Reason of Choice(Why did you pick this character?): another character played by Chris Evans; and a villain to boot. Should be fun.

Personality: An actor who makes action and romance moves but things more highly of himself than some fans do. His films are okay at best with only one people really like. He has many stunt doubles being an actor and his powers are super strength.
History:
He's an actor who has done a variety of movies over the years mostly action and romance. He dated Ramona for a while but eventually, they broke up. She considers him a jerk and while he still has a soft spot for her she can't stand him. When Scott wanted to date her he was the second ex-boyfriend he had to fight. They started to fight but then had his nine stuntmen fight him. And to his surprise, Scott beat them all and faster than he thought. Then he challenged him to a skate competition and said girls were watching. Not wanting to back down from a challenge he skated down a ramp but went so fast he was over 190 mph before he impacted and exploded. He regenerated later but Scott won the battle. But Scott was annoyed he didn't get his autograph. Lucas went back to his acting career and heard of Scott beating the other exes and eventually dating Ramona.
One day Lucas woke up in another world. He joined Loki's army and was surprised one of the kings looked identical to him. He showed off his super strength to prove himself to the army which they let him in. He would be a decoy and bodyguard for King Johnny. And Lucas found the idea of pretending to be Johnny occasionally intriguing. Although he was disappointed Loki had gotten his doppleganger. He was quite attractive and he had good taste. But he would just have to find someone else in the army. When he learned of another doppelganger captain America in the rebellion he was also intrigued hoping maybe to meet him on the battlefield one day.
