Happy is quite a quick-witted and determined individual. He's a loyal person and a relatively easy-going nice guy. He's tough and brave, while also being quite cautious and intelligent. He can have a bit of a ego, and as such makes assumptions before the situation begins sometimes, coming across as a know it all sometimes. He's well meaning though and a pretty mild mannered person underneath his tough bravado attitude.
History:
Happy's history is pretty basic. He was raised in new York and became a bouncer at twenty two, helping out clubs for a few years. He then did security work for a few more years before odd jobs from time to time. He then, eventually, became a bodyguard for Tony Stark. He became good friends with tony not long after, being a right hand man some of the time. He was one of the few supporters of tony stark when he shut down his company, but he was also confused to why. He eventually understood when tony realized his weapons were being used for destruction. He had also assisted tony in other adventures including with ivan ivanko and Aldrich killian. He also helped with Pepper Potts run tony's new industry and became a relatively good friend to her also.
One day loki came and took over the town, his warriors capturing him. There were rumors tony and Coulson developed a rebellion which made loki keep a special eye on him. He is now a servant to Evan, loki's biological brother and works for him as much as he can. Happy can only hope though that he manages to escape or at least help tony in his own way.

Enemies: Obediah Stane, Aldrich Killian, Rebellion
Plans: Befriend others particularly other slaves, eventually escape after a long while.
