Reason of Choice(Why did you pick this character?): Because he's a relatively fun character and I felt it'd be fun for him to be friends with rebellious members and basically have people take him under their wing.

Casey is brash, impulsive, stubborn, hot-headed and immensely egotistical. But he relatively comes from a good place most if not all the time, he is noble and believes in doing the right thing overall. He has a extreme passion for protecting others, being the hero mostly for the sake of just being a hero. He is surprisingly modest in action, for all his bravado and attitude he is not very concerned about fame and attention. He is a kind hearted individual overall and has very wise and thoughtful insight despite his childish need to be in the action. He's adventurous, fun loving, brave, quick thinking and has a pretty easy going mindset. Casey is also quite loyal, going out of his way for those he cares about, despite his desires to be tough he's actually quite emotional and sensitive. He's empathetic and tends to always go out for the underdog is need be.
History:
Casey Jones was born and raised in New York, his mother and father had him then a few years later his younger sister Amanda who he nicknamed Shadow since she loved to follow him when they were younger. His mother, not long after Amanda's birth, gave up on their family and left, leaving his father Arnold to provide for them. Arnold was a former hockey player and despite some flaws here and there, he was a great parent to both Amanda and him, Casey and Arnold were especially close thanks to loving sports and outdoor activities. As the years passed though, more crime came to their streets and the young jones felt obligated to do something. So at fourteen he started becoming a vigilante, lying to his father about it by taking engineering work as a coverup. He studied through a old friend of his father's with engineering which was how he got his more handmade weapons and had been a vigilante for a few years since.
Unfortunately his grades started to fail and if he didn't get them up he'd fail the hockey team, so he had to take a break from his sport and vigilante activity to get his grades up. He managed to get a tutor from a classmate named April O'Neil who he was very interested in. The two became quick friends, flirting here and there even due to casey having some feelings for her. He eventually, through april, met the turtles and befriended them eventually. He at first was aggressive towards Raphael due to both having similar stubborn personalities but after a exposed attack from the Foot became practically best friends with him since then. Even though they would sometimes argue, there was no question raphael valued him as a friend and vise versa. He also developed his own personal friendships with Michelangelo and Donatello, even though Donatello tended to be annoyed with him sometimes because he too had feelings for april. But overall being their friend was relatively easy going. He did however nearly get killed by karai when she was under shredder's control, thanks to karai having snake poison that could kill anyone. But Leonardo managed to save him, his family and even himself from karai's poison.
His final adventure was when he, april, splinter and the turtles along with friends battled shredder when he made himself into a super mutant. They succeeded in defeating him but at the cost of Splinter's life. He then had to help defeat shredder for real thanks to the shredder hiding away from the previous battle, alive. They killed shredder and avenged Splinter, taking shredder's evil down for good. Then one day karai disappeared and Leonardo insisted on finding her, casey searched the streets. Only to appear here, and was shocked to see splinter alive. He agreed to the rebellion because he despises a tyrannical rule but he's also quite glad splinter is alive. Now if only april or his friends could show up.
