Reason of Choice(Why did you pick this character?): to reunite Howard with his son and two old friends from the 40s.

History:
Howard grew up in a poor family. His father sold fruit and his mother sold clothes. He was best friends with Joseph Manfredi as children. He learned the hard way society placed limits on you based on your gender or wealth so became good at lying to get things. After graduating high school and college he became an industrialist and self-made millionaire. He intended multiple conferences and met Abraham Erksine in Switzerland in 1934. He founded Stark Industries 5 years later in 1939. In 1940 he did a demonstration with vibranium. When HYDRA assassins attacked him he agreed to join up with Strategic Scientific Reserve for his own safety and to help take down HYDRA. He produces planes for the war effort following the attack on pearl harbor.
In 1943 he demonstrated technology allowing cars to hover in midair. But it wasn't perfected and crashed to the ground. He was part of Project Rebirth as Steve Rogers was chosen to become Captain America. And he became good friends with Peggy Carter and Steven Rogers. His butler Jarvis and his wife were also good friends over the years. He had a secret crush on Jarvis he never acted upon because he thought the man was straight and he married someone else. Erksine was assassinated by a HYDRA agent and with the formula now destroyed Steve was their own super soldier instead of the army they had planned. Steve captured the HYDRA submarine and Howard studied its technology to help them in the war.
He also created the vibranium shield Steve uses as a weapon. Howard learned Steve had upset Peggy when another woman had kissed him and Peggy caught them. Peggy fired four shots at the shield testing it and was impressed it worked. Stark began studying the Tesseract trying to use it. At first thinking, it was a dud but soon realized its power and began studying it more. Using an experimental gas to keep people awake he just made people angry and crazy. So he shelved the project. It was stolen and used on soldiers who turned on each other causing a massacre. Howard was devastated and began creating a vault to secure his inventions more properly so nothing like this could happen again.
Amin Zola was kidnapped in a raid by Bucky Barnes who fell from the train, having earlier gone missing and been rescued from HYDRA's camp. But this time no one could find him so he was presumed dead and lost. They learned of Red Skull's plans to attack the United States. Steve fought Red Skull and eventually fought with him. The Tesseract teleported Red Skull away and Steve used the plane to crash the weapon into the ice to protect everyone but saying goodbye to Peggy as he was frozen with the cargo and the plane. He returned home and went on many more adventures helping out Peggy Carter and the founding of SHIELD to stop HYDRA's attempts in the future and keep Earth safe.
He married Maria and had a son named Tony. Tony grew up as smart as his father and they often got into fights. Howard focused more on his inventions than Tony and they argued a lot. Maria was the better parent of the two. With Howard focusing so much on his career he had failed as a father and a husband. And he would regret that too late as he and Maria were eventually killed in a car accident. It was later revealed Bucky Barnes killed them brainwashed as the Winter Soldier. Howard then suddenly woke up young day. He paused and woke up confused alive and much younger as if he'd just finished World War II. He heard of the rebellion and went to join it surprised to see his son here as well as Steve and Bucky. He wanted to make things right with Tony and be the father he should have been. If it wasn't too late.
