Personality: Loyal, jaded, cynical, keeps to himself, protective of those he cares about; hates Doriamus for "killing" his father and adopting him as his heir; and hates all the extra traiing he got to be his heir; secretly wants friends and family but afraid they are working for Doriamus as a spy.
History:
Alex had a happy enough life with his parents. He knew his father was a warrior. The older he got his father taught him some moves just enough to defend himself. He was only a kid and his father told him he should run and hide if possible. Alex always had faith his father would protect them. His mother and grandmother both were killed in attack by Doriamus. Alex and his father barely got away to safety in time. They had to be on the move afraid of getting caught so they no longer had a "home" but more like hideouts.
But a few days after his 11th birthday, things went horribly wrong. As he was captured by Abigail Dews. She'd disguised herself as his father luring him into a trap. When he realized too late, his father arrived and was forced to becomea slave or watch his son be killed in front of him. But because he was too slow Abigail did something that seemed impossible with her magic. And made Alex think she'd killed his father, but his father now thought his son was dead. Heartbroken Alex was taken to Doriamus who adopted him as his son since he was an orphan. He was even renamed Dori in honor of his new father. For 3 long years he endured grueling torture in combat, fencing, archery, and spell casting. His father wanted him to be prepared for anything and to take over for him one day. Alex, or Dori as he was now known, plotted ways to kill his new father. Maybe if he took over he could make things better or everyone. He couldn't bring back his parents or grandmother but he could make sure no one else suffered. But before he could carry out any plans he vanished and woke up in a strange new world. Not sure where he was or how he got here he decided to explore.
Abilities: fencing; archery; hand to hand combat; spell casting.
Weaknesses: his father; being restrained; fear or being alone; fear of the dark; being a mortal.
Allies: his father's friends; Loki's Army.
Enemies: Bradley Nightstand, Michael Sebastian, Reggie Pond, Amanda Thomas, Abigail Dews, Louis Nuon, Doriamus, other armies.
Family: Alex Gold (father); Doriamus (adopted father by force); Oliva (mother, deceased).
Plans: reunite with his real father; as for his "death" have it revealed it was staged and both believe the other is dead. while Alex was adopted by Doriamus as his heir; or Alex Jr is resurrected to be his heir. Either way renamed to Dori; confront Doriamus and his allies for separating him from his father; gain a romance.--- if you prefer alex jr to stay dead i can make this another oc.
