Physical Description: He has black hair and brown eyes. He wears casual clothes mostly T-shirts and jeans. He has a brown leather jacket he wears constantly as well. He has a very fit muscular body he keeps strong by swimming.

Personality: He's the loner. He's very over protective of his younger brother. He has a cynical outlook on life and rarely smiles except around his brother and later his newly adopted family. He grew to resent his father more quickly than his younger brother because he was older. He was the one who started the fire and doesn't regret it accidentally killed his father. He is proud of his skills with his katanas. His mother died after their birth and the only one he was close to was his brother who'd died because of him. After that he vowed not to get close to anyone fearing he was cursed to lose anyone who cared about him to death. But that failed as he grew close to his adopted family and then found a true friend. Beron. A friend he's only recently started to have feelings for. But he's afraid of how Beron will react so he kept quiet about it.
History:
Darius is a proud Asgardian warrior. He grew up with only his fraternal twin brother for company. He tried making friends but they usually were scared off by his father. His father enjoyed scaring everyone and making his sons lives miserable. Their mother had died shortly after their birth and he'd taken it out on the two twin boys and anyone else he could. His father always managed to avoid prison time though usually paying fines or making apologies. But then took out his anger on him and his brother. Beatings, chores, cooking, and anything else. He and his brother had to do everything.
He started learning how to fight back and katanas became his weapon of choice. He fought against his father one day not wanting another beating. He was only 10 years old during this fight. He fought off his father who was only more angry Darius was fighting back. His brother tried to help but his father decided they needed to be punished and had struck his younger brother knocking him against a table and out could. Darius had snapped and stabbed his father with one of his katanas in a rage. His father accidentally set fire to the place as he died by knocking a torch over. Darius pulled his brother out but to his horror and grief his brother was dead. Darius was now alone.
He was taken in by a couple of the Asgardian soldiers who were friends with his mother. After telling the story no one was going to punish him. His father had been cruel and many felt losing his brother was punishment enough. He grew up with his adopted family and eventually became good friends with Beron. Beron brought him out his shell. Although only when he was with him. He still acted distant and quiet when around others. He did showed his respect around the royal family though even Loki. While some feared or hated his magic he was in awe of Loki's magic. It was amazing to him. Darius became a guard in the palace and didn't like how the Midgardian slaves were being treated. But he didn't speak up afraid of punishment. But he was relieved when Loki's brother Evan took a few slaves as his own and word came of slaves being treated better. He still spends most of his time with Beron admiring him from afar but he's not always subtle about it. So if Beron or anyone else figured it out Darius would have no idea. He just follows the commands of Loki and does his job hoping to end the war with the rebellion on Earth soon.
