I still can't believe you remembered something as simple as one of my favorite drinks. Do you have any favorite drinks?" said Johnny. |

Loki gave a soft chuckle "Yes, even I admit this world can be strange sometimes. But you will get to enjoy it soon" Loki then beamed as Johnny replied that he wished to be the best for him and the kingdom "Do not worry about such things Johnny, you already are doing you best. These private classes are always helpful but I doubt you'll embarrass anyone"
"They definitely will have a surprise waiting for them. But that is because we both know John deserves and needs the very best" Loki chuckled. He admitted he was a tad overprotective as a parent, but he couldn't help it. He wanted to be a good dad. He wanted to be better than his father. He wanted to be better than anyone. He was a bit of a perfectionist in a way.
He then turned to see Johnny was happy to see him remember his favorite things. Loki blushed a little before Johnny asked what his favorite drinks were. He gave a soft smile and replied "I have a soft spot for apple cider and honey tea" He shrugged "A bit of a sweet tooth I suppose"

Johnny smiled. "I already do because you're in it." said Johnny. Johnny nodded. "I embarrasssed my family and friends constantly sometimes without meaning to. I don't want you to be ashamed of me. I want to just be a pretty face or a warrior. I want to help you rule this kingdom." said Johnny. Johnny grinned seeing Loki blush. "I think I'm going to have to get you to blush more. You look even hotter with your cheeks so red like that." teased Johnny. "Definitely will remember those." said Johnny, comitting those drinks to memory. "I see. So getting some great cakes or pies would be a better gift for you. Maybe I should learn how to cook." said Johnny. |
