Reason of Choice(Why did you pick this character?): He's one of my favorite villains and his actor's also one of my favorites. I loved him in these films and in Charmed.

Personality: One of the most smartest men in the world second to Reed Richards. He's arrogant, sarcastic and loyal. When he's betrayed he reacts violently. He was a rival of Reed for years including for Sue's affections. When Sue began dating him Victor was happier than he'd been in a long time. But then she dumped him after they'd all gotten powers and she'd fallen for Reed to his annoyance. He tried killing them but that had backfired twice on him.
History:
He's the ruler of Latveria and a rival of Reed Richards. After Sue broke up with Richard and began dating him he really enjoyed her company and sticking it to Reed at the same time. When Reed and Ben approached them with Sue getting Victor to agree to the meeting Victor agreed. But that the four of them and Johnny would man the space station to test Reed's theories.
Once up there a cosmic storm hit and the four were unfortunately hit. Dr. Doom was hidden safely in the cockpit and wasn't hit with as much radiation getting scars. While the other four developed powers right away his took awhile to develop. When they did he killed the doctor treating him not wanting word to get out. He then tried to get Sue away from the others but they became a super hero team saving people on a bridge and become the Fantastic Four. Dr. Doom made a suit for himself but in the process scarred his face and he wore a mask over it.
Victor tricked Ben into believing Reed wasn't working on the cure and using his powers he enchanced one of Reed's machines turning Ben human. Ben realized too late that Doom just wanted him out of the way so he could kill Reed. Ben was knocked out.Doom then sent a heat seeking missle after Johnny and froze Reed so he could no longer stretch his limbs and they could in fact break which he was going to do. Sue knocked him away and freed Reed. Johnny had tricked the missile into exploding into one of his attacks and rejoined the group along with a repowered Ben. Sue broke up with Victor during this. Working together the four heroes sealed him up in stone and he was shipped off to Latveria.
A few weeks later the Silver Surfer's cosmic energy released him. He fights the Silver Surfer and during a battle one of the Silver Surfer's energy blasts hits him and restores his scarred face to normal. He filmed the encounter and goes to the US military and works with General Hager to stop the Silver Surfer. Temporarily teaming up with them and the Fantastic Four they seperate the Silver Surfer from his board. He builds a device to gain control of the board and then uses it he knocks out the guards and kills General Hager. He dons a new mask and armior and goes on a rampage attacking the Earth.
The Fantastic Four free the Silver Surfer and the five go to confront Doom. After their indiviual attacks fail and Sue is dying Johnny absorbs the powers of the group and attacks Doom defeating him and seperating him from the board. Ben then knocks him into the ocean where he's presumed dead. Silver Surfer takes his board back and revives Sue healing her injuries. When Galactucs attacks Silver Surfer fights him deciding the Earth is worth saving and Silver Surfer's attack kills Galactus but the Silver Surfer is presumed dead in space. But he recovers and flies away on his board to roam the universe to find a new purpose. Sue and Richard get married and all was happy.
Until Loki attacked. He found the weakened Dr. Doom and healed him up making him one of his generals. Dr. Doom watched in amusement as the Baxter Building was destroyed. He also believed Alicia, Sue and Richard were dead and when Loki took Johnny as a slave it was amusing to see. Ben gone away but he had a feeling they coiuld take out the Thing later if he tried anything. News of a rebellion came throiugh after most of the world was wiped out. Latveria was spared thanks to his alliance with Loki. He plots to one day be his second in command knowing Loki is too powerful to overthrow but he does not want to take orders from anyone except Loki.
Allies: Loki; Johnny Storm/Human Torch (slave); Thor (slave); Loki's army.
Enemies: Sue Richards/Invisible Woman; Reed Richards/Mr. Fantastic; Ben Grim/The Thing; rebellion.
Plans: perhaps become a general in Loki's army. And try to earn Loki's trust. Despite his desire to rule the world he knows Loki has too much power to be overthrown and desires to be his second in command one day.
