Why is the rebellion on Vanaheim? A completely different realm? Unless they have something like the Teseract how are they supposed to get there? And keep getting members. It'd make more sense for the rebellion to be on Earth.

Vanaheim is the only place where the majority of the avengers, superheroes and "enemies" of loki are not hunted down or wanted. The reason they can go back for earth or anything is because Tony has invented a specific time travel invention that can allow him or others wishing to join him go there. Earth, yes, is a good place to go for supplies and things which is why the travelling option on tony's invention is there but unless they want to have a higher chance of getting caught by the chitauri, they need to recuperate and rest on earth.

it'd make more sense if the rebellion was on Earth really. Cause no at all has mentioned Vanaheim at all in the rp. I assumed they were on Earth.

plus there's no way for newcomers to end up in the rebellion. most of the "rebellion" members that joined in "patience" so far should be on Earth and it should just be tony, coulson, and couple others on Vanaheim.

Even if Tony has this technology he's not going to keep it on so that's the problem of expanding. It'd make more sense to be on Earth hidden somewhere. If they wanted to move to Vanaheim during the rp that's one thing. but to start out doesnt' make much sense to me.

... In the plot "all hail loki" I DID mention it. But I can see why it'd make more sense to keep it on earth. It's just that Frigga was exiled there so I'd have to redo her exile to earth instead of vanahiem and pretty much rearrange everything. I'll fix it now

Yeah, it does make more sense. No worries, already fixed the threads and put them on earth. It's all good.
