Physical Description: Short brown hair and brown eyes. He dresses casually usually in T-shirts, jeans, and shoes. And when it's warmer tank tops, shorts, and sandals. The initials RS were tattooed on his left butt cheek. And on his right butt cheek was a red rose. A blue metallic collar rests around his neck with a tag saying "Property of Ronald Stevens."

History:
Leo was born to Paula Tate and Mark Smith. Mark didn't want kids so he bailed after he found out Paula was pregnant. So it left him just with his mother alone. He grew up a sheltered child in some ways having only his mother as some would pick on hom for not having a daddy or being too shy. When he was fourteen his mother developed cancer and they needed to pay for treatments. At first, Leo got a part-time job but it wasn't enough. He thought of doing some odd jobs on the weekend to make up for some extra money. He answered a strange personal ad for entertainment. He was going to play some music but once he got there and signed the contract. And only afterward did his new employer Ronald Stevens reveal what he'd agreed to. To be his submissive and he was dragged off to his bedroom to entertain him.
Ronald was a senior in his high school while he was a freshman. One that had been very pleased Leo had answered it because he had informed Leo he was probably going to capture him and force him to sign it anyway. But he did keep his word and paid off his mother's medical bills. Ronald was now in debt to him so he stayed and honored the contract. Ronald marked him as property by taking him to a tattoo parlor where his ass was given two different tattoos and a metal collar went around his neck. He A year went by before his mother passed away leaving Ronald completely alone and Ronald revealed he'd switched some of the meds as his mother looked like she might get better and try to get Leo back. And he couldn't have that. He was heartbroken and horrified at how possessive Ronald could be. Then one day the world was attacked and Ronald died in the attack freeing Leo. He ran unable to get the collar off and ended up at the rebellion hoping for an escape.
Abilities: speaks English & Spanish; self-defense classes; good singer; plays guitar.
