Reason of Choice(Why did you pick this character?): Because he's a fun character, a great hero, a awesome and badass dude. Tony rocks. Also he's the leader of the rebellion.

Personality: Tony is a very fun-loving, rambunctious, rule-breaking and michievious person. He enjoys life, enjoys life's pleasures and is a hearttaker and heartbreaker at the same time. In his own words he is a "Genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist" and he indeed proves he uses this term well. He is arrogant and very wise-cracking, always ready for a laugh and always sarcastic, which also means he has a good sense of humor. However, he is not completely jokey, he knows when things are dangerous and take them completely seriously and will fight againest it whenever possible.
He's indeed very inteligent and techno-savvy, making a engine when he was only four and making a suit out of scraps in a cave. He is in fact so inteligent, he can easily repair serious techno damage and still have time to make new inventions. He does have a good moral code, grantite some of those codes he likes to break but he still has a good heart inside
History: Tony Stark was at first a huge weapon creator for the US, supporting the military in attacking many middle-eastern countries, that was until was kiddnapped and almost killed by a group of terrorists. Tony was saved by another prisoner, who made a specific heartprotector for him to prevent the shrapnel still in his heart to not go to the main artery, due to not being able to get it out without killing him. He and Tony worked together to escape, and Tony succeeded to making a armor for himself to escape the cave he was imprisoned in, however his prisoner ally was killed in the process, making Tony vow a specific moral to keep weapons away by making one. Tony created the Iron Man out of just simply attacking terrorists and nothing more, but his old ally newly turned enemy Obediah Stane wanted the armor because of jealousy and power he craved for and stole Tony's heartprotector to successfully gain the power Stane needed. After getting a extra heartprotector tony made, he put on the suit and defeated obediah. In the second movie, he fought againest whiplash and despite many personal issues, helped prevent whiplash from killing everyone in his city as well as talking to Nick Fury about the avengers project
In the avengers, Tony was called upon again for the succession of the avengers project and in needed for assistance along with Captain America, Thor, Incredible Hulk, Black Widow and Hawkeye. He assisted them all, at first reluctinately then through time he decided to play the team, in getting rid of Loki and his followers away from manhatten. Since then Tony was beside pepper recreating Stark Industries as well as make new humantarian/charity projects, as well as continue his relationship with pepper.
That is until Loki returned, with a larger army that not even the avengers took down right away, his business rival and newly-made enemy Aldrich in the army also. Loki destroyed everything, except some countries of earth and even Tony got seperated from Pepper due to the chaos. Worried about pepper's safety on the long run, Tony instantly formed a rebellion and got Steve to join him. The result was being wanted dead or alive by Loki's rule but Tony escaped imprisonment and with the assistance of his transportation devices, he helped himself and all of his followers to move to a secret santuary on earth. He met Frigga, the mother of both thor and loki, and convinced her to join him as well. The result was her using her magic to help new or other willing members of the rebellion escape safely also. Tony's only hope is fight the tyrant or die.
Allies: Steve Rogers, Thor, Bruce Banner, Black Widow, Hawkeye, Phil Coulson, Nick Fury, Pepper Potts. The rebellion

Yet this WAS a emergency, his transporting device and some friends in tow, there were some police on earth demanding to see him. Banging his door was the first sign that meant he was in trouble, so he was quick to think to get out because going to jail meant meeting loki which would result in death or some sort of imprisonment. Tony was not a criminal and would never become one so going to jail was definitely not a option. He shouted "STEVE! We're busting out of here! Let's go!" Then he activated his suit and transporter device. "Get the thing ready I'll buy you time" He then ran with his suit pieces activating instantly upon his person and he slammed a policeman into another. The fight for his life had just begun
