Reason of Choice(Why did you pick this character?): more mcu characters, and always wanted to play him.

Bucky's Personality: loyal, protective, strong, charming, funny.
Winter Soldier: Cold, calculating, follows orders without question, but certain things make him hesitate if he's remembering something he isn't supposed to.
Both: Good with weapons, army training.
History:
James Barnes grew up years ago with Steve. They were best friends and he gained the nickname Bucky. Only his teachers and parents called him James. He became a protector for Steve who had asthma and got into fights with bullies and other kids. Bucky protecting his friend the best he could even if they both ended up getting hurt a lot. After graduating school they both enlisted but only Bucky was able to go. Due to Steve's health he couldn't go. But he signed up for a program and became Captain America with super-soldier serum. They later reunited in the war and Bucky was captured by HYDRA and experimented on. Steve led the Howling Commandos to rescue him and with two super soldiers, they were able to defeat HYDRA's forces and drive them back. During one of their lats attacks, Bucky fell from the train. Steve grabbed his hand but was unable to keep his grip and Bucky fell to his death.
Or so everyone thought. When they went to look they couldn't find his body and had to move quickly. Meanwhile, Bucky was captured by HYDRA and experimented on. His minds was wiped and he was given commands that he had to obey as well as training him other skills to make him a stronger assassin. Over the years they had him kill a lot of potential targets. But after his latest mind wipe, the remants of HYDRA were destroyed during Loki's takeover. And Bucky woke up for the first time with no orders and very confused. He fled the base as it was falling apart and the pod he was in was soon destroyed. He made his way out finding himself in the ruins of a city. He couldn't find much even a name so he got what supplies he could find and kept going. But he would start to have blackouts as all the mind wiping and damage to his body had resulted in a split personality. There was Bucky Barnes the hero from the 40s and the Winter Soldier assassin. But both had no memories and despite switching back and forth occasionally left both sides of his mind even more confused. He eventually heard of a rebellion and figured they'd have more supplies and eventually snuck in. Not sure if he'd involve himself in the war but he did need to eat.
Allies: Steve Rogers; The Howling Commandos; Rebellion.
Enemies: Loki's Army; Hydra.
Plans: slowly regain his memories and fall in love with Steve; learn about Steve's family Johnny & Sue, and John in Loki's army; fight in the war.
