Reason of Choice(Why did you pick this character?): She's clever and fun. Also Thor needs someone to lean on when the going gets rough, since it pretty much isn't working out on his favor at all.

Personality: Jane is that awkward girl that everybody finds adorable. But don't assume her charm and awkwardness a thing to take as "ditzy", Jane is incredibly smart and can easily prove it also, she has the knowledge of astrophysics and other means of science and she isn't only smart about this topic, she genuinely is passionate about it. She loves science and firmly believes that it is important to fuction with. She is not afraid to speak her mind and especially isn't afraid to fight for what she cares about. She has a bit of a stubborn streak, tending to think about what she wants or what she believes is right than what everyone else wants. The thing about Jane is she does have a bit of a spunky side to her, not afraid to stand up for herself or others and even fight for them.
However, due to the brainwashing, everything else is in tack except for two important traits. Her courage to stand up against others and the ability to speak her mind. She is less open and much more modest.
History: Jane's past isn't well-known other than the fact her childhood was well-educated and full of family members that were passionate or stubborn minded. Jane studied astrophysics in college before landing a job with her friend Darcy to a friend of her father's Dr. Selvig, for the last 5 years the three just studied the possibilities of science until they discovered a drift in the sky late at night, driving as it seemed to turn into a tornado coming straight through them. It turned out to be a ruse of a tornado and Jane accidently crashed into a rather strong man who seemed to be somewhat insane, but Jane figured out his name was Thor. Thor for the time was a rather rowdy and confused guest of theirs, but Jane kept him around due to curiousity and the fact she felt guilty for crashing into him once more during their time at the hospital(Which he tried to escape from). Throughout his visit, S.H.I.E.L.D turned out to find them and confiscate their things, which pissed Jane off enough to help thor with his crazy demands, which after he came back from his request to get the hammer failing the blond man seemed much humbler than previously. The three scientists made friends with Thor and Jane fell in love with the changing demi-god. Suddenly Thor's friends came along and told Thor they needed him back for his adopted brother was taking over and a destroyer came to the town to attack. It ended up nearly killing Thor and Jane felt he was forever lost until the hammer, Mjnonir came back and revived him as well as give his powers back. Jane then flew off, yes flew off literally, with Thor to get him back home along with his friends. After a kiss goodbye, thor left and Jane hasn't seen him since
Due to Dr. Selvig's mind-control, Jane Foster went to a private section for safety due to her connections with Thor. She has stayed there for a while until Thor returned with Loki but Jane awaited for his eventual return, which she believed he would keep his word on.
Then Loki's attack happened and everything went chaotic. She got seperated from Darcy and Dr. Selvig and was captured by Loki's army. She was brainwashed, due to loki wanting to keep thor in some sort of neutrality and also to keep the woman out of the way, and now serves Loki's army as a slave alongside the now-mortal Thor.
Allies: Thor, Darcy Lewis, Dr. Selvig, Loki and Loki's Army
Enemies: The Rebellion
Plans: Romance it up with Thor. Other than that nothing so far.
