Personality: Noah is very much a independent, free-spirited, opinionated young man. He's passionate, determined, stubborn and immensely ambitious. However, he's also a bit arrogant, tending to think of himself as loud and proud. He's courageous, being immensely fearless under pressure and goes to great lengths to protect himself and others. That said, he's got a soft side, being compassionate and understanding, tending to be kind underneath all that ego. He's also a bit vulnerable and sensitive to criticism, which leads to his ego problem. Despite having a big ego, he's actually quite insecure of himself and what he does. He's got a big heart which leads to big emotions, such as a bad temper and easily hurt by words.
History: Noah was born in the city of New Orleans, his father a musician and his mother a bakery owner. His parents were the typical high-school sweetheart couple and were actually well-liked across the town. His parents loved each other and their son and Noah had a relatively good childhood. Life changed though when Noah was ten years old, a severe car crash killed his parents and leaved him barely clinging to life. Coincidentally it was a radioactive truck as well so chances were even more slim. However, Noah did survive but managed to develop a strange abilities to all walks of water, from oceans to little rain puddles. This ability made it difficult for the adoption process, which left Noah a orphan and bullied by many of the orphan kids. As such, Noah tended to run away quite often which lead him to meeting a old voodoo witch doctor who befriended the young Noah and made him a apprentice. After some visits, the doctor felt pity for Noah and took him in as a son, this happened when Noah was thirteen. Noah lived with the doctor and worked for him until the doctor's death, by then Noah was sixteen. Noah took to the streets and did tarot cards and water magic to make a living but got bad attention from thugs that worked the street he inhabited and beat Noah to submission, leaving three marks for the gang they represented. Angry and vengeful, Noah used his powers to drown his bullies and was declared a vigalante by police but a hero by the people. Noah ran off, traveling to show his abilities, trying to accept himself until Loki took over. Not one to join a loser side, Noah surrendered his services to Loki. Hoping to stay alive just a bit longer.
Abilities: Water manipulation, ice manipulation, healing water, fortune telling, mind-reading, palm-reading, tarot card reading.
Weaknesses: He needs to be near water with his water abilities.
