Don't Feel Ready To Rule (Open)

(February 1st. Morning.)

John was nervous as they arrived in the kingdom. He was being given Latveria to rule as an outpost on Earth. It was so chaotic they needed some semblance of normalcy. And using magic and technology they were able to bring many survivors to Latveria to help make the kingdom grow. It was a lot bigger country than it used to be. Many of the fallen countries around it became part of it to make the country prosper with its added citizenship and new rulers.

John knew he could do this with Arion at his side. They'd gotten married and now had their own kingdom to rule. He was starting to pace though making many nervous knowing about his fire powers. And his parents were on Asgard. Johnny's pregnancy it was too risky to move him and he knew Loki would be way overprotective in letting Johnny leave. Still they'd been given mirrors so he could communicate with his parents, Uncle Evan, Uncle Richard and everyone else from Asgard. When they weren't returning for a visit. He turned to Arion and gave him a quick kiss.

"How did I get so lucky? A new family, a new husband, and a new kingdom to rule." said John.

He paused pinching himself and sighed in relief.

"This isn't a dream. Thank goodness." said John.

Darius had come to visit this new land. Wanting to make sure the prince got her safely and was curious about Midgard. Only Thor, Loki, Sif, and the Warriors Three had seen it before Loki had conquered the realms. It probably looked more beautiful before then but Latveria was still very impressive. He had come short notice so he wasn't sure if Beron had joind him. But he was considering staying here to watch over the princes. He didn't trust the Latverians. If any of them were loyal to Victor Doom both princes could be danger. Not that they couldn't protect themselves but he was a royal body guard. And he felt it was his duty to protect them. If Beron didn't agree he'd put his duty before his heart and see him when he could.

Scott came with wanting to see Latveria. And he knew the school was gone but John had been a student at the school. So he still felt responsible for him. Loki had not only restored his sight but given John a new family and home. Even a kingdom to rule. Very impressive and he decided he'd stay here and be one of the bodyguards for the two princes.

Donatello had come fascinated by the culture. And not having to hide being a mutant turtle it made him want to see Earth again. Even if wasn't his earth. And he kind of had grown a soft spot for Beron and Darius. They were nice people and reminded him of Splinter in some ways. So when Darius had come he'd followed wanting to see Latveria even for a little while.

It was quite weird. Evan was her master yet she felt like she was free. Maybe it was because she was permitted to travel to this place. On the condition she would be there to attend to Prince John. She was decreed Arion and John's lady in waiting and she took the job seriously. Loki and Johnny were quite protective of their eldest and it made the job all the more crucial. If she failed this, she could be in serious trouble. She cared for her job in some weird way. She hoped Victor came with her but due to his treason, he was temporarily suspended from seeing his former kingdom. Evan was trying to give it back to him but Loki refused, wanting a land to be a gift of inheritance to John. It seemed that the king still held a grudge against Victor. Maybe that was why Loki was strict with her before he left, maybe he knew she was romancing him. All this made her more anxious. She saw Arion and John talk and decided to make sure they were doing okay. She rushed over, nervously asking "Can I get you anything from this village, my prince?" She turned to Arion "Perhaps you would like something?" She blushed, realizing maybe she was interrupting them "Forgive me for my rudeness, my prince. I just want to make sure you're comfortable"

"Not bad, eh, bro?" Raph asked Donny as the two of them decided to explore. Being mutant here was quite different. They were accepted. Darius had invited him and Donny to accompany him on this trip. Like Donny, he enjoyed Darius and Beron more than most of the people here. He loved his brothers and father but he felt like Darius and Beron were becoming part of his family. Similar to how Casey and April were. Donny and Raph both came with Darius to help out. Even though the area was nice, he was worried for his ally's safety. He looked to Darius, asking curiously "Hey, Darius, is it true? Is it true Prince John is going to rule here?" He then smiled brightly at the sight of Beron "Hey! Beron! You made it!"

"Yes, Raphael, it is true" Beron answered as he rushed after Darius and the turtles. He smiled teasingly to Darius "How rude of you, dear, running off without me. Good thing I caught the teleporter just in time" Beron turned to see Arion busy with John, deciding to talk to them later. He smiled to Donny and Raph, replying cheerfully "Wonderful. You boys have come with us. It's good. You both should be allowed to explore the world you live in after all" Beron looked around, humming in pleased fashion "Good, the townspeople are amongst themselves. It's nice to see peace for once" Beron looked around though, making sure things were in the clear

Arion smiled as he enjoyed himself. He was aware of certain dangers but kept quiet, wanting John to feel normal in this land. He was smiling brightly as John talked about how lucky he was. It always, always warmed Arion's heart when John was still the same person he met. John never allowed all the fame, fortune and luck get to his head. John was humble and extremely kind. Arion's loyalty to the prince was so high and he felt glad that he was engaged to this prince. He loved John for all he was. He pulled John in, kissing him back and chuckling fondly "No, this is no dream my love. You deserve everything and more. This kingdom of yours is rightfully earned. You'll be a great leader, I know you will"

John smiled at him and returned his kisses and sighed.

"I don't feel like it. I still learning how to control my powers. And if that Lord Jacob tried something who's to stay others won't? The rebelllion or Victor escapes and wants revenge? I don't know if I want a kingdom." replied John.

He paused at her words seeing Rene join them.

"Uh maybe some food and ome drinks. I'm sure everyone's probably hungry. If you need any help take someone with you. It's probably not safe to travel alone here. The people here could still be loyal to Victor. I don't want you to get hurt." said John.

Donny grinned.

"No, it's not. This place is great. I can't wait to explore. Latveria seemed to have been spared most of the damage. Whatever defenses Victor had left for Latveria must have held up." replied Donny.

He grinned seeing Daruius and Beron here.

"I'm glad you guys could make it." said Donny.

Hearing Rene he paused turning to Raph.

"How about we help her bring the food back? The three of us should be able to bring it back. And Beron and Darius can stay here with the other guards to keep Prince John and Arion safe." replied Donny.

Donny grinned and ran up to Rene.

"Miss Rene would you mind some company? I can help you get the food and drinks back here fast." said Donny.

Scott nodded.

"I'd like to come with you as well to get some food. Bigger groups might be better to start with. Until we know who's friendly and who's a foe here." replied Scott.

Darius grinned sheepishly.

"I was just so excited and I wanted to help the prince." replied Darius.

His smile fell as the rest went unsaid. He was a guard of palace and Lord Jacob and the Chitauri on separate attacks had nearly killed King Loki, Prince Evan, King Johnny, and tried to enslave Prince John into a loveless marriage. He would not fail the kingdom again and that's why he came here. Even if no one else blamed him that didn't matter. He blamed himself. He overheard the end of the prince's conversation to Rene.

"The prince is right. We shouldn't go too far. And if we split up make sure it's into pairs or groups. This was Victor's kingdom. Just because Loki gave it to Prince John doesn't mean the people will be happy about it." said Darius.

When Donny left to go join Rene in a mission for food and water he nodded.

"That's a good idea. The three of you should be good enough. But we should send some of the guards with you as well." replie Darius.

He pointed to a group of 8 guards who'd come through.

"You three go with them. The rest of you stay here." replied Darius.

- Time Skip -

Group 1:
John watched the group leave to go get some food.

"I knew I should have grabbed a snack before we left." replied John.

He heard a noise looking up wondering to see if the others were back so soon when several Doombots flew out of nowhere and charged at them firing at them as everyone scattered. A blast hit the carriage sending John flying from it and he groaned seeing he'd been flung from the carriage. Then he saw the robots carry Darius away in a net and hang him up like a coat on the side of a building.

"Darius!" replied John.

He paused callign out for help and watched in horror as the four guards rushed forward just as a energy blasts struck through the chests as the four dropped down dead.

"NO!" said John.

He rushed forward trying to us his fire healing but it wasn't working.

"Why did I get these powers if I can't use them?!" replied John.

He glared in anger as he fired fiery blasts at the Doombots in a rage. He then heard sounds of a moan and blinked in surprise.

"Beron! Arion! Are you still alive? If that's you stay d own." said John.

Darius gasped as the blast sent him flying away from Beron and he ended up near Arion and the debris of the carriage. He rushed forward.

"Prince John! Arion! Are you ok?!" replied Darius.

He was horrified but saw Prince John was over with Beron a few feet away. He saw the four guards coming to on the right. But he couldn't spot Beron or Arion at the moment. He rushed forward.

"Prince John! Look-"

He was taken by surprise as couple of the Doombots tossed a net over him and yanked him upside down tying to a nearby building. Dariuus struggled trying to break free of the net as he saw one of the Doombots flying toward John.

"No! Don't you touch him!" replied Darius.

He watched in horror seeing some of his men get killed protecting the prince who was now defenesless. He wasn't sure if Beron and Arion were even alive or if the others would return in time. He had to find a way to escape to help.

Group 2:

Donny sighed as he walked with Raphael and Rene and the four guards that had come with them.

"It's getting harder than I thought to find some food. Where are the restaraunts? Or the grocery stores?" asked Donny.

"You're under arrest. Surrender and die!" shouted a voice.

Donny looked up seeing a few Doombots.

"Robots? Victor must have had them as a defense mechanism and knew they would attack if we showed up. Or one of his pals here released them." replied Donny.

He ducked another blast shoving Rene and Raphael into a wall to avoid a blast as another grazed his shoulder. Donny winced.

"Ah!" replied Donny.

Taking off his bandana he tied it around the wood to stop the bleeding.

"Forget the food. We got to get back to the others and get out of here. Maybe come back with reinforcements. If I even had something like an EMP pulse generator I could short out those robots." said Donny.

Scott fired laser vision from his glasses.

"Donny's right. This could be a diversion. They're probably after Prince John. We got to at least slow these guys down and reunite with the others." said Scott.
