Reason of Choice(Why did you pick this character?): To make the stakes against Tony more severe and personal

Personality: Obediah is extremely manipulative and cunning. He does everything he can for his own benefit and does not make promises that he cannot keep. He has the ability to be charming and humorous but is also sadistic, cruel and arrogant. He's not afraid of his power, if he has any, and will not hesitate to use it against others in a way that's harmful. He's extremely intelligent too, not just because of his knowledge of technology though that is a huge part of how intelligent he can be. Obediah is admittedly untrustworthy and backstabbing but normally sticks to sides that work best for him, so even though he could easily betray you, he might not feel like doing it.
History: Obediah and Howard stark grew up as good friends for many years and helped work Stark Industries and take care of Tony Stark, Obediah was practically a uncle to him in a way. However due to the death of Howard Stark and Maria stark, the inheritance of the Stark Industries company was given over to their son, Tony Stark. Obediah, wanting the company and power, sought out Tony to be killed by the Ten Rings terrorist group, which they refused to do then they found out the victim they were paid to do was the manifacturer of the weapons Obediah gave them in a previous deal to keep them at bay from america. And also, much to Obediah's regret, Tony planned to shut down the weaponry vault to prevent something from his design to be used as violence ever again, The younger stark seemed to have a very good change in heart.
Tony Stark returned a new man and the discoveries of Obediah's deals and attempted bribery for tony's murder were discovered by Pepper potts. Quickly Obediah used all he could savage and decided to steal one more thing from tony, his idea of the iron man and made a iron monger in response to it. He battled Tony Stark not long after and was defeated, thanks to a power building Tony had in his company. He was said to be killed during the explosion but thanks to the reviving powers of the god of mischief's influence over the tesseract, the power-device seemed to ressurect many people, including Obediah himself. Stane now works for Loki and is somewhat grateful to do so, if only to get revenge on his once good friend's son.

Plans: To be a part of Loki's army. Destroy Tony for what he's worth. Take down the rebellion
