Physical Description: He has short brown hair and dark brown eyes. He has a fit muscular body that he loves to show off. He's often shirtless but wears tanktops when he has to wear shirts. If it's cold out he'd throw on a black leather jacket over the tanktop. He's usually wearing a red baseball cap on his head as well. Jack is an expert with a crossbow.

Personality: Jack has a short temper from his time in the lab but he's also shy and awkward when meeting new people. He trained in martial arts and the crossbow to protect himself finding archery fun and challenging. He also loves to swim using it to exercise often. He didn't have much of a childhood growing up in the labs so he is still a bit awkward trying to adjust to the world around him. He also trained in his powers knowing those powers could help keep him alive.
History:
Jack Quinn was born to a pair of research scientists Matthew and Isabel Anderson. But the pair soon died in an explosion after testing a new project. Instead of being given up for adoption Jack's death was faked and he was raised by the clinic's owner Glenn Quinn. Jack grew up believing Glenn was his father but he grew to hate him and the tests. He tried to escape many times in his youth but never made it out of the building.
The stress of the tests eventually caused his mind to nearly break down a few times. He became too dependent on Glenn. Glenn kept up with the testing despite other doctor's protests. He bribed, and blackmailed the staff when necessary to make them go on with what he wished. Jack slept around in their teen years with staff not letting Glenn know about it. He'd stopped calling him father long ago. When he was 18 he broke out destroying the place letting it blow up as he stole some of Glenn's cash relocating it to an offshore bank account and vanished leaving the labratory behind as he went into hiding.
After five years on the run he'd run out of money and came back to the States figuring it'd be okay for him to try to get a job even with very little skills. But then Loki had taken over and he'd been forced to flee into hiding. When news of a rebellion hit hit began looking for them and eventually stumbled into the group filled with SHIELD agents, super heroes and Asgardians in hiding. He was glad to help and was welcomed into the group.
Abilities: Precognition (seeing the future); Retrocognition (seeing the past); Empathy (feeling others emotions); Telekinesis (moving things/people with his mind); Archery (weapon of choice).
Weaknesses: His visions can always be changed by events and choices people make so they're not always accurate. His empathy can still affect him and be a distraction if he comes up against too strong of an emotion like hate or love. He can't move heavy objects like a car, or house but he can move about everything else. He's also mortal so he can still get killed very easily.
