[Tony Stark(Iron Man)]

(OCC: January 1st. Morning. Open to all rebels. Apoligies to the rude Stark, he's just cranky today)

Tony was beyond tired. It was unknown how many weeks so far he lived here but he was beyond annoyed with the country life-style. The only signs of home were his transportation devices, his suits, his technical supplies and JARVIS on a small chatting battery radio connected to one of the suits. Tony Stark, the leader of the rebellion, was so far not enjoying this. He was forced into such a state, that he was shocked anyone could possibly live like this in real life. Sure the people were nice enough to let him stay or let him work treason to king loki but Tony felt he deserved better than this crap. 

A knock on the door retrieved his self-pity and he walked to open his door to see a new person in front of him. "Hi. Welcome to the rebellion. If you're on Loki's side I suggest you leave but if you're not come in. You can't kill me without a fight so don't try so easily and I wanna let you know I'm in a very bad mood so don't try any weird tricks on me"

[Peter Parker/Spiderman]

Storm knocked on the door seeing Tony and smiled.

"I'm glad I made it to the right place. My name is Ororo. But I'm also known as Storm. I'm a mutant. I can fly and control the weather. Many of my mutant friends I was seperated from. I don't know if any of them are still alive now but I came here hoping I could do some good. And get that son of a bitch for what he's done." said Storm.

As she spoke a lightning storm starts outside and lightning struck a bale of hay behind her. Storm blushed slightly at her loss of control quickly summoning rain to put out the fire. She turned back to Tony sheepish.

"Sorry. I rarely lost control before but sometimes when I get really angry it's hard to focus and my powers are tied to my emotions." said Storm.

She walked in and smiled at him.

Ben Grimm stumbled in behind her hearing voices.

"This the place of the rebellion? Loki killed my girlfriend, two of my best friends, and kidnapped another of my friends. I'd take Loki on myself but I tried and failed. I need your help." said Ben.

Peter staggered in. His suit was torn and his mask was torn revealing he who he was but he didn't really care. What was the point of a secret identity when the world was enslaved by Loki. He had fought against some of Loki's troops a couple days ago trying to get to Loki and had failed. He'd ended up fleeing and he'd heard of the rebellion and decided he needed help. His arm was still bleeding pretty bad as his makeshift bandage was peeling away.

"Help." mumbled Peter.

He collapsed and saw someone caught him seeing it was Tony. Tony Stark was one of his idols and he grinned despite his injuries.

"You're Tony Stark. I tried to get an internship or a job at your company but they were always full. It's an honor to meet you." gasped Peter.

[Tony Stark(Iron Man)]

Three people came in quickly and with haste. All three with different personalities but a similar goal. Rebellion and attack against Loki. Tony smiled, glad to see that his cause was spreading across others. He was a bit shocked as Storm introduced herself and angrily made a lightining strike outside, but smiled "No worries. Hey, at least you live up to your name. Good to meet you Storm. Welcome to the team. Make yourself comfortable. Steve should be here but he's working out some kinks. Anyway, it's nice to see more mutants not join Loki. Tony Stark is my name"

He then turned to see Ben Grimm, a strange looking creature but he couldn't care less what people looked like. He only cared about potential and commitment. Tony nodded at Ben's question "Yes sir. This is the place. I'm determined just as much as you . I'm the leader here. In case you didn't get it, I'm tony----" Tony then heard a weak voice, and saw it came from a young man who was bleeding, had torn clothes and looked like he came out of a war zone. Seeing him collaspe, Tony's protective instincts kicked in and he caught him quickly. He smiled seeing someone finally know his name but frowned quickly as he saw Peter Parker in terrible shape. Quickly, Tony got him onto a small bunk and responded sardonically "And you're in bad shape. Good to meet you too son, I'm flattered. Now let's get you patched up and ready to go again. First thing's first, did you get this way because you tried to fight loki all by yourself?"

[Peter Parker/Spiderman]

Storm sees how hurt Pete is and followed Tony to the bunk with Ben right behind her.

"Do you have a med kit? Or a doctor here? He looks pretty hurt." said Storm.

Ben looked at the boy and sighed. The boy reminded him so much of Johnny. He was younger than Johnny but he just wanted to help somehow. He paused looking outside seeing no signs of anyone following him.

"Looks like no one followed the boy here. Whoever he is." said Ben.

Peter coughed sadly hearing Tony and smiled.

"Yeah. I went after him. I was a solo super hero. I didn't have a team like the Avengers or the Fantastic Four to help me. I didn't know if any of you were still alive. I mean you guys are the main two super hero teams of New York. I figured Loki would have wiped you guys out. But I'm sitting with an Avenger and a member of the Fantastic Four. So I'm glad to see some of you guys made it." said Peter.

He paused removing what was left of his mask and sighed.

"I'm Spider-man. You probably heard of me. I just got bad press unlike you guys. But my real name's Peter Parker. I got separated from my family and my friends during the attacks. I don't know if any of them made it. I lost my uncle a couple months ago. And my parents died when I was young. All I have left is Aunt May and she was still recovering from Green Goblin attacking my house after he learned who I was. I checked the hospital but they don't know if she's still alive. Any of you heard of May Parker? " said Peter.

Seeing no recognition from them he sighed. He'd just buried his uncle and now his aunt could be gone too.

"I could be all alone. Oh god I'm only sixteen. They might try to take me one of their orphanages or try to put me in a foster family. I don't want another family." whispered Peter.

He tried to get up but was pushed back by Ororo and Tony. He sighed seeing he wasn't going anywhere.

Piotr Rasputin stumbles in with Coulson. Coulson had been one of the founding members of the rebellion. Although he had no idea Tony was here until he walked in seeing him with Peter. As he'd kept pretty much to himself when he wasn't recruiting. Seeing a boy dressed in a torn Spiderman costume he guessed that was Spider-man. He rushed to get a medkit hearing Storm mention it and handed it to Tony. There'd be time for a reunion between them later. Right now they needed to get Spider-man patched up.

"He looks pretty bad. You think we can patch him up? There's very few hospitals left and the ones that are are run by Loki's goons." said Coulson.

Colossus remained silent seeing Coulson rush off to get the medkit to help Peter. He smiled a bit seeing his teacher Storm was here. Hopefully that meant other X-men survived especially his best friend Kitty. He hoped she was alright.

"Is he going to be ok?" asked Colossus.

[Fandral]

(OCC: Will bring in Mary Jane later)

"We do. I'm trying to look for it now" Tony replied patiently to Storm. As he, storm and ben looked for it, Coulson(The founder of the team, unknowing to him) grabbed it and gave it right to him. He was about to say something when Peter coughed and Tony realized that peter really needed to get fixed. Nodding quickly in thanks, the iron man was quick to help patch up Peter. He turned to Coulson again and responded with a grim smile "Nice to see you back in the living" He then nodded and sighed "I'm trying but his wounds are really bad. Damn. Loki didn't play nice" He then listened to Peter explain that he did in fact go solo to attack Loki due to assuming the rest of them here were dead or captured. He then saw the boy's face and Tony paled, Peter looked like a version of himself, and for some reason tony felt much more sympathy because of this along with the boy's history. So when Peter started rambling about being orphaned and not wanting to be in another family, Tony felt the need to let peter stay. So with Storm, he quickly pulled him down to the bed.

"Oh no you don't. You're gonna get patched up and stay here. Now that you've exposed yourself, loki will try to find you. Besides, no age is too young. If you're willing, able, have potential and courage, you are a member. As for your aunt, I haven't seen her or heard about her, we'll find a way to get her back if she's alive which I'll find out if she is or not. Also, if she isn't, we won't make judgements like that quite yet. Don't go running off just yet" He then cursed slightly "Man, these bandages can fix them but can't stop some of the other wounds"

Steve Rogers was busy working, struggling with some internal issues as well as personal ones. He just figured out that johnny storm was his nephew and was captured, along with some fantastic four members assuming to be dead or captured also. He wished to remain alone but had not told anyone else quite yet. He would do so in time. He had to wrap this around his head for a bit before setting off to tell about anyone else of it. He then heard talking and other things and left his private chamber to go see what was up, and it turned out Tony was with many people, including Coulson. But his attention was more on Ben Grimm who said things that drove Steve's mind a bit wild.

This the place of the rebellion? Loki killed my girlfriend, two of my best friends, and kidnapped another of my friends. I'd take Loki on myself but I tried and failed. I need your help

"Which friends? Care to tell us so we can find the friend captured and find him easier?" If it was johnny like he was already assuming then he and Ben could work together or something. If Ben bothered anyway which it seemed he might due to wanting the rebellion's help. "And yes, like Stark said, this is indeed the rebellion. I'm Steve Rogers, Captain America, second in command of the rebellion. Sorry about asking the other questions first sir. I just wish to indeed help you"

"Coulson? You... You made it?!" Steve said first off as silence just begun to take over the area as Tony started talking to Peter. However he was interupted by not one, not two but three new people. Wow. This was a good sign

Frigga had been in quiet hiding for some time but due to the gossip running fast in this realm, Frigga discovered the rebellion being taken place. Her sons were causing more trouble than she wished and she knew she couldn't stay in hiding forever. She went in a brown cloak given from a kindly stranger, and walked to the house where it seemed to be people walking in from all walks of life. Frigga had a good feeling this was the place but she didn't want to be too naive about it. She went in, knocked the door loudly and one of the members allowed her in. She smiled and responded, still hiding behind the cloak responding "Are you part of the resistance? I wish to help" She turned to see Peter Parker and asked kindly "What happened to the young boy? If you wish I can use my magic to provide for him" She sighed, knowing that people would eventually demand who she was, and released the cloak revealing her face and loose auburn hair. She smiled softly "Forgive me. I am Frigga. The exiled queen of asgard. I wish to go against my son loki for making such terrible chaos" She turned to see fandral and gently hugged him when the warrior hugged her.

She frowned when Fandral got upset over loki and decided to take her struggle by looking to Peter again. "Your wounds. They are much more severe and your medical kit might not work" She turned to Coulson and responded "Let me help him"

"Queen Frigga! You are here? Is this really the rebellion?! By asgard, this is splendid!"

That voice, pleased and cheerful, belonged to none other than one of the warrior's three. Fandral was his name and he was just passing by, arguing with Volstagg before the fat man went to get something to eat while Fandral went snooping. The warrior discovered a woman in a brown cloak and was curious to who she was, so he followed her. Now that he knew who the woman was, he knew her purpose was similar to his and that his loyalty to her was still available due to her surviving in her banishment. He went over to the rebellion group and responded "Sorry. I am fandral. One of the warrior's three. Volstagg my friend should be here but he... he went off to find food. Typical of him really" He hugged Frigga and responded to her alone "My queen, we will get your throne back. For you and odin himself still keep it" He turned angerily to the others and said "Loki dared to banish the kind queen for simply being married to odin. Tis a shame. Please, let me and her join your cause"

[Ben Grimm/The Thing]

Coulson smiled at Tony and Steve.

"Thanks. I'm glad to be back. I spent a little time in Tahiti recovering afterward. I was only dead for a few seconds but it felt longer than that. I was going to tell you guys but then Loki took over the world and I helped form this army. I just didn't realize you and Steve were already here. I'm glad you guys made it. Do you know if any of the others did?" asked Coulson.

He paused hearing Tony and sighed.

"The poor kid. We've been watching him for awhile. We didn't know who he was but Fury wanted to ask for his help. He decided not to include him in Project Avenger to stop Loki. But he figured Spider-man could be a great asset later. We didn't expect him to be a teenager." said Coulson.

He turned when Frigga said she could help.

"Well Tony's bandaging him up. Unless you got healing powers there's not much else we can do for him. He's just going to be in bed for awhile." said Coulson.

Storm smiled in relief when Coulson showed up with the med kit. But hearing some of the wounds were still going to be pretty bad.

"I'm sorry Spider-man. I wish we'd known about you. I take it you got your powers similar to the Fantastic Four. Since you're not a born mutant I think Cerebro didn't pick up on you so Xavier didn't send any of us after you to see if you needed our help." said Storm.

The Fantastic Four had a team. Even the Avengers had formed a team. Spiderman was a teenager and on his own. Who knows how many times he'd been hurt like this and had no one to patch him up.

"Well you're not a solo hero anymore Peter. You're on a team now. And teams look out for each other. Like Tony said you're not going anywhere. If we have to I think one of us could adopt you if you like. At least this way no one could take you away to the work camp." said Storm.

She shuddered at the thought. There were work camps for teenagers and men. The women were left to take care of the younger children until they were old enough to go to the work camps. She feared some of her former students were at some of these camps. She paused seeing Colossus arrive and rushed over and wrapped the boy into a hug.

"Peter. I'm so glad you're safe. Are any of the others with you?" asked Storm.

Peter smiled at Tony, Storm, and Coulson.

"Thank you. I almost forgot how kind people could be. It's only been a few weeks but it feels like months." said Peter.

He winced as Tony helped bandage him up. He nodded as they talked about his wounds.

"Well one of my powers is self-healing. I should be ok in a few days. At least to walk around in. I'll probably have a few scars. And I'll need to make a new suit.I guess I don't really need it now but I just sort of feeling safer with it on." said Peter.

Colossus shook his head.

"I'm afraid not Storm. I'm just glad you're safe too. It's nice to see a familiar face. But you said something about work camps. Could Kitty, Bobby, Rogue, and the others be over there?" asked Colossus.

Ben paused hearing a familiar voice as he tuned everything else seeing "Johnny". He rushed forward wrapping him into a hug.

"Johnny. You escaped. I looked everywhere for you. I'm so glad you're ok." said Ben.

He paused seeing "Johnny" had no idea who he was and he realized he was wearing a completely different costume as Ben's smile dropped as he could feel his hope shattered.

"You're not Johnny." whispered Ben.

Tears began to form as he collapsed into a chair.

"Loki's probably killed him by now. My friends, my girlfriend.... they're all gone. Loki's going to pay for this." said Ben.

He paused seeing Frigga as he glared at her.

"What kind of mother or queen are you? You let him terrorize the Earth twice. First in New Mexico and then again in New York. And still you did nothing. Now he's destroyed most of the world and killed my family. Killed Alicia. Why should we accept any help from you?" said Ben.

He stood up angrily shoving a fist at Frigga.

(ooc: feel free to have someone stop him. His hopes been shattered again he's consumed with anger and grief and perhaps his sanity's a bit questionable. I doubt Frigga would blame him if he did hurt her. But I don't think Fandral, Volstagg, or anyone else would be as forgiving. xd)

[Volstagg]

Frigga was aware that many others were talking to other people, so her arrival was more humble than she was used to. Frigga, at that thought, instantly felt spoiled and shook her head listening to Coulson's patient response. "I do actually. My powers of healing are available. It will not take all injuries but it definitely will make him more able than bandages" She turned to Peter, planning to go over and asked him but looking every once in a while to Tony and Coulson "Do you wish me to use them? I only ask due to me just arriving and you and I know nothing of each other yet" She then turned to Tony and Steve who both said things about trusting her enough to try. However her relief in that fact was instantly shattered as Ben Grimm instantly took out his angry on her, calling her a terrible queen, that he demanded that why they should trust her when Loki was hurting others. Frigga did not want to hurt the other man, only wanting peace and so backed away as the fist came down on her. However Tony shouted protest and Fandral immediately grabbed him.

Not long after Volstagg arrived and tried to wrestle Ben down. Frigga ran and shouted "Enough! Stop it! Stop! This is not what will help us! Stop!" Frigga turned to the others but she pulled both Volstagg and Ben desperately away from each other. She was suddenly pulled away from him by Tony who asked her about loki reviving Alicia and she sighed sadly, feeling guilty feelings overwhelm her.

Tony turned to Coulson and responded to Frigga "Yeah, if you wanna help go right ahead. With anything you have. You got better bandages?" He then listened to Frigga explain her healing and he nodded with a shrug "Again, if you wanna help, go ahead. You're on our side so, due to our crappy situation, I'm inclined to believe anybody who wants to help us for now" He turned to Steve who said he agreed then turned to Coulson again with a smile "Sure she's the mom of our enemy but hey, I'm not judging that anymore since she's on our side. Also no, haven't seen bruce or natasha or clint yet. We know what happened to thor though" He frowned heavily on that "Thor's been captured Coulson. We need to get him" Suddenly, he had his attention of Peter once more and the older man nodded to everything he said. "New suit? Got it. You'll get a new spidey suit kiddo. Just rest and...." Suddenly Ben got extremely upset to extremely angry. Instantly, the man rashly attacked frigga verbally as well as aimed a fist "Wait! Hold it! No hitting! God damnit!" Tony said, extremely not ok with the sudden unprepared attack.

"Do I need a damn time out!?" Tony shouted as Fandral, Ben and Volstagg started arguing and fighting. He turned to Steve who was shocked and then to coulson. "We can keep Frigga here but we may need to make ben and her stay seperate in other houses here or something. Because he tried to attack her. What do you think?" He whispered to coulson before going over and helping Frigga get away from the fight. "About your son. Is it possible that you can tell him to revive ben's girlfriend or something?" He said this quietly to her

Steve turned confused as Ben called him Johnny before realizing that ben made a mistake due to him sounding and looking like Johnny. Johnny storm. His great-nephew. He now knew who ben was for and he felt even worse. He couldn't tell ben now, not like this. Once Ben handled all the stress would steve offer peace and alliance. Not when ben was so vunerable like now. Steve turned to coulson with guilt hiding in his chest "Well you're back coulson. Glad to see you didn't get captured. It's great to see you" He then shook his head "What tony said. We have no idea right now" Suddenly a huge fight with ben, frigga and fandral as well as a new man came about. Steve went over but got shoved off accidently. He got up and saw Tony pull frigga away and he was with coulson. "Damn. Coulson? Any chance you have like a whistle or something?" He said naively, honestly the guilt was making his head feel funny so he said things that would probably sound stupid.

Fandral was about to talk to Frigga about her experiences with exile when suddenly Ben went to attack her. With haste, Fandral grabbed Ben's arm and pulled it, deliberately trying to hurt ben for daring to attack Frigga. "Loki's actions were his own! You dare mock and attack the beloved queen?! How DARE you?! You have absolutely no right to challange a queen and woman who has done so much for asgard. You do not know the whole story!" He didn't mention the family because Ben might attack him hard if that happened. That and Fandral didn't want to sound heartless but Frigga was in danger, it was his job to protect her. And he would do so. At all costs. "Someone stop him!" He shouted as he kept pulling on ben, trying to stop him. He then shouted "You should accept her help because she is a true heroine. If you knew her the way I did, you'd be biting your tongue!" Suddenly his friend Volstagg obnoxiously pulled him and ben down angerily. Fandral eventually got away and said annoyedly "Oh now you decide to show up Volstagg! Just when our queen was threatened"

Volstagg was just finishing lunch when he heard shouting from Ben, he heard the screams and talking from one of the houses and went there as soon as possible. Quickly he saw that the rocked man was wrestling with Fandral, a man holding frigga protectively, people shouting for the two fighters to stop and himself watching. "Oh asgard! Not again fandral. This is what happens when you wrestle with bigger people. Let me handle it!" Suddenly he shoved the rock man, himself and fandral to the ground. He then heard Fandral's comment and his amusement turned to rage. "How dare you sir?!" He shouted to ben "What reason would you attack frigga? The allmother of asgard?"

[Piotr Rasputin/Colossus]

Colossus turned his skin into metal and helped pull Ben down with the others.

"Calm down. This isn't her fault. You can't blame her for her son becoming a murdering psychopath." said Colossus.

He paused turning to Frigga.

"No offense of course." said Colossus.

Storm turned to Coulson.

"Keep Peter safe. He's hurt enough as it is. We'll try to calm Ben down." said Storm.

She turned to the others hearing Colossus's words about the camps knowing that would have to wait as this was more important. She nodded at Colossus and Fandral's words.

"They're right. You can't blame her for what Loki's done. She's his mother. I don't blame her for thinking she could save him. What kind of mother could just turn her back on her child. I used to teach at the Xavier Institute. I taught many mutant children how to use their powers. Some came from broken homes and some had good homes. But we became a family. In a way they were all like children to me. And the only one I know who's alive is Colossus. I know your pain. My friends, my family. They could all be dead too. But blaming her even hurting her won't change anything. It won't bring them back and it wont' stop Loki." said Storm.

Coulson nodded letting Storm and the others hold off Thing as he stepped to the side with Tony trying to keep Peter safe. Storm was right. Peter's injuries were bad enough. He sighed looking at Tony. He heard Storm's words and nodded stepping out.

"Alright. That's enough! Storm is right. You think you're the only one who's lost someone Ben. We've all lost friends, and family. People we don't know if they're alive or dead. Most of the world is gone. But if we start fighting each other then we'll never stop Loki or bring peace to what's left of this planet and the universe." said Coulson.

Peter smiled at Tony glad to know he'd get a new suit soon. Peter watched the fight seeing how hurt Ben was at the loss of his own family. Peter sighed feeling stupid.

"I can't believe how pathetic I'm being. I'm worried about being sent to another family. Worried about my aunt. When he watched his family get killed. I know what that's like. My uncle got shot by a mugger who stole his car. I got there too late and he died in my arms. But it was my fault. That mugger stole some money and I didn't stop him because I wasn't a hero then. I was cheated out of money by a wrestling tournament I was in. If I'd stopped him my uncle would still be alive. My uncle told me with great power comes great responsibility and that became my motto. I failed to save Uncle Ben and I made a promise to not fail anyone else. But I did. I couldn't stop Loki. And the world's gone to hell. Aunt May. Harry. Mary Jane. Felicia. Flash. Dr. Connors. Everyone I know could be dead." whispered Peter.

Ben paused ignoring the others and threw everyone off him with his super strength. He was going to have his revenge. But Sorm, Coulson, and Frigga's words got to him. He just collapsed to his knees.

"Sue. Reed. Johnny. Alicia. All gone. They're all gone." said Ben.

He just began to sob dropping his head into his hands tuning everyone else out.

Mike meanwhile walked in seeing the end of the fight.

"Well at least the rebellion's not going to be a boring place." thought Mike.

He turned to the group.

"Hello. I'm Detective Mike Stone. I heard this was the rebellion right. I'm a mutant although all I can do is turn invisible and I'm not much of a fighter. But maybe you guys could help teach me that part." said Mike.

[Frigga]

Frigga realized once things were all settled that Ben was just simply hurting but when she went to him, Fandral immediately held up a arm, saying he was too emotional and he didn't want her to get hurt. "Fandral. He is just a man. Men of any breed make mistakes" When let go, she kindly went over to him and responded softly "You have every right to be angry with my son. I have no hard feelings over your rage. I wish to make it right. That is why I am here. I do not expect you to like me or even trust me. I don't expect anything from you. Know that I am here for support, not to make things worse" She then saw Steve say he would talk to him and Frigga nodded, worrying that he might indeed rage on her again. Frigga quickly saw Colossus and him comment that it wasn't her fault Loki was a pychopath. She nodded calmly at his saying no offense "None taken. I understand what you are trying to get across. He IS my son but the way he rules is not what is good. I wished for him to be a kind ruler with a good family and a happy life. Not be chaotic and hurt others"

She sighed and went over to preferably Storm after a while and responded to her "I thank you and the others for defending me. I apoligize for my son's actions. I never wanted him to hurt others" She tried not to get upset but her voice suddenly was filled with hurt "He forgot everything I taught him. I only wanted to love him. You see he was abandoned and odin convinced me to keep his adoption a secret despite me hating the idea. Once he found out I told him the truth and that I still loved him as his mother. It seems whatever happened caused him to forget that" She sighed again, sorrowfully "Perhaps your friend is right. Maybe somehow I did make a mistake as a mother. I love my son but I did not want him to do this"

Fandral and Volstagg was glad everyone helped them out as Ben was wrestled down and stopped. That all of them defended Frigga. That showed relief to the two warriors. Volstagg was glad that ben stopped but felt awkward as he kept sobbing. He decided to avoid it by going off to Stone. He smiled brightly and responded "The rebellion is indeed here, young mike! I am Volstagg! One of the new members here but I can help you with whatever fighting you wish to learn" He then sneered as Fandral teased him about his eating. "My appetite is better than yours, fandral" He then smiled cheerfully to Stone "My friend doesn't know what he speaks. Feel free to ask for help from me when you need it" He rolled his eyes and replied "Excuse me" He then bear-hand held Fandral's head and chuckled as Fandral laughed. He wasn't hurting the younger one but he was definitely annoyed. The two were like brothers.

Fandral interupted volstagg when he was talking to mike "Yes and if you also want to pig yourself out he is also the right person!" He laughed when volstagg snapped back at him but frowned as Frigga went over to Ben. "My queen! Do not! He might attack you again! He is emotional!" However Frigga convinced him otherwise and he relunctinately let her go but kept a hand on his sword in case ben had any funny idea and was relieved when she left him to talk to Storm, which was someone he really trusted. He then sighed and went to go bother Volstagg and Mike. He responded "Yes. Any help. Any. Like finishing your food" He laughed when Volstagg gave him a bear hold on his head.

"Thanks all. Glad we made a arrangement. Jesus, was that random" Tony replied, trying to bring back the light-hearted setting. But he found that completely impossible due to Ben's temper tantrum. He was relieved to see everyone help him out, as the leader he obviously had to have a say. "Look ben. You might think I'm sounding unsympathetic but you may be one of the only people to lose so much but you're not the only one who's struggling to survive this ok. That's why I made this. I lost Pepper during the fight, she might be dead like Alicia and you know what? I'm gonna make Loki pay if she is dead but if she isn't, I'll still make the dude pay" He wanted to curse but due to loki's mother here he wanted to show respect to her. He then saw Steve talk to the now sobbing ben and he felt that he had to look over Peter, his business with the rock-man was no longer his problem. He had everyone to care for, not just ben. He then heard Peter mumbling and although he was feeling bad, Tony couldn't help but want to make the kid's pain go away. Yes Tony wasn't the most sympathetic person but he definitely gave a shit about other people. Especially those who seemed to work just right. Peter was one of those people

"Kid, you have your own problems" Tony said eventually as he went closer to peter. He heard his whispers and decided to whisper not wanting to embarass the already-broken kid. "You may be a hero but if you can't help yourself first you can't help others. There's nothing wrong with worrying about yourself and what your family is doing. Yes you should care but you should also help yourself. That's why you came to us, to help yourself get healed" He got more bandages and fixed some more parts of peter's body. He tried to attend the injuries as much as he could. "About the suit. You want it in what color?" He said cheerfully, offering a smile

Steve was appalled at Ben's behavior, not because he didn't like it but because poor ben was suffering. He felt absolutely terrible for making him lose hope. He had to do something. So when everything was settling down, Steve went to the crying rock monster and responded gently "I am sorry about your losses. I wish to let you know something very important" He sighed "Johnny is my great-nephew. I'm telling you this because you and I are his family in a sense. I have discovered this just recently so if johnny didn't tell you that's why, he might not know it" He sighed once more "I wish I could make it easier but I can't right now. If there's anything I can say or do for you let me know"

"Whoa. Who caused a storm? This place looks like a hurricane went through it" Darcy said as she came in. She didn't know where she was but she heard the ruckus and saw that there were tons of people here. "Is this the rebellion everybody's paranoid about?" She asked firmly before smiling "If so. Count me in. The sons of bitches kidnapped my buddy jane. I'mma go all over the walls on that shit"

[Ben Grimm/The Thing]

Ben tried but Fandral's words jut felt hollow to him. And so did everyone else's. He just found himself tuning them out until Steve spoke and hearing he was Johnny's family he realized that made sense. He then hugged Steve perhaps a bit too tight. Thankfully Steve had super strength so he wasn't breaking any bones or anything.

"You're Johnny and Sue's great uncle? I wish you could have met them. Your niece Sue, her husband Richard, my girlfriend Alicia. They're all gone. The building collapsed on them. I was pinned down. Loki's goons couldn't find me but I watched it all. I watched the building burn and no one could survive that. And then they took Johnny away. Loki must have killed him. The Fantastic Four is gone and now there's just me." said Ben.

Piotr Rasputin listened to her glad she wasn't offended by anything he said. Seeing Ben so hurt and hug Steve he stepped back. He pitied The Thing as his skin turned to normal. He watched Frigga go off to talk to Storm as he paused seeing a couple new arrivals. The new guy was busy talking with a couple of the others but the woman was free. And she was gorgeous but she was way out of his league. He decided well he could still be friendly. He walked up to her.

"Hello. I'm Piotr Rasputin. Welcome to the rebellion." said Piotr.

(ooc: can't wait until black widow gets here. The two Russian super heroes together. Perhaps she could be one of his teachers here. xd)

Ororo paused glancing at Frigga and smiled trying to be polite.

"I'm sorry Frigga. I do not blame you like Ben does. He was just consumed with grief. I pity him and I am him at the same time. I was a teacher at a school for mutants. My friends, my students. Children, teenagers. The only one I've found is Piotr Rasputin. He also goes by Colossus. They were at the school for so long that I began to view them as my children in a way and now they could all be dead." said Ororo.

She paused wiping tears away as she looked over at Colossus and Darcy and then back at Frigga.

"And it doesn't help there are rumors of work camps for men. And camps where women, children and teenagers are. When the male teens get old enough they join the men in the work camps. I don't know if these are true but it's hard to tell what's going on out there. I don't know how to tell him the others may be dead." said Ororo.

Mike paused looking at them both and chuckled.

"Are you two brothers or just good friends?" asked Mike.

He smiled.

"Volstagg? You don't hear that name much. Wait. You're from Thor's world, aren't you? I never got the honor of meeting him but I was there when he and the other Avengers fought off Loki and the Chitauri in New York. I wish I was more of a warrior. All I could do was help clear the streets and keep people safe. Well I can turn invisible but that's not very helpful in battle I suppose." said Mike.

He chuckled again as they spoke about their appetites.

"Well as long as you don't eat my food then we're good." said Mike.

He grinned as Volstagg trapped Fandral in a bear hold. These two were certainly something else. But he was already having fun just talking with them. Perhaps the three of them could be good friends.

(ooc: Just had an amusing idea. Perhaps the two of them help train him. Since Hogun and Thor are slaves, and Sif's mia perhaps spending time with training Mike and hanging out with him will sorta make them feel better. Or at least distract them. xd)

Peter Parker paused looking up at Tony.

"Thanks. And you're right. I haven't really had someone give me advice like this since my Uncle Ben died. I just wish I knew where if any of them were alive." said Peter Parker.

He paused again and grinned at Tony suggested his costume idea.

"Can you help me redo this costume? I'm sure you've seen photos or video of me in the costume. I'm not as popular as you guys obviously but I want to wear this same suit. Although maybe I should update it a bit. My old costume really didn't help me against Loki and his goons. I guess I need something stronger." said Peter Parker.

He smiled grew as he thought of how kind Tony was being.

"You know I thought you were just a genius and superhero but you're more than that. You're also a great guy who gives out great advice." said Peter Parker.

He smiled as Tony finished patching him up as he grinned.

"I can't believe I was bandaged by Iron Man. I think I'll keep these as souvenirs." said Peter Parker.

Okay he was a nerd and possibly being a fanboy. But he couldn't help it. He'd been a fan of Tony Stark and Iron Man before he knew they were the same person. And Tony didn't seem to mind.

[Tony Stark(Iron Man)]

As for Peter being natasha's student, I don't see why she wouldn't. She's a survivalist so she'd probably do it to make sure no-one is left behind. As for Fandral and Volstagg being bros/trainers to mike sounds like a excellient idea! Totally for it!)

Steve was shocked to be so quickly hugged, thankfully he wasn't really hurt but he would be lying if he said the hug was very comfortable. He felt a bit tight and the lack of breathing but he was fine otherwise. "Yes. I'm sue and johnny's great uncle and the lack of me being there for them is absolutely terrible. I'll do anything to set things right for them. I really am sure sue, reed and alicia were fantastic people but johnny's left and it's up to us both to work together and help him. Don't lose hope on him yet. If he's dead than we will survive that together. I want nothing more than for johnny to be happy and free if he's alive or to be in peace if he isn't. We need to stick together" He hugged back, trying to not be awkward about the hug but he was akward about it anyway. "Ben. I really appreciate this but... you're kinda hugging me too tight. Could you let go? I'm sorry" He didn't want to be rude but... yeah, ben kinda needed to let go by this point

"Well hi there nice guy! Name's Darcy. So this IS the rebellion. Well need help with being annoyed with the villains, I'm more than happy to do so" Darcy said, immediately smiling for peter. The kid was extremely cute. Even though she was older she still found the kid cute. There was nothing wrong with liking a younger man, she saw that the kid wanted to be friendly as seen with his introduction. Darcy was a person who was nice to those nice to her so it worked in her favor. She decided to be friendly and to do that, she joked around with him. "So you just got here too huh? Mind telling me what the shit just happened? I came in and someone was shouting bloody murder. Did a fight happen? Were there hot guys or hot girls or something related to hot people?" She said with a sarcastic tone

"As do I. Ben's pains are something I can understand and empathize with. I thought Thor was forever lost to me because of his banishment now he has returned only to become a slave to his younger brother" Frigga said sadly. She then listened more to Storm's words and felt terrible. Storm was right. Either all her friends/students were dead, forced into slavery or just lost somewhere in the world. Although some of the stuff storm said were possibly rumors, Frigga understand the possibility of Loki's forced reign could cause stuff like that to happen. Frigga put a hand over Storm's shoulder and responded "I am very sorry about your lost friends and students. I do not want to confirm the rumors due to me also not knowing if they are true or not. I only know that asgard is now in war against this rebellion and that I am now considered a exile. If your students are dead, I will find a way to set it right. If they are not, I will help you find them"

"I wish nothing more than to bring peace and set things right. I do hope we become friends or on good terms someday" Frigga responded gently

"You can say both about us! We are friends who are similar to brothers!" Volstagg cheerfully replied before letting go of the younger male. Fandral just rolled his eyes at that and laughed, enjoying volstagg being here and mike talking to them. Volstagg nodded at Mike's questions about his name and his relationship with Thor "Indeed I am, young mike! Thor is a good friend of mine! He is one of the greatest warriors in all the nine" He sighed sadly and slightly hurt "What happened to him was a damn shame. But we will bring him back! So be it! For asgard!"

Volstagg then smiled softly as Fandral said "Cheer up Volstagg. We'll get thor back as well as our precious friend hogun" At Mike's confusion Fandral explained "You see Mike, me, volstagg and our friend hogun are the warrior's three. Hogun unfortunately is with thor in loki's slavery group. We were not able to rescue him, we were forced to flee. It is a long tale" Fandral and Volstagg sighed before smiling again as the conversation went on

Hearing mike want to be more of a warrior, volstagg smiled "Fear not! If you wish to learn to fight better, just come to me and Fandral we can teach you!"

"That is if you don't bother Volstagg when he is napping" Fandral teased

"Shut up Fandral" Volstagg said, sticking his tongue out in annoyance

"Alright, alright. Seriously though, the both of us are more than willing to assist you, mike. They do not call me or volstagg great warriors for nothing" Fandral boasted

"Yes. They call ME a great warrior. They call you, dashing fandral, a great bed-companion instead" Volstagg laughed, resulting in the blond younger putting HIM in a head-lock instead. Volstagg quickly got out and began nooging Fandral's hair. The two started laughing, trying to ignore the reference of hogun and thor's condition and have a good time with mike and each other

"Maybe you should start hanging out with more smart people kid. As for your uncle ben, things in life pass but you'll understand that when you're a bit older, for now just heal and let it scab a bit" Tony said quickly and with a kind tone of voice. He continued as Peter said he wished to know about his other members of his family "Can't say for certain yet but you can definitely count on me to see if things for your aunt or others you know are safe. You have my word on that ok?"

Tony then smiled as Peter responded about the suit. Then peter commented about having a costume that looked the same but was stronger. "Yeah I've seen it. There are a couple of pictures I've seen of you. And the one you're wearing now. You are gonna get the same look but it'll be stronger, 'cause a leotard-like costume? Yeah, not gonna fly for a dictating king of a god. In order to fight properly, you're gonna need to pack a better punch and by that I mean have a suit that freaking protects you better kay?" He then looked to see his inner workshop in the house and nodded, as if he found a idea "I'll get started later. Right now I gotta wait and see if new people are coming today. Because it looks like millions of people are"

Tony then smiled softly as Peter said not only was he a genius but also a great man who gave out good advice. "Thanks kid. But don't always agree to everything I say. It makes me look like a god and we already have enough of those things running around. Besides, not everything I did in the past was all fine and saintly. I've made a mistake that I'm still trying to fix. Don't wanna talk about it now with you but let's just say before I became iron man, I've unknowingly helped bad people" He continued bandaging him up before laughing as Peter suggested to keep the bandages as soveiners. That was pretty geeky to Tony but you know what? Let the kid have a good time. He just escaped a war-like setting with loki, with all limbs stuck on him. Tony handled this before anyway, he was used to this response.

"You like the smell of blood kid? If you don't I'd think you'd rather NOT take them with you. I'll give you a autograph with a picture of me if you want later. Besides, bandages are a terrible soveiner! Get a rusty piece of wood from a old house that some random douche lived in and even that's better than bandages!" Tony said, a cheerful grin and a sarcastic tone of voice turned on.

[Peter Parker/Spiderman]

Ben listened to him and smiled.

"I know Johnny and Sue would have loved to meet you." said Ben.

He paused as he said to not lose hope he's dead.

"I want to believe he's still alive. But Loki tried to kill you and your friends when you stopped him. You really think he'd keep someone as powerful as Johnny around? Someone who could be a threat to him? I don't think he would. Look around. Most of the X-men, Avengers, and Fantastic Four are dead or missing. There's only a handful of us so far in the rebellion. And that's not counting civilians. If we can't stop a god they definitely wouldn't stand a chance." said Ben.

He paused as Steve said he was hugging him too tight as Ben let go.

"Sorry. Sometimes I forget my own strength. I didn't hurt you did I?" said Ben.

Piotr grinned at her.

"Darcy. A beautiful name for a beautiful lady." said Piotr.

He nodded.

"Yep. This is the rebellion. Glad you could make it." said Piotr.

He nodded.

"Most of us did. The Ben guy started a fight. You probably recognize him. He's from the Fantastic 4. The other members were killed and one was captured and apparently looks like Captain America which confused Ben for a bit. He tried to take out his anger at Loki on Frigga but we were able to stop him. I can't say I blame him. He's targeting the wrong person though. My friends, my family.. they're all dead or missing. Well except Professor Munroe. She's taking with Queen Frigga over there." said Piotr.

Ororo nodded.

"I am sorry you have to go through this. No mother should be separated from her children or have to fight them. I lost my parents at a young age and grew up an orphan on the streets until Professor Xavier found me and took me in. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't have my new family the X-men. I just hope the rest of them are ok. I am grateful to know one of them survived." said Ororo.

She paused and smiled at her.

"Thank you. I hope in time more of them will join the rebellion or we'll find them hiding somewhere. Or as slaves somewhere. As horrible as that would be at least they'd be alive for us to save them." said Ororo.

She paused as she said she wanted to find a way to set it right if they were dead and to help them if they were alive.

"Unless you know a way to revive the dead or rewind time we can not save anyone who has died. We can only mourn them and avenge them by stopping Loki and allies he has from causing more damage. But I believe we can be friends. I don't blame you for any of this. I never have. This is Loki's fault and he's the one who needs to be dealt with. In time I think even Ben will not blame you either." said Ororo.

Mike chuckled at the antics of the two of them.

"How amusing. You two certainly do act like it." said Mike.

He listened as the spoke of being friends with Thor and that he and another friend Hogun were Thor's slaves.

"Well I'm sure we can rescue all the slaves in time especially your friends. Although it might take longer to take Asgard back. But it will be a lot easier with Thor at our side." said Mike.

Mike smiled at him.

"So if Hogun's the third member of your trio does that mean you have moves you've trained for three warriors? Perhaps I could be an apprentice or temporary member to help you out until you get Hogun back. If some of your best techniques require three warriors and you're short one you can't really complete the maneuver." said Mike.

He didn't know much about fighting but planning was more his style. He'd love to learn what he could from them. He was sure they both had a lot to teach him and he would have a lot of fun with these two.

"Well I have a feeling we'll be great friends. And I would love for you both to train me. I want to help in this war and while I'm better at making plans I know we need all the warriors we can get." said Mike.

He chuckled as they began teasing each other and nooging each other and putting each other in headlocks.

"Just promise me you won't get too rough with me. I'm not an Asgardian after all so I'd break more easier than the two of you." said Mike.

Peter grinned.

"Thanks. I used to work with Dr. Connors as his assistant but well being a super hero I was late too many times or absent and he fired me. I even admired Norman Osbourne before I found he was The Green Goblin. No one else knows. Not even Harry. He attacked me and found out my identity and I found out his. In our final battle he tried to kill me with his glider. I dodged it and it struck him in the chest with a powerful blade and he died. His son Harry is my best friend and believes Spider-man killed him because he saw me bring his father's body back out of the costume. I couldn't let Harry know his father had snapped and turned evil. He wasn't always close with his father but he still adored him. But now I wish I had told him." whispered Peter

He sighed and looked around the room before back at Tony.

"No one outside of this room knows who I am. It's hard being a super hero without any backup. Perhaps when this is over we could stay in touch. It wont' be the same though as most of the world's wiped out and what's left isn't close to what we used to have. But we can rebuild once we take out Loki. It would just take some time." whispered Peter

Peter sighed thinking about his aunt.

"Aunt May's the last of my family. If she's gone not only I am alone they could try to take me away. Could I stay with you or one of the others? Like someone could be appointed my guardian or foster parent or something. If I end up with a new family I'd prefer to be it someone I know." said Peter

He grinned as Tony talked more about his suit.

"Thanks. Maybe I should rename myself the Iron Spider when you're done." joked Peter

Peter grinned.

"You're one of my idols Mr. Stark. But I'm not a mindless follower either. I know people can make mistakes. You just hide yours pretty well." said Peter.

He blushed a little at Tony's words a bit embarrassed at how nerdy he was being.

"I guess you're right. I'll toss these when I don't need them anymore. But I'll take that autograph." whispered Peter.

Peter grinned knowing he was going to have a lot of fun chatting and hanging out with Tony Stark. All his friends would be so jealous if they knew he was hanging out with Tony Stark like this. Well he'd leave out the getting injured part obviously.

[Natasha Romanoff(Black Widow)]

Steve smiled softly at Ben's comment that Sue and Johnny would've loved meeting him, Steve honestly would've loved meeting them too. After all a majority of his friends and family were either too old or dead, Sue and Johnny weren't. Steve then frowned as Ben retorted that even though he too wanted to believe he was alive or others were still alive, they probably weren't due to Loki's intelligence of knowing power that Johnny or others had in their disposal. "Ben, I can't say you're wrong or right because I don't know myself but losing hope now is going to make sure they are dead. If they are dead we have to not give up and surrender, we need to fight for others, for our freedom. But now we have to give ourselves hope and try to make sure they are still alive. You're right, powerful people like us are now wanted or dead, but look at us, we may be small but we have a lot of power so far. We can try Ben, can you at least give me that?" He didn't want to sound pushy but his tone sounded very determined and persistant. He was too determined to give up now, not after he and Tony's efforts for escaping.

"No you didn't hurt me ben, it's just it was kinda tight is all" Steve replied assuringly to ben, giving him a pat on the shoulder "I'm honestly glad you're safe Ben. We need more people and you certainly have a lot of abilities we can use I'm sure. Besides, I want you and me to be close so we can give sue and johnny a honorable avengance"

"Awww you stop that!" Darcy said, teasingly hitting Colossus' shoulder. This kid was charming already, Darcy really liked how nice this boy was. At least someone didn't get annoyed with her like Selvig did, or motherly like Jane did. He took her a bit more seriously than the others seem to. "Glad to be here. I'll be dead before being chained up like those tigers you see on animal planet. Screw that, I have priorities, like my self-dignity" She then frowned slightly at the description of the fight before Piotr explained to her the details and frowned in both pity and hurt. Darcy too understood where Ben was coming from but from the sound of it, ben was going to hurt someone on their side and that normally didn't end well. "Shit. Glad I wasn't here to see it. Sounds really bad" She then patted the younger man's shoulder in sympathy "I'm sorry about your family and friends, well I'm glad Professor Munroe is here for you and you her. That's important. I lost my friends jane and Selvig, they could be dead too but I'm not sure"

She turned to see Frigga and widened her eyes "Wow. Apparently asgard has a aging cream I need because she looks good!" She then shrugged "Well it clearly ain't her fault. She's here with us so that's important. Also, yeah I heard about the fantastic four, especially some lady named The Invisible woman, she was cool" She continued with a grin "Maybe she's here too right?"

"Thank you. I appreciate your support. I agree, no mother should fight or hurt their child, but I have no other choice. My son Loki is misguided and I only wish to stop him from hurting more people. I only wish his happiness but if I have to stop him from hurting others by betraying him, I am afraid I must" Frigga said sadly before continuing on with words of some sort of hurt and compassion "I pray for your family and friends as well. I am truly sincere with my words. You should have never lost any of your students or family"

"Yes. Either in exile to us or slavery, having them be alive is better than death. Death would take them terribly. I sincerely pray nothing more than the best" Frigga agreed as Storm told her more about her hopes. She nodded as Storm said unless she could revive the dead she couldn't really do anything about it other than avenge and mourn "You are right, I will indeed avenge those you have lost as well as avenge what I lost. If my son has killed them that is, which I sincerely hope to Vahalla itself that they aren't" She sighed, feeling she was beating a dead horse but knew in order to ensure her loyalty she had to make a couple of promises that she knew she had to try and keep.

"Thank you again. I am glad we can have a chance being friends, because I want nothing more than that at least. Perhaps Ben will forgive me eventually. At least a majority of the rebellion including yourself has taken my side. I do not blame Ben for his actions regardless, I in fact expected it out of him. I only wish he finds peace or some sort of happiness" Frigga replied about the situations with ben and storm's acceptance to her token of friendship

"Once thor and hogun are freed we can defeat the tyrant once and for all!" Fandral said, deeply passionate as he did so. Volstagg calmed him down with a pat on the shoulder and both nodded at Mike's words about thor and others being freed. The two then smiled happily as Mike offered to be a temporary member/apprentice until Hogun came back or the fact that they might need someone to fill the gap up that they had. Fandral once again spoke up "Certainly young friend! We could use a new member anyway. You can always be our apprentice but the member part is the only temporary thing. We appreciate and accept your offer!"

"We mean the temporaryness in the most respectful way possible. Also yes, some of our technques need the three of us since hogun was and is our third member" Volstagg added to what Fandral said. He and Fandral then nodded and laughed as Mike said that he had a good feeling the three of them could be good friends as well as possibly good teachers to train him. Volstagg responded quickly "Absolutely, friend! We'll be great to assist you with anything you need to train with! Weapons, battle skill or martial arts you name it"

"Yes. Training would do you some good. Smarts are good but in war you need brawn as well as a brain" Fandral agreed

Eventually they stopped noogling each other before Mike asked them, that as much as he was clearly amused with them, to promise to not be rough with him "I can promise that for myself but not for volstagg!" Fandral teased which resulted in a rough teasing punch in the arm by Volstagg. Fandral rolled his eyes "OK that is a lie. Volstagg and I both have self-control. We will make sure not to be so violent. We know humans are physically weaker than asgardians are. It is understandable"

"You humans before tended to eat veggetables more than meats, that's why" Volstagg teased "I tease dear mike. Of course we will be careful. The last thing I need is a broken friend"

"Jesus. That's pretty bad for a kid like you to handle. Well whether you should've told Harry about all this or not isn't important for now. If he ever shows up or tries to hurt you once he finds out, he has to deal with me, but if he accepts this issue I'll explain it more and help you out. For now, we have to hope harry's alive and not aware of your identity now. I'll make sure that once he does, he knows the story you told me. I believe everything you said when the green goblin tried killing you. Trust me, I've been in that type of place" Tony replied patiently as Peter explained his issues with The Osborn family as well as his lab assistant past. Tony had a good feeling Peter was intelligen so this just confirmed to Tony that peter was pretty much just as intelligent as he was. Just less... casual about it. Or more "nerdy" about it than Tony was. It wasn't important of how nerdy Peter was acting, Tony thrived on smart people and peter sounded smart.

"Sure son. We can totally stay in touch. I'll get your number or some shit and JARVIS can give you mine.... Don't ask why I don't remember"

It is because his memory lacks in his personal life and more of his social or superhero identity JARVIS, on a small radio recorder that Tony made for himself to communicate with JARVIS outside of his suits, retorted

"I thought I shut you off. Sorry, Peter this is JARVIS, JARVIS this is peter parker" Tony said and then he retorted, some sort of annoyance on his voice "Be nice to me JARVIS, I saved your ass in one of my suits"

She turned around seeing Stark talking to a young man, Steve with a rock-man creature and bruce coming in going over to Mike and the two warriors she never met before. She turned to Coulson and made a quick thing to him. "Good to see you again Coulson" She said firmly, making sure that the death of his wasn't going to affect her. She knew of Coulson's secret to a certain degree but not all of it but didn't want Coulson to know for his personal safety and personal reactions to it. That and she just wanted to make this only about the rebellion she just discovered and NOT about personal things to a certain extent. "So this is where you and the others sneaked off to. While Bruce snuck off to some place near Mike and the two warriors, he deliberately was trying to avoid the majority of people, seeing that his friends were talking and he found it best to be quiet. That voice belonged to Mary Jane, who was quickly making a buzzline for Tony and Peter chatting about. She then widened her gaze as she saw Peter bloody but wearing something extremely familiar "Peter. What happened to you? What's going on and what the hell are you wearing?!" She looked him over then turned to Tony "Did he get beaten up on his way here!?" She came over and looked peter over in complete concern "Are you ok peter? I was so scared that you were killed by those aliens or something!"

[Detective Mike Stone]

Ben grinned at him.

"They didn't come out. I searched the wreckage. I waited there for as long as I could. There wasn't any sign of them. When I first turned into the thing my fiancee dumped me. She didn't like what I became. Alicia was different. She was blind but she still loved me. I felt so lucky to have found her. Now she's gone. And so are Sue and Richard. The five of us had become so close. Like a family. And now they're all gone. Loki wouldn't keep Johnny alive. Unless he.."

He trailed off horrified as he thought of something.

"Unless he wanted to turn him evil. He has magic right? What if he did that? Johnny's my best friend and he's like the brother I never had. I don't want to lose him." said Ben.

He paused looking at Steve.

"I don't want to give up. I'm going to keep fighting. But I don't know if I could go through losing someone else. You look so much like Johnny. You remind me of him a bit as well. But I'll try." said Ben.

He smiled glad he didn't hurt him.

"Sorry about that. I guess it's a good thing you're a super hero. I wouldn't want to hurt someone by accident like that." said Ben.

He smiled.

"Thanks. I'd like that too. You're Johnny and Sue's family so that makes you my family." said Ben.

"I thought women liked compliments especially when they're true." said Piotr.

He grinned at her. He was already enjoying her company. Sure he was still a teenager and she was probably 20 but that didn't matter to him. She was gorgeous.

"I'm glad you're here too. This place got a lot more brighter when you showed up . Even the fighting stopped." said Piotr.

He smiled at her.

"I'm glad you're safe. I wouldn't want anything to happen to you." said Piotr.

He nodded when she sounded upset at the fight.

"He witnessed most of the team and his girlfriend getting wiped out and the other member get kidnapped. So it doesn't look good for any of them. I hope for thier sake's and Ben's sake they're all ok. And I wish my friends and teachers were here too but I suppose hoping for miracles would be pointless. The real miracle would be Loki never starting this war in the first place." said Piotr.

He paused turning look at Frigga and back at Darcy.

"Well you don't have to worry about that at all. Not for a very long time. You're like 20 right?" asked Piotr.

He nodded when she said it wasn't her fault.

"Blaming her would be like blaming those guards or Thor. It's no one's fault but Loki's." said Piotr.

"Things will work out I'm sure. I fear your son may be too far gone. Trying to lock him up or banish him could just delay this war. Is there a way to strip him of his powers? If he was made mortal then we could lock him up in Asgard. We could just tell everyone he died so there would be no retribution and Loki could live out the rest of his life in a cell." said Ororo.

She paused and smiled at Frigga's words.

"Thank you. I hope they're alive out there somewhere. If even one of them is alive out there I wish to find them." said Ororo.

She sighed sadly worried about them. Scott. Jean. Professor Xavir. Logan. Bobby. And many others were all missing. She was glad Piotr was here but there was no to way to know if the others were ok.

"If Piotr and I are the last X-men then we shall avenge our fallen comrades by ending this war. But like I said Loki doesn't have to die. If we remove his powers then he's not a threat to anyone. If there is a way of course." said Ororo.

She smiled at him.

"Your welcome. I would like us to be friends. I think Ben doesn't really blame you. He's just so wrapped up in his anger and grief he's just lashing out at you because Loki isn't here. But if he does then I'm sure he'll forgive you. I too wish him to find peace. For all of us." said Ororo.

"I'm glad to hear that. So is it just Thor and Hogun in Asgard? No other friends or family you left behind?" asked Mike.

He paused and grinned.

"Well once Hogun is back I could still fight by your side like Thor right? We'd still be friends? I just wouldn't be a member of the Warriors Three anymore. But I'd be honored to be a member no matter how long it lasts." said Mike.

He grinned at them.

"I understand. I look forward to training with you both. It's an honor to be trained by such talented warriors like yourself. I can't wait to get started." said Mike.

Mike grinned.

"Thanks. I appreciate it. I mean I know with time and training I'll be stronger but the only power I have is invisiblity. So I'm not super strong like Hulk, or The Thing, Captain America, or Asgardians like yourself. " said Mike.

He chuckled as they kept teasing each other and punching and nooging each other.

"You two certainly know how to have fun. I think the two of you will keep this place cheerful and we all need to be happy and laugh once and while. Especially now." said Mike.

He chuckled.

"Self control? Really? I haven't seen it yet." teased Mike.

He grinned showing he was kidding.

"Well there are still some who prefer to eat just vegetables but I eat both. Now I'm craving a hamburger. We need to do something about food though. Even if we made a garden for vegetables we need meat. But most of the animals were probably wiped out during loki's attacks. We'd eventually are going to run out of food." said Mike.

He paused as Bruce and Mary Jane walked in and he found himself staring at Bruce.

When the guy walked over to him Mike looked at him and grinned.

"Hi. You weren't interrupting much. We're just getting to know each other. I'm Mike." said Mike.

He grinned. Two new friends who'd help him train and several hot guys here. Perhaps this rebellion would be more fun after all.

"Yeah. I've fought mostly bank robbers and thieves. Just small time crooks. The Green Goblin was my first real criminal. I don't know if you heard but he held a buss of kids and Mary Jane over the Brooklyn Bridge and said I had to choose which I could save. I was able to grab Mary Jane and save the kids in time. Just barely. The gas that gave him his powers drove Norman insane. He was such a great man once. A shame it had to end that way." said Peter.

He paused and nodded.

"I guess I'd have to come clean with my identity to Harry to tell him how I know Spiderman didn't kill Green Goblin. After all my job is a freelance photographer for the Daily Bugle taking pictures of Spider-man. Very easy to do taking pictures of myself. I usually just strapped it to the side of a building and took a few shots. Sometimes at a battle if I was lucky. But that battle Green Goblin took me by surprise and I didn't have tie to get my camera. Jonah Jameson hated Spider-man. And so did my Aunt May. They thought I was just a menace. It's bad enough Jonah hated Spider-man but having Aunt May and Harry both hate me is hard. Even weirder is an old bully Flash Thompson hates me but loves Spider-man." said Peter.

Peter paused as Tony said he'd stay in touch.

"Well my house is gone. It was one of the places hit in Loki's attack. All my things are gone. I just hope Aunt May wasn't in there but I don't know what happened to her. Or Mary Jane. Or Harry or anyone. I do hope we can stay in touch though." said Peter.

Peter grinned at JARVIS's reply.

"Really? That makes sense. At least you have JARVIS to help you out." said Tony.

Peter grinned.

"An artificial intelligence. That's so cool." said Peter.

He paused blushing a little.

"Hello JARVIS. It's a pleasure to meet you too." said Peter.

He paused turning back to Tony and grinned.

"You mean that?" asked Peter

He got up hugging Tony and laughed. He then winced at his injuries lying back down.

"Sorry. Guess I got carried away. Thank you." said Peter.

He paused at Tony's words.

"Sorry. I didn't mean to bring up painful memories." said Peter.

He smiled as Tony apologized as well.

"It's alright. We all have things we like to forget and we all have our bad days." said Peter.

Peter smirked.

"Although people probably would thing i'm copying you. Not that you'd probably care. Spider-man is well known so maybe I'll just stick with that name." said Peter.

He grinned.

"I'm fine with any picture really. Even your autograph on a napkin would be enough." said Peter.

He paused trailing off to see Mary Jane as his eyes widened. He was surprised she didn't recognize his costume. It was torn but stood still be noticeable.

"I'm so glad you're ok. I couldn't find any sign of you, Harry, Aunt May, or anyone." said Peter.

He paused and sighed.

"I guess there's no point in lying to you anymore. I'm Spider-man. I thought everyone was gone. I tried to get to Loki but he tossed me around like a rag doll. I was no match for him. I barely made it here." said Peter.

Coulson turned to see Natasha and Bruce arrive and grinned.

"It's a regular Avengers reunion. All we're missing is Fury, Thor, and Hawkeye now." said Coulson.

He smiled at Black Widow.

"Well I was only dead for a few seconds. But it felt longer. I was recovering while you protect New York. Then I was sent to Tahiti for a vacation. But that vacation was cut short when Loki attacked." said Coulson.

Coulson grinned.

"I'm glad to see you again too Natasha. Any sign of Clint, Thor, Fury or anyone else from SHIELD? No one's been in contact with me since I went to Tahiti." said Coulson.

He paused and smirked.

"Well it's a good thing you're on board. Although I'm a professional too you know. It'd be an honor to work with you and the others in the field." said Coulson.

[Mary Jane Watson]

"No ben, just because you haven't seen them yet doesn't mean they're dead. They could be lost and they have lost contact with you. I know it's hard to keep fighting on when the evidence shows clear signs of death but look at me, I was frozen for many years and I'm still here" Steve said patiently. The thought of Sue and others being dead was horrifying, he'd rather have them alive and lost than that, he wouldn't say it but maybe capture was better than death, at least it gave them the chance to rescue them again. He then widened his eyes in shock at the idea of loki manipulating Johnny to be a slave or something else and ben starting to worry about it because of his understandable connection with johnny. "Ben, I don't want to say it but Johnny might be captured and if that is, we have to work together to get him back. If sue really is dead, then johnny is important to you and me. I'll do whatever it takes to help this problem be fixed"

"You won't lose anyone else. I won't allow it. We're family now because of johnny, I don't know if you want that but you're always considered family now because of your love for johnny. I know trying is hard but it's the best option you have" Steve replied with a honest, soft smile. He chuckled as Ben replied it was a good thing he was a super-hero "It's all good ben. I'm fine, really" He then patted Ben's shoulder "Of course. Family ties are family ties. We stick together ok?"

She teased and she showed it by laughing, blushing and punching Peter R's shoulder softly. "Awww really? She too found Piotr's company enjoyable, and despite the age Darcy really thought peter was someone she could depend on for friendship or companionship.

"Neither to you, peter. I wouldn't want anybody to get hurt, but I think you should be careful yourself" Darcy replied kindly, honestly just offering out advice. She then frowned at the explaination of the fight and nodded in agreement with Piotr "Jesus. Poor guy and poor you. I wish your friends and teachers were here too but we can't do anything at the moment. Loki kiddnapped Jane, my buddy, and that's the last time I saw her. I want to find the son of a bitch and get him down here to pummel the bastard" She pounded a fist into her other hand and just growled softly. She was deeply angry with the fact she let her best friend slip away but she couldn't do anything now.

"28 actually. I don't have to worry for a long time but you never know. She looks good though" Darcy replied, smiling at frigga then nodding as Piotr said it was no-one else's fault but Loki's "Totally. Thor, whereever he is, is probably stuck in prison if it were up to loki to keep him alive. Jane, she told me, had some problems with finding thor and was going to get him but then this shit happened" She said sadly. She sighed, tears threatening to come "If he killed her, I don't know what to do. She was the only one to be annoyed with me and care about me at the same time. It sounds annoying but... you know.. you connect with people and you tend to like that sort of thing"

I understand your fears but I will see to it that it can be done" Frigga responded about the lack of faith in the fact loki was still good. She then nodded slightly at the question to weaken him "Well I can weaken or take many of his magical abilities without making him mortal too, either way taking his magic would be very difficult for me to do. But I can do that and... well... bring him to justice. Proper justice" Frigga said softly. She never wanted to kill her son or make him mortal but if she had no other choice, she would prefer making him mortal to killing him. It was the merciful option.

"I hope so also. If we find them, we will protect them. I will help in anyway I can" Frigga swore sincerely. She nodded in agreement about avenging the other X-Men if they were dead and to not kill loki if there was a easier way to bring him down, which frigga just said and was sure to try and do. She then responded softly related to ben "I'm glad we can be friends and I completely understand Ben's anger towards my son. He has every right to. My son did plenty of damage and it is not fair for him to be doing this to innocent families and folk. I want nothing more than his inner peace and contentment. Maybe there is hope and his family is out there"

Fandral shook his head relunctinately at Mike's question of leaving no-one behind other than thor and hogun. Fandral said sadly "We don't know our friend Sif's location. Or our families. We fear for them"

"Sif was lost to us during our escape to here. We fear she might be alongside them but she seemed to have escaped. She might be in waiting on asgard or something down that line" Volstagg said, rubbing his neck in pure worry and concern. The two men were worried about their only female ally/friend. She might have been dead, in slavery, or in some sort of torture chamber. They didn't know and that was the problem. They sighed together and shrugged half-hearted. Fandral changed the subject when mike said he'd be glad to train with them and it was a honor to be trained by them "On the contrary, young mike, I believe I and my friend here are honored to train you because you have much potential"

"Indeed. More than Fandral himself" Volstagg teased lightly which resolved in a loud sigh from fandral. Volstagg continued cheerfully "Your ability is useful though, do not be modest about your abilities. As important as strength is, we've learned through time that stealth is good also" Fandral nodded to Volstagg's statement with a grin. They then laughed as Mike teased about the lack of self-control they had and also smiled kindly as he responded that the two of them being so nice and cheerful would be helpful for him. Fandral responded cheerfully "Well now. You have a strong sense of humor yourself, young mike. I like that, don't you volstagg?"

"I do indeed! That's the first time I agreed with you in many decades!" Volstagg responded. The two boys then smiled all-knowingly as Bruce came into the picture because mike showed a lot of attraction to the older man, as seen with his staring. Volstagg moaned at the idea of running out of food "Blast it all. Running out of food, especially delicious meat is horrifying to me"

"I think it suits you well volstagg. You'll lose good weight that way" Fandral teased before seriously responding with a confused face "What is a hamburger by the way?" He then responded to bruce "I am fandral good sir and this is my friend volstagg" Volstagg made a child-like wave in response.

He turned to the three men and smiled as the other two men were chatting about and teasing one another. It was amusing. It reminded him of Tony's responses to him. Very nice to meet you" He turned to the others and chuckled at Volstagg's wave and waved back before saying "Well I'm bruce, it's nice to see nice and cheerful people here for a change"

"Yeah. You're right. It'd be nice to have them" Natasha said with a professional tone of voice. As much as she enjoyed Phil being here, she felt bad for keeping information from him. Phil was probably one of the only agents that she bonded and trusted. Not as much as Fury or Hawkeye but pretty damn close. "Glad you had a nice vacation for some time Coulson. I was worried you'd stay there why the party here would be mine to take care of" She teased again, a soft smile on her features before it disappeared.

"No. I was about to ask you the same question phil. I don't have a connection with them but last time I saw them, they weren't dead. Sorry. I wish I knew where they were. You got me there" Natasha said with a regretful tone but it turned more firm and stern "We do have to find them though. If loki has them, he could have a LOT of important information about SHIELD and us. It could end up REALLY shitty"

"I know you are phil. Just busting your chops, is that what the americans say around here?" Natasha said, a bigger smile on her lips but it was gone quickly too. "Glad to be on board. I'd be damned to let the son of a bitch who compromised me and Clint get away with what he's doing. Hey, I think it was high time you and me had some action" Natasha said, poking coulson's shoulder playfully

He nodded again as Peter explained his problems with keeping a secret, especially since his aunt may, friend harry and boss Jonah hated spiderman while his enemy Flash loved him "Wow. That's all really complicated. I'm sorry you had to deal with that. I wouldn't handle that shit if I was in your position and age. I'd settle for the booze or something but I'm trying to quit that" Tony said with some sort of sincerity to it

"We will. Because you'll be staying with me until we get your house back together and/or you need me to take care of you when your aunt's not around. Don't worry about it" Tony said firmly. JARVIS only continued He is sincere with his words, Mr. Parker and I am pleased you find me... Well... Cool. That is a interesting response

"Goddamnit it jarvis" Tony said but a smile was on his lips, amusement on his features. He then chuckled as Peter hugged him in thanks "Of course I mean it. I don't lie about things this serious. Now stop worrying and relax, jesus. You're making me anxious" Tony was teasing, as seen with his smile and he helped Peter relax again as he apoligized, he waved his hand dismissively as a response. He then responded again "No, don't worry Parker. It's my fault. I get over-sensitive for now reason" He then nodded again as Peter said they all had bad memories "Indeed we do kid"

"Hey, it's your title Parker. Keep it however you want" Tony said with a grin. He then laughed as Peter said he'd be ok with a napkin as long as Tony's signature was on it "Nah, a picture. Don't get so modest" He then kept quiet as Mary Jane and Peter started chatting

"Neither could I of you. You worried me sick Peter. Oh my god. I'm so glad you're alright" She turned to Tony with a grin before Peter continued speaking again. She then frowned "You're spider-man? Really?" She wasn't upset not even angry, she was shocked. She stood in silence for a long while. She thought of her options. She eventually went over to him and leaned towards him, before carefully punching his shoulder "Why didn't you freaking tell me?! I could care less about spider-man, I'm just shocked you wouldn't tell me. I get that you were protecting me but.... You could've told me anyway" She then gave a slightly hurt expression "Is it because you thought I wouldn't handle it? I asked you to date me peter and you being a super-hero is the reason why you said no?" She groaned softly "That's really hurtful peter. I'm glad you wanted to protect me but not telling me why hurts more than anything" She gave a angry tone as she responded angerily "I thought we were friends, I thought you trusted me"

[Detective Mike Stone]

Ben smiled at him before sighing.

"Thank you for trying. My parents died years ago. Sue, Reed, Johnny, and Alicia were all I had left. Not many people would take the time to see I'm not just a monster. I frighten people even when I try to help them. My greatest fear is I'd end up alone and now it's happened. Even you will leave me. You'll die or you'll just walk away like my ex fiancee Delores. No one wants to be a friend or date a monster." said Ben.

His self worth and self confidence had pretty much been shattered with the "loss" of his team. He thought they were dead and Johnny was dead or a slave. Neither was a good option. Ben listened to Steve and nodded.

"If the old hothead's still alive I'll rescue him. I won't let Loki hurt him anymore. And if he's not then I'm going to make him pay for taking them all from me. And for everything else he's done." said Ben.

He paused as Steve said he wouldn't lose anyone else and he considered him family as Ben looked at him in shock.

"You really mean that? You consider me family? A friend?" said Ben.

He smiled a bit happier at that. He thought all he'd have to focus on was his revenge. But he realized Steve had never met Sue and Johnny. And if they were really gone Steve deserved to know about them. He paused and smiled.

"How about I tell you about them and Reed and Alicia too. We'd become more than just a team. We became a family. And I know if they knew you were alive they would want to know you. I know it's not the same but I can tell you about them. A lot more than any SHIELD files or books could. I grew up with Sue and Reed before we gained super powers. And I even knew Johnny. He pulled pranks, teased me, and just got on my nerves. But I still loved the guy. He was like the younger brother I never had. If he's really gone I..."

He trailed off just thinking of old memories had him tearing up.

"Sorry. I just miss him. I miss them all. I don't know what I'm going to do without them." said Ben.

"I'm super strong and lasers and bullets just bounce off me. Although I'm not sure how magic would effect my powers." said Piotr.

He paused shifted back into human form as he grinned. He nodded listening to her.

"Thank you. I feel sorry for the guy too. I just hope my friends are alive out there hiding somewhere. Even if they were slaves it would mean I had the chance to rescue them and see them again." said Piotr.

He grinned at her.

"28 huh. Wow. And here I thought you were in twenty. You definitely won't need any magic to make yourself look younger. You already do." said Piotr.

Piotr nodded as well.

"I hope Thor is locked up somewhere. That means we can free him and get his help. It is a god we're fighting against. So it might take a god to take him out. I hope your friend Jane is safe too." said Piotr.

He paused hugging her as he saw she was upset.

"It's ok. You're with friends. If she's still alive we'll find her. Or rescue her from Loki if we have to. If she's gone then we'll avenge her by making Loki pay for what he's done to us, our families and friends, and the rest of the universe." said Piotr.

"Are you so sure there's good left in him? He tried conquering Asgard and Earth separately before and failed. But this time he's taken over the entire universe. So much death and suffering. I hope there is some good in him for your sake. But it's hard to believe he could do all of this if even there was a small part of him who was good." said Ororo.

She sighed.

"At least with mutants like Magneto they've become evil for humans hating them from being different. Loki just seems to hate everyone. He doesn't seem to have any allies. I don't mean to sound cruel but even if there was good in him once. I fear there isn't anymore. But I have been wrong before." said Ororo.

She paused listening to her.

"For the crimes he done against Earth, Asgard, and the rest of the universe many will want his death. I can forgive but I will never forget what he's done. But even if you stripped him of his powers you might end up protecting him from everyone who wants revenge. If we manage to trap Loki you need to banish him somewhere. For his safety and yours. And everyone else's." said Ororo.

Ororo nodded hoping the other X-men were still alive out there somewhere.

"Unfortunately Cerebero was probably destroyed or taken by Loki. It was a powerful machine that a telepath could connect to it and sense every mutant on the planet. Charles Xavier and Jean Grey two of my friends were the only telepaths the X-men had. And both of them are missing with the others." said Ororo

Ororo smiled at her.

"Yes. I think we'll be good friends. However I fear you may meet others like Ben so you should be prepared to protect yourself if necessary." said Ororo.

"Thanks. I look forward to the training. It's a shame it can't be the Warriors Four though. But I'd gladly step down when we get Hogun back." said Mike.

Mike paused when they weren't sure were Sif or anyone else was.

"So the only ones you know made it safe from Asgard are the two of you and the queen? Is there a way for you guys to contact each other? Or sense each other? I mean if any of them made it here to Earth we should find them. Loki's probably hunting for you and the queen and any Asgardians who escaped." said Mike.

Mike looked sympathetic feeling guilty for bringing it up.

"I'm sorry. I didn't mean to make you worry or upset. We'll get your family and friends back whether they're here or on Asgard. Loki's not going to win. He's been beaten before. We can beat him again." said Mike.

Mike grinned at their words.

"You flatter me. But you two are such great warriors. I'd be happy if I was even half as good as you two are." said Mike.

He chuckled as they kept teasing each other and he smiled.

"I suppose so. Perhaps once you teach me how to fight you can help me out with stealth training." said Mike.

Mike nodded and chuckled.

"Thank you. I always try to find humor in things to keep my spirits high. It's harder when times are tough like now but that just makes it challenging." said Mike.

Mike grinned with them agreeing with each other.

"You two have been fighting for decades? Makes me glad I was an only child." said Mike, teasing them slightly.

Mike's attention shifted back to Bruce and he smiled at him.

"It's a pleasure to meet you. Don't take this the wrong way but you're not angry now right? I wouldn't want to get thrown into a wall by my favorite super hero." said Mike.

He paused realizing what he'd just admitted and blushed. He was grateful none of the others were in earshot or he might have a few annoyed super heroes watching him.

He paused as Volstagg complained about possibly running out of food. Mike frowned at that.

"That's not good. I doubt many of the stores are intact. The ones that are still standing are probably donated to Loki or taken over by scavengers. I'd suggest hunting but this is New York. There's not many wild animals around here. I guess we should mention this to others later." said Mike.

Mike paused as Volstagg asked what a hamburger was.

"It's meat made from a cow. It's really popular sandwich here. A lot of restauraunts served it. Or they used to." said Mike.

Coulson smiled glad the team was getting together. They still needed Thor and Hawkeye to complete the Avengers. Although having Fury and some more SHIELD agents wouldn't hurt much either.

"Tahiti was great. But I'm lucky I got out when I did. I don't even know if Tahiti still exists anymore." said Coulson.

He frowned as she said she didn't see any of the others.

"So Fury, Hawkeye, and Thor are still missing. And so are most of shield. I'm hoping their missing. Those three are some of the toughest men I know. If anyone survived this apocalypse it would be the three of them." said Coulson.

He paused agreeing with her.

"Well fortunately I don't think Loki cares that much about SHIELD. But he still might try to use their information to attack us. I'm especially worried about Bruce. I want you to try to keep an eye on him especially if he leaves the area. I doubt Loki's forgotten what the Hulk did to him. And he's vulnerable as Bruce. Loki could kill him if he's fast enough before Bruce could turn into the hulk. And he's one of our strongest members and he's a friend. We've lost too many friends already. I don't want to lose another." said Coulson.

Coulson chuckled as Natasha made another joke.

"You know you have a beautiful smile. You should smile more often." said Coulson.

He nodded.

"Be careful. He hypnotized Dr. Sevig and Clint with that staff of his. Not to mention he stabbed me with it so I'm really annoyed about that. Clint's one of our best agents. If Loki could hypnotize him then chances are none of us are safe. I think Fury was working on something to block Loki's magic on our minds but I'm not sure if he finished it. It's probably trashed now. But maybe we should make something ourselves. With technology or magic since we have a couple Asgardians. It's a long shot but better than attacking Loki blind hoping he won't mind control any of us." said Coulson.

"I'm a super hero. I don't get to pick who I fight or who I save. If I had the chance to do it over again I'd still fight the Green Goblin. I'd just have found a way to throw him in jail for Harry's sake" said Peter.

Peter nodded.

"Yeah. My life was tough. Some people hated me. Some liked me. It just really hurt that some of my friends and family hated me. My boss treated me like I was just as bad as the Green Goblin." said Peter.

Peter smiled at Tony's words.

"Thank you again. I'll try not be a bother while I'm there. Although I guess once this war's over we'll have a lot of rebuilding to do. I doubt many homes are left standing." said Peter.

Peter chuckled at their banter and shook his head.

"You two should put that act on the road. You'd kill in Vegas." said Peter.

"Your welcome Jarvis. I hope we can be friends. I am jealous Tony created the first artificial intelligence. That's something I thought would only exist in sci-fi movies and comic books. He's really lucky to have you looking out for him." said Peter.

Peter grinned as Tony said he meant it and for him to stop worrying and relax.

"Sorry. I guess I'm a bit nervous. My last idol ended up being the Green Goblin and tried to kill me, Mary Jane, my aunt, and most of New York. I know you'd never go crazy but I'm just so excited to be talking with you like this. I stood outside Stark Industries so many times just to try to get a glimpse of you but there were too many girls blocking the way I eventually gave up. And now here you are talking to me. Taking me in. It's a bit surreal." said Peter.

He chuckled as he grew silent listening to Tony speak about bad memories. He chuckled as Tony said he should keep his title however he wanted.

"I think I'll stick with Spiderman. People already know it. And it's better than my original pick. The Human Spider." said Peter.

He chuckled as Tony said he'd give him a picture and to not be modest. But then Mary Jane showed up and everything else just sort of faded away.

"I'm sorry I didn't tell you. But my life was in constant danger. I didn't want you hurt. Then Green Goblin found out who I was. He put Aunt May in the hospital. He held you and a buss of kids over the Brooklyn Bridge. I saved you all MJ but I almost lost you and Aunt May. I almost stopped being Spiderman after that. The Green Goblin was Harry's father Norman. I know I shouldn't have kept that secret. I did it to protect Harry but he thinks Spiderman killed his father. Norman was trying to kill me with the glider. I jumped out of the way on instinct and it hit him and he died.

But I knew my life was still dangerous. I couldn't lose you again. So I chose to stay friends. I know you broke up with Flash but I didn't want to lose you. My parents are gone. I have very few memories of them. My Uncle Ben is dead. You and Aunt May were all I had left and I almost lost you both in the same day. I know it's wrong and I'm sorry. I'd rather have you hate me then be dead." said Peter.

He paused at her words.

"I care about you. I love you. But we drifted apart and we barely even talked to each other anymore. It was only recently we started hanging out again. "You've handled a lot from what you told me, but rest assured I know what it is like to feel loss, Ben. I've lost my family and all my friends due to being frozen alive, a majority of the people said are old or dead, you're the only one I can hold onto too besides the hope that johnny and the others are not dead. I'm not going to leave you willingly, I'd rather die than let someone close to my family be left in the dust" Steve said, a hint of hurt in his tone. He knew ben was not a positive person and with good reason but Steve was deliberately trying to be positive for his sake as well as ben's. He didn't want to hear the chances of his only family being gone and out of his reach.

"You and I share the same goal when it comes to johnny. If loki has done anything to him, I'll tear him apart, god or no god. Johnny deserves to be happy. He's going to be found whether he's alive or dead" Steve said firmly. Steve was going to do whatever it took to find Johnny but if he knew about johnny for sure, Steve would have tough deals to make in order to accept johnny's decisions. But for now his goal was the same as ben's, the searching and rescuing.

"I do ben. You're a part of my family now, anyone who is that way with sue or johnny is with me. And I understand ben. Really I do. They sound great and your information about them would be so good to hear. I know you miss them. But don't lose hope. Not now at least" Steve patiently responded, putting his hands on ben's shoulders. He was aware the other was a rock creature but their topic made him realize he didn't care about it.

Keep wishing that to happen" She then saw Piotr turn into a metallic man and explained his powers and his uncertainty with magic "Well you look damn impressive that's for sure. I'd be scared crapless if you were supposedly my enemy" She chuckled with amusement of herself then.

"Yeah. Slavery is better than death I guess. I'd like to see Jane still breathing and your friends too. I hope we get them in time. You never know what the psycho can do" Darcy sadly responded, hurt evident in her tone. She cheered up a bit as Piotr said she still looked rather young for 28 "Well aren't you the flatterer? Thanks hon. You're really sweet. I appreciate it" She nodded about the stuff related to thor but then was hugged by peter thanks to her own personal anger and frustration. She tightly hugged back and responded "I know. I know. I'm glad but... what if Jane is gone already? What if I'm too late?" She absentmindedly started to begin crying after saying that.

I've seen many actions he's taken to help our kingdom once. I know of his actions I will never deny them, but I'm afraid you cannot convince me to lose faith. I do hope one day you will understand" Frigga said with sincerity, honestly and a lot of personal self-restraint. Frigga, as much as she hated her son's actions, refused to stop loving and supporting loki to some regard. Even though many of these people doubted it, Frigga knew that loki was good within. Whomever loki would willingly love and protect, frigga hoped they knew that loki cared for them and whatnot. For now though, Frigga knew she had to try and tread lightly with her praise for her son.

"I could never be so foolish as to ask you to forget something like this. I understand the warrant for my son's head. That is why I intend to keep him away from it as soon as I defeat him. I do not intend on taking his powers unless we have no other decision, but when he is defeated I will banish him someplace safe and away where he can keep his powers and abilities and not do anyone including himself harm. I am aware of the stakes, I will do my best to not allow my son or anyone else to be damaged anymore in this war" Frigga said, a calm facade once again in his wake. She knew the problems and Ororo was being admittedly persistent with it. But she was right and Frigga knew it.

"I am sorry about them. I cannot bear to imagine how much destruction was made because of it" Frigga said regretfully but then nodded at Ororo's willingess to be friends but to be aware of people who could attack her like Ben "I will be weary. I know while many of you welcome me, many will wish to destroy me for having the same relation to Loki. I cannot blame their feelings, only their actions. "Loki's influence can burn forever for all I care, but I'm afraid we must apply to it for now. We will stay here of course to protect ourselves and get help to defeat the so-called king" Volstagg arrogantly responded, annoyed with Loki being in control of where they were and where they had to go. They then nodded as Mike continued talking to them "Absolutely!" Volstagg said "We will teach you as much as we can"

"Oh our teasing and fights are normally in good jest. Yes we normally have different opinions but tis fun!" Fandral happily responded. He then turned to Mike who mentioned stores being overtaken by loki or other people and that a food issue would have to be adressed "As much as I jest with volstagg's appetite he does indeed bring up a good point. Once we have time, we should discuss this issue" He then nodded at the idea of a hamburger "Ooooh. Sounds good. Perhaps you will like it volstagg"

"It sounds like it. Shame we can't go to it now" Volstagg whined before Fandral punched his arm in annoyance. The two then teasingly smiled at mike as he and bruce spoke

For all we know, they're already taken" Natasha was especially worried about Hawkeye. She lost him once to Loki, she didn't want that to ever happen again. She didn't know why this sudden overprotection came over her but she and clint were very good friends. She owed him a debt, as well as a personal need to help him.

"I may not want to be so confident in that, Coulson. He mocked us before and he can do it again. As for bruce, consider it done. He IS in danger and he IS our ally and friend. If he gets taken advantage of by Loki, things can get very bad, very quickly" Natasha sternly responded related to the stuff with shield and bruce banner. She knew the risks. She herself was witness of them. She was scared of the hulk but nobody not even her own self would be aware of this fact. "Don't you dare get flirty with me, Coulson. But thanks, your smile is very nice to see" She replied lightheartedly, smiling deliberately because coulson liked it. She liked coulson a lot so she was willing to drop the business every once in a while.

"You're right about the staff. It's still in loki's position obviously so we cannot allow anyone to touch or be near it. We have to find protection before then. I'll try to gather more information before we do anything blindly" Natasha responded. She softly responded "Fury was right. You always have a good eye on things"

"Peter. I knew from the moment Spider-man came into the city, he was going to get hurt in some way. I knew the risks because I was there just like you were. If you were so afraid of losing me, you'd tell me" Mary Jane with a large amount of anger and stress in her voice. The one person other than her mother she thought wouldn't lie to her, was actually the one who lied to her the most. She tried her hardest to understand but the hurt was obviously there and spilling out like a river.

"That's a lonely life peter. Rather having people hate you then hurt them is lonely and you don't deserve that. If me and aunt may are all you have, you need to keep her and me close, not push them away. That's going to hurt you far more than us. You don't deserve that" Mary Jane said, voice softening with sympathy. She knew peter was trying to help but this wasn't the way. "If that was true, I would've hated everyone thanks to my father. He wasn't good to me peter. Or to my mother. But the good thing was that me and my mom were so close our whole lives that we forgot about him when he left us for a while only to come back" She sighed and rubbed her face in frustration "I get it peter. You are selfless for wanting to keep us safe but you're hurting yourself. That's not fair to you or me"

Mary Jane didn't want to smile when Peter said he cared about/loved her but she did, but it was a small smile. She nodded sadly as they drifted apart, which to be fair was her fault in some areas too, she didn't push him to talk to her. She then listened as he said he was unsure about his secret but it was hard to deny it now. That if this war didn't happen, he wouldn't tell her such things. She was about to snap but he saved himself with his comment about the fact he did trust her. She wiped the tears from her eyes and responded "Peter.... I can't forgive you today. Because I was in so much pain from your rejection. I wanted to give you my care but you didn't want it from what you said. I understand why but it's hard for me to accept. I still love you, I'm sure of it, but right now, I can't believe you didn't tell me"

Ben smiled at him.

"I'm sorry. I don't mean to take it out on you. Or even the queen really. I'm just so mad, and lonely. My fiancee dumped me after I became this. Alicia was blind but she still was so full of life. She loved me and for the first time since i became the Thing I felt truly happy. Although punching Doom a lot was fun too." said Ben.

He sighed.

"But now Reed, Sue, and Alicia they're gone. The Baxter building collapsed on them. Sue couldn't hold her forcefield's forever. There's no way they got out of there. Johnny's all I have left and he could be gone too. Thank you for being kind to me. Outside of my team and Alicia everyone just saw me as a monster. A monster to be hated and feared." said Ben.

He smiled at Steve's words.

"You're right. Thank you. You know you look like Johnny but you remind me more of Sue. She was the more practical one. Johnny well I suppose he reminds me more of that Tony Stark guy." said Ben.

He winced when Steve said dead as Ben hoped Johnny was still alive. Ben smiled at Steve giving him another hug although this one not so tight. He just didn't expect anyone else to really care about him at all. Not to consider him family like Steve did.

"Thank you Steve." said Ben.

He paused with a grin trying to think of some stories about the team.

"You won't believe it but as soon as we got our powers Johnny decided to go skiing with one of the nurses. And well his power activated burning his clothes and creating a hot spring in the ice. He had to wear her coat just to get back to the place. It was an amusing sight to see him like that." said Ben, chuckling.

He paused looking over at Frigga and sighed. He walked over earning a few looks no doubt. He walked up to her. He wanted to apologize. It wasn't her fault anymore than Thor's or anyone else's. He was wrong to attack her.

"Queen Frigga I'm sorry I attacked you. I don't want to be seen as a monster but it's hard for me to control my temper. When I saw you I just thought of what Loki had done to my family. I'm sorry I vented my anger on you. You didn't deserve it. I hope you don't hold it against me." said Ben.

Piotr blushed a little as Darcy called him cute.

"Thanks. I'm glad I could help cheer you up. A beautiful woman like you should be smiling more anyway." said Piotr.

Piotr smiled as she complimented him.

"Thanks. I'm still not as good as my teach Professor Munroe over there. She controls the weather. Storms, rain, tornadoes, you name it." said Piotr.

Piotr smiled at her.

"I'm sure you'll see Jane again. Besides Loki would more likely want to keep her alive right? You know to gloat and stuff?" said Piotr.

Piotr grinned glad he was keeping her in a cheerful mood and she was flattered with his compliments.

"Your welcome. I'm just speaking the truth though." said Piotr.

He paused as she started to cry thinking Jane was gone as he hugged her tighter.

"Please don't cry. Especially when you don't know. You need to have faith she's still alive. Your friend sounds like a survivor and not one to go down easily. If Loki or one of his pals killed her then we'll avenge her. But don't give him the satisfaction of knowing he got to you. That bastard needs to pay for all the people he's hurt and killed. And for taking over the universe." said Piotr.

He paused hoping his words were getting to her. He wiped the tears away from her face with his fingers as he looked at her. She was beautiful and he wished he could do more to help her. On an impulse he leaned forward and kissed her.

"I understand. If Loki was one of my students or my own child I'd be trying to help him. My mentor Professor Charles Xavier still tries to reach evil mutants hoping they can change. Especially his former friend Magneto who led a group of evil mutants. We've fought Magneto and his team on many occasions and we have always won. I fear some of them must have joined up with Loki. If they survived." said Ororo.

Ororo smiled at her.

"Then I shall help you. If Xavier were here he'd be trying to look for the more peaceful route as well. Others may want him to die but being the god of lies and tricks who knows if we tried to kill him that he'd stay dead. Or it could be an illusion or a clone or several other ways he could try to deceive us. Locking him in a prison would be the better idea." said Ororo.

Ororo smiled.

"I will protect you just as others in this army. You are a queen and you are one of us." said Ororo.

She looked up in surprise as Ben walked over to them. She was about to summon a wind to blow him back when he did something she didn't expect. He apologized to Frigga. Ororo stood there in complete shock. She hadn't expected Ben to do that. At least not so soon.

"It takes a very strong man to admit when he's wrong. You have a different kind of strength Ben Grimm. A strength of heart. A very admirable trait." said Ororo.

Mike grinned at him.

"Well it will be an honor to train with you. I just hope I don't slow you down." said Mike.

Mike smiled glad they weren't too upset.

"I'm glad. I know everyone here has friends and family who are dead or missing. I don't even know if my parents are still alive." said Mike.

"I got into a fight with my father shortly before all this happened. It was something stupid. I don't even remember it now. But I said I hated him. I didn't really mean it. I was just so mad. I hung up after that. That was three weeks ago. He could be dead and not know I'm sorry." said Mike.

He paused realizing he was starting to tear up a little as he wiped the tears from his eyes. He grinned at their words.

"I just feel sorry for Frigga, and Thor and Odin. If they'd killed Loki when they had him we wouldn't be having this problem. And yet if Loki was my brother or son I don't know if I could kill him either so I know where they're coming from. It's just a tough situation." said Mike.

Mike smiled really looking forward to training with the pair. These two were quite the pair. He was definitely sure he'd have fun with them. At least it wouldn't be boring. He paused as were all in agreement about the food.

"Seeds. If we could get seeds we could plant some vegetables for some extra food. Unfortunately a lot of fruit would take too long to grow into trees to help us right now. As for meat I'm not sure how many animals are even left alive. And the few that are left are probably be hunted by everyone else. But you're right. We will have to figure this out soon enough." said Mike.

Mike chuckled.

"Well perhaps we have some hamburger meat. If we do I could try to cook you up some." said Mike.

He paused seeing the two smile as he realized they knew he liked Bruce. He didn't realize he was being that obvious. Hopefully no one else noticed or he'd probably die of embarrassment. Mike smiled glad Bruce wasn't offended either.

"Good. Well you don't need to be panicked here. We're all friends here."said Mike

Mike nodded.

"I live here in New York. Or what's left of it now." said Mike.

Mike grinned at him. Bruce was even hotter when he blushed.

"Are you kidding? Of course you're a hero. I saw you fight off those Chitauri aliens that day in New York. I was helping evacuate the area. But you were awesome. And you're my favorite. You always were." said Mike.

"I want to believe it. Our agents are well trained. If anyone could survive it's Fury and Clint. Unless Loki took them. He already made Clint and Erik his slaves once. I don't want him to do that to any of our friends again." said Coulson.

"Thank you. I'm just worried about him. If anger is his trigger to switch into the Hulk then we need to make sure he stays as calm as possible. At least until we need the Hulk. Although I guess we'll need to keep an eye on Ben too. Both of them are pretty strong and have powerful tempers. At least Ben can be reasoned with though." said Coulson.

Coulson grinned at her.

"I wasn't flirting. Besides I think someone else has your attention these days." said Coulson.

He saw how close she and Clint were. And how concerned she was about him before when Loki had him. OF course they could just be friends. But perhaps they were something more. He wasn't going to pry though. As long as it didn't affect here. Especially as SHIELD was pretty much caput even if the agents all survived. The Rebellion was what they were going to use now. Coulson nodded.

"We need to destroy that staff. Or at least keep it away from him as long as possible. Perhaps you should ask the Asgardians. Queen Frigga and her bodyguards. If there is a way to stop Loki's mind control one of them might know about it." said Coulson.

He smiled at the compliment.

"Thank you. I do wish he was here right now. Then again since Tony formed this rebellion he's in charge. So I'm not sure how well Fury would take to working for Tony. Although I'm sure Tony would probably enjoy it." said Coulson.

"Yeah you did. But that was a risky move. I mean now anyone who wants to get rid of Iron Man can attack you at Stark Industries or your home or anywhere you are. I doubt you were the suit all the time. It's kinda of asking for trouble. But I guess you like to live dangerously." said Peter.

He grinned.

"Well I hope you still have your money. I mean if it's stored in a bank and that bank well is blown up you might be broke." said Peter.

Peter chuckled as the Tony bantered with JARVIS. He smiled at JARVIS.

"Thank you JARVIS. You know you two act like brothers sometimes. Quite amusing." said Peter.

Peter grinned.

"I suppose it is. So do date your fan club a lot? Or you date someone who's not practically living outside your house or your work?" said Peter.

Peter turned to Mary Jane and sighed.

"That would have only put you in more danger. The Green Goblin nearly killed you, Aunt May, and a whole bus full of kids. And it would have been my fault. He found out who I was. And he targeted you and Aunt May because he knew how important you were to me." said Peter.

He paused listening to her.

"I wasn't worrying about me hurting people. But my enemies. I almost lost you once. I was considering getting a place of my own so you, Aunt May, and Harry would be safe. Maybe it's better this way. I'd rather have you hate me and be alive than love me and die too soon. I couldn't live with myself if something happened to you." said Peter.

He was starting to cry now but he didn't care. All these thoughts and emotions he'd buried and tried to forget about were now coming to the surface. He listened to her.

"Maybe I am. Maybe that's just what a solo super hero's life is. A lonely one. That's probably why super heroes are usually on teams. The Avengers. Fantastic Four. The X-men. At least they can lean on each other. There was so many times I wanted to tell you. But I realized you were in danger without knowing my identity. All it would take is someone seeing you hanging around too much with Spider-man to think you were important to me. I'm lucky someone hasn't tried to kidnap me to get to Spider-man." said Peter.

Peter sighed.

"I understand. I wouldn't expect you to forgive or forget. Maybe one day you'll want to be my friend. Maybe you won't. That's your choice." said Peter.

"It is perfectly fine. You have every right to be upset. If I were in your shoes, I'd act the same way. I'm sure Alicia was a fine woman and we'll do everything we can to find her, Susan, Johnny and Reed. I promise you this ben. Just give me a little faith, that's all I ask" Steve responded, seeing Ben feel much calmer around him. It seemed his message was working but he wasn't entirely sure. For all he know, Ben could just be saying this to make Steve drop the matter. But Steve was never one to make assumptions so quickly. And it turned out even though his message was working, Ben had more to share and it was not good. It seemed sue, reed and alicia had been under a building during it's collapse and it was unlikely they survived. This caused Steve's expression to sour but he calmly responded "I was frozen for many years, if I can survive that, Sue's competent enough to survive this. But if they didn't survive, Johnny is the only thing we need to worry about but even if he too is gone then we have each other to depend on ben" He tried to stay positive but ben's words were getting to him.

"Well I'm glad I'm similar to Sue. She's probably a very smart girl then, which I'm glad for" Steve smiled then and chuckled as Ben commented Tony was similar to Johnny's personality. But then Ben hugged him again but this was a nicer one and Steve quickly hugged in return. He then laughed at Ben's story of Johnny's first run-in with his powers "Wow. That's definitely something amusing. Poor Johnny, he must've been so embarrassed but that sounds hilarious" He then saw Ben go over to Frigga and was admittedly apprehensive but as Ben seemed to be completely calm, Steve smiled in complete support. It seemed being supportive came a long way for people

"Well you succeeded in cheering me up, you really did. I think I'm just overflown with all these nice compliments" Darcy replied sincerely and smiled as Piotr blushed. He looked incredibly cute when blushing but she kept that thought to herself. She then whistled as a way to express the fact that she was impressed with Peter's teacher Storm "Wow. Can she make a hurricane too? That'd be hilarious to see that asshole loki just be consumed by it and hold onto a tree or some shit" She laughed, amused with herself with her little joke, but she was semi-serious. "OK. If he's planning to use my buddy as some arm candy or trophy, it'll be ok because she's alive but if I get her back that bastard's gonna get a can of whoop-ass from me" She said, her expression sour thanks to Piotr's assumption that loki wanted to keep jane to gloat about it.

However her anger got the best of her and she continued to cry, even though Piotr gently begged her not to. That she needed to have faith. That Jane could still very much be still alive. If she was dead, loki or the person who killed her would pay the penalty and that she couldn't allow loki to get to her like this. The satisfaction for the so-called king was not worth it and she needed to be there to make him pay for what he did. She then looked and saw peter's fingers wipe a majority of her tears, and his words seem to work as she stopped and listened but she was still quite upset. However her emotions of sadness were wiped away when Piotr's lips were pressed against her own. Due to the impulse, Darcy had no problem with this but even if she had no impulse before she would've probably kissed him eventually. It lasted for a while, and she felt much better and convinced that everything would be ok. When they pulled back to breathe, Darcy's breathing was quick but very satisfied "Piotr... You're right. I.. Well..I can't word apparently. I think I need a redo, starting with you kissing me again"

"I appreciate your understanding" Frigga responded softly, very pleased that her words seemed to get through to Storm. But then she nodded firmly as Storm brought up that maybe her own enemies were with loki if they survived "Well if your enemies have, we will stop them too. They may be with my son but his actions as well as your enemies' actions are not ones I will allow to continue"

"Yes, locking my son away or banishing him is the best way to go. I thank you for your willingness to assist me. Preventing my son from doing harm any more is precisely why I came here. I am very appreciative of your support on the matter of not killing my son" Frigga said, a amount of gratitude evident in her voice. As obvious as it was to storm and herself that she still cared for loki, there was the underlying understanding that people would indeed want Loki's life. And that was something that hurt the queen very much. She then smiled softly and humbly as Storm said that she was a queen and one of the resistance members therefore protecting her was something she would do.

Frigga then saw Ben come to her and while seeing Storm prepare herself, Frigga kept her hands behind her back to represent herself in a defensive stance. She didn't know what to expect. Ben was obviously unpredictable. It turned out Ben wanted to apologize for his previous behavior, and that even though he lost his temper, he didn't want to hold anything against her and didn't deserve his anger. He wished to not have anything held against him. Storm's comment was then brought up and it was then Frigga spoke "Indeed it does. You are a very strong man to admit this so soon to me. Do not worry, nothing will be held against you, Ben. It is obvious that you are a good man despite your temper and it would be very cruel of me to deny such a brilliant apology" She held his hand and gently patted it "All is forgiven"

"Neither do I" Volstagg replied jokingly as Mike hoped he wasn't going to slow them down. As a result of volstagg's joke, fandral quickly quipped "You won't mike. Don't worry about volstagg's comment, he thinks more with his stomach than his head" Volstagg sticked his tongue out as a response and the both listened more to what mike said. It turned out that mike too lost some friends and family and was unsure of his parents still being alive. And expressed a little story that he and his father had a fight, resulting in the two men giving very sympathetic looks towards him and when Mike started crying, Fandral patted his shoulder and volstagg patted the other. "There now, mike. I am very sure your father still lives. If we made it out alive, so can your father. We must have faith, young mike" Fandral said with Volstagg nodding in agreement.

Fandral then sighed softly as Mike pointed out that even though loki should've died, it was difficult since frigga and odin were his parents and that thor was his brother. Therefore it made the decision very difficult to make, because killing family wasn't something that a lot of people would consider easy. "That is true. We once assumed loki was dead previously and it broke the allmother's heart and thor refused to train for many months before accepting his brother's fate, only to realize he was attacking your world" Fandral responded

"We didn't know why he was so angry at first but thor told us it was because he was adopted that maybe it was why. It still doesn't excuse all this chaos though" Volstagg replied bitterly. The two then shrugged about it and continued on with the food ideas. At the sounds of vegetables, Volstagg made a disgusted face "Yuck. Vegetables are terrible. But if we cannot find animals, we cannot ignore the option of having vegetables. I don't like eating those but I'll do it to survive"

"Oh stop volstagg, you would love vegetables if you actually tried them" Fandral chuckled

"Shut up fandral. But yes, if you have some of this "hamburger" meat, let us try some" Volstagg commented. The two then noticed mike look at them and both were aware mike was aware they knew something. As a response, fandral sutbly tugged volstagg to make him stop smiling so much and the two just awaited their responses from mike

The last thing she wanted was loki to take clint again. She lost him once that way, she didn't want to lose him again. Especially to someone as despicable as Loki.

I'll make sure he stays calm but from the looks of who he's talking to" She pointed to bruce talking with mike with a smile "He seems to be pretty pacified but I'll still keep things controlled for the moment. As for ben, he may be reasonable but he too clearly has a temper problem that needs to be fixed" She shrugged "I guess it fits within the lines of having that tough exterior and no I'm not joking around"

Natasha then chose not to say anything as Coulson mentioned there was someone else who caught her attention. Was she that obvious? Or was Coulson that observant? Damn, she thought, he's really good. She shrugged as a response but realized, what if coulson was right? Was the reason she was so protective of clint these days for more than just business? Was it more than just the fact that the two were friends? She didn't know and maybe it was time she looked into this. She moved on with the conversation of destroying the staff "Yeah. We need to work on the staff issue alright. That thing's dangerous almost as much as the wielder of it. Once I get settled, I'll ask Frigga or something" She then chuckled in amusement at the idea of fury being under tony's thumb "Knowing Fury's control complex, he wouldn't like it in the slightest but if were for the safety of everybody, he'd do it anyway. He may be stubborn but he is aware of the safety of the people"

Besides, I didn't completely depend on the bank, I had my own personal safe but that's stored somewhere here. Not telling you where kid. Don't want you stealing from me" He teased. Honestly his personal bank didn't have as much as previously or the money most likely wouldn't mean much due to the chaos around them, but if peter thought he was going to be worried, he wasn't. Tony was too proud to admit defeat. He still considered himself a billionaire as well as the other mentioned titles he claimed himself to be.

"Amusing for you but not for me" Tony replied and JARVIS was quick to respond. The AI replied You could consider it that way Mr. Parker. And you are welcome once more

"Well back to your brilliant question of dating fangirls, the answer is yes, I used to date a few from my fanbase but since I started dating pepper it's pretty much behind me. Mary jane opened her mouth to respond to peter's first thing but it was then she realized where peter was going. She sighed, rubbing her face "You're right peter. It would've endangered me more. I can't argue with that but that doesn't mean you would stop being important to me. Sure it would risk my life but being around you makes things much easier for me" She rubbed her face again as he continued talking but tried her hardest to be sympathetic and empathetic as Peter began crying. She went closer but found herself unable to do anything else. She wasn't upset that peter was getting emotional, she was upset that she was in a position where she was angry with peter enough to not be comforting. So she did her best to sound more patient than she was "I understand I guess. Losing me was the worst thing to think about for you apparently but having you not in my life is terrible peter. Now that we're in a war together, you shouldn't hold back anymore. Even if you still want to, I'm not going to not love you. I may be so angry with you right now but I do love you. You have to know that at least. Even if I'm mad, I could never hate you peter. You've helped me too many times for that"

Her patience ran thin though as Peter calmed down and responded that being lonely was what superheroes probably did "Then what about Mr. Stark here? He clearly just stated he has a girlfriend and she probably knows. They're dating and she knows his secret identity" When Tony stood up and defended peter, she couldn't help but give him a noticeable glare but realized tony had a point and breathed heavily, trying her absolute best to understand and not lose her temper. She responded, once again calm "Alright. I'm getting overwhelmed and I need to listen more. Sorry. But for the superhero teams, you're right maybe that's why they team up but you being by yourself is just not fair. It doesn't seem right to me"

"I will never forget but I will one day forgive, knowing myself, but we'll see. Maybe I'll want to be with you again but for right now just know I love you but am really pissed off that you lied to me. I... I need some time to myself. I need to think all this through. I'm sorry to do this to you peter. I really am, but I'm only human" She then got up and was about to leave the room to go find some place in the house that was quiet.

"Thanks. At least Bruce has an excuse. He can't control his anger. But I can. I I don't want people to see me as a monster. In the beginning that's what people saw me as. Johnny even called me the team mascot. I don't think he got it at first. How awful it was for me. He would constantly make jokes and insult me as often as we could. Of course I wouldn't exactly call as us friends back then as I insulted him pretty good myself. But he's become my best friend and like a brother. If Sue, Reed, and Alicia are really gone I can't lose him too." said Ben.

He paused looking at the man.

"It is odd he looks exactly like you with you being his great uncle and all. Guess it was in the family genes or something." said Ben.

Ben paused and chuckled at him.

"Well you had that super soldier serum in you. We just had cosmic energy put into us. Sue's gotten better with her forcefields but I doubt even she had keep an entire building from crumbling onto her. I really do think they're all gone. But I'm not going to lose Johnny too. And if he's gone then I'll make that bastard pay." said Ben.

He paused looking at him with a grin as they chatted about how Steve and Tony were similar to Sue and Johnny. As they hugged he felt a lot better.

"Thank you. I don't seem to miss them as much talking with you. I know you're a busy guy but you think we could hang out some. You may be the only family I have left and I want to get to know you." said Ben.

Ben smiled as Storm and Frigga commended how brave he was and Frigga accepted his apology. He nodded.

"Thank you. I'll leave you two to talk. I'm glad there's no hard feelings." said Ben.

He grinned and walked back to Steve.

"I think I'm going to go lie down. A lot has happened. My family... my girlfriend they're all dead or missing. It's just a lot to process. I haven't gotten much sleep and if they were here I know they'd be telling me to get some sleep. So see ya around pal." said Ben.

He grinned as he headed off to the bedrooms.

"I'm glad we could be friends. I will do what I can to try to save your son. Perhaps you should speak with Tony. Looks like he's the one in charge. It's no good if I promise to help him you imprison him if Tony orders everyone to kill Loki. Although since Tony was one of the heroes who fought him in New York he may be hard to convince." said Ororo.

Ororo nodded as Ben spoke again before leaving. She paused in shock seeing Peter kissing Darcy. She pointed out the couple with a grin.

"I'm glad he's finally moving on. He had a crush one of the other girls at my school and they dated for awhile. But then they broke up. He was heartbroken and his grades suffered for awhile. It took some time for him to heal. I'm just glad he found someone else." said Ororo.

"I think so. I haven't actually seen her do it. I'm just one of the students so she doesn't use more of her destructive powers unless she's in the danger room or out on missions trying to stop evil mutants." said Piotr

He chuckled at the image of Loki being blown away by a hurricane. He smiled as she seemed confident to make Loki pay. But when she started to cry that's what he hated. So he kept hugging her as tight as he could without hurting her. He paused realizing he had kissed her and realizing what if she didn't like it? What if she was mad? But to his surprise she had kissed him back and seemed happy about it and wanted more.

"I'm happy to oblige. Just no more tears please. I hate to see a woman cry especially one as beautiful as you." said Piotr

He grinned leaning forward and kissed her again wrapping his arms around her forgetting everyone even his own teacher was in the room.

"Well can't really blame a guy for liking to eat. So if we keep him full will he think more clearly?" teased Mike.

He chuckled as the two continued teasing each other. He felt honored to be included in their group even temporary. He paused looking at them and smiled.

"If you guys ever decide to become the Warriors Four make sure to give me a call." said Mike.

He sighed as he remembered his argument wit his father as the two were very sympathetic patting his shoulders.

"Thanks. You guys are the best. Kinda like the older brothers I never had." said Mike.

It felt odd to say that as they'd just met but at the same time it felt right. He nodded as the topic shifted back to Loki.

"I just feel so bad for her and the others. When someone you care about turns evil and causes so much pain and destruction it hurts you. Because you still remember how they used to be." said Mike.

He paused sadly realizing the way it sounded. He knew they wouldn't press him but it would feel good to talk about it.

"My cousin joined a gang when he was a teenager. He wanted to be cool and fit in. But he died a few months after joining it. It was one of the reasons I became a cop. To help people. Sometimes I wish I could have been there for my cousin. He used to be so close but then he moved away and we grew distant. I still miss him." said Mike.

Mike wiped tears from his eyes as the topic shifted back to food.

"You know vegetables aren't so bad. You know you can mix them into thinks like soups and sauces with meat. You should try it sometime. If you don't like vegetables plain then cooked like that might make them taste better to you. There's lots of other ways too. A friend of mine puts peanut butter on bananas and celery. There's also dipping sauces people use in restauraunts like shrimp sauce and soy sauce you can put carrots and things in. If you don't like it you don't have to try it again. You'd just be missing out. Especially as a lot of vegetables are healthy for us. But I guess being gods or aliens or whatever you are your bodies might be different." said Mike.

He shrugged not sure what to really call them but if he'd lived without eating vegetables for years then maybe he didn't need them. Mike grinned as Volstagg said he'd like hamburger meat.

"Then I'll make some soon. Just for you my friend." said Mike.

He paused seeing the subtle nods realizing they did know for sure. Was he that obvious? Did Bruce know too? What if he didn't like him? He suddenly felt very tongue tied. He grinned listening to Bruce. Something about him just made his nerves always seem to fade away. He was sure he was falling for the guy.

"I'm glad. I would like to be your friend. And Hulk's too. If he wants friends anyway." said Mike.

"So you get to travel and see the world? I always wanted to do that." said Mike.

He didn't want to point out most of the world was probably in ruins now so he let the subject drop. Mike saw Bruce blush at his praise as Mike couldn't help grin.

"Your welcome. You're a scientist, a super hero and a good person. Anyone else who disagrees just hasn't taken the time to get to know you. Or they're just stupid. I know it was a team effort but you were still awesome. You are awesome. I hope one day I get to be on the battlefield with you. Just don't tell Tony he's not my favorite. Not sure if the guy's ego could take it." said Mike.

He chuckled showing he was mostly kidding. But he didn't want to hurt Tony's feelings after all. He paused as his stomach grumbled and he blushed.

"You think there's anything to eat?" asked Mike.

"I know. I hope he's okay. I'm also worried about Thor. Frigga and two of her guards made it here. But not Thor. I fear Thor may be dead or Loki's prisoner. Thor did kill him in New Mexico so he wouldn't hesitate to try again. I'm glad we have other Asgardians to help in case Thor is really gone. Perhaps the queen can tell us for sure if Thor is still alive." said Coulson.

He paused listening to her.

"We need to watch Bruce and Ben. Ben can control his anger a bit better but a scene like that we can't have again with either of them. Perhaps we should consider some kind of anger management training for them as well as others. We don't need anyone's tempers or ego getting in the way. SHIELD is gone. And we don't know how many of the others survived. We can't go by the rule book anymore. We're in a war trying to take back our world. We can't afford any mistakes." said Coulson.

Coulson grinned seeing him staring at Mike and vice versa.

"Keep an eye on them. We may need to protect that man. Even if Bruce is in more control of his anger there's no guarantee Hulk may try to hurt him." said Coulson.

Coulson smirked at her words not saying anything to that. She was quite good with the comebacks. She saw her shrug at his assumption and resisted the urge to grin. He nodded.

"If there's a way to reverse it or block that staff the queen should know for sure." said Hogun.

He chuckled as well.

"Although I'd just be happy if Fury's here. Even if he and Tony end up fighting like an old married couple." said Coulson.

"Well just be careful. You're not just my idol anymore you're my friend. And I doubt Pepper wants you dead or hurt anymore than I do." said Peter.

He grinned as JARVIS spoke again.

"Thank you Jarvis. And please call me Peter. The only people who called me Mr. Parker were my teachers at school. It just made me feel old." said Peter.

He paused as Tony wasn't sure if the company was alive. He smiled at him putting a hand on his shoulder.

"Hey it's ok. You'll bounce back. Even if you have to rebuild the company from scratch." said Peter.

He paused leaning for was wrapping Tony into a hug.

"It'll be ok. I know I'm just a kid but you can always talk to me. Even if it's just to make you laugh or a distraction. You're my friend and I want to help you. Like you've been helping me." said Tony.

He paused pulling back with a grin as Mary Jane spoke.

"I'm sorry MJ. I was considering telling so many times. Then you nearly died. And maybe that's why I started putting distance between us. At least subconsciously. You and Tony may be all I have left now. I never knew my parents. Uncle Ben died because of me. No it's true. I wasn't at the library. I competed in a wrestling match in disguise for prize money. I won. But the man cheated me out my money and didn't give me all of it. I was pissed. And when he was robbed I let the guy get away. It was the same guy who shot Uncle Ben and took his car. If I had stopped that guy or if I'd never even been there that day Uncle Ben still be alive. I might as well have pulled the trigger myself." said Peter.

He'd never told that to anyone. Not even Aunt May. He looked at the ground not sure if he could face either of them. Afraid they'd hate him.

"And then you and Aunt May nearly died because Green Goblin found out who I was. I was seconds away from losing you for good. You were in danger without knowing my identity. Telling you my secret would have just put you in more danger. I couldn't let someone else die because of me. Yes it was selfish and maybe it was wrong. I'm just so sorry." said Peter.

He smiled as Tony stood up for him a little and Mary Jane said she wouldn't forget this but maybe forgive him as she left. He couldn't help crying again as he lied back.
