Personality: Richard is a man who uses his charm and sarcasm to keep himself safe, he's charismatic, friendly and over-all mild-mannered. He tends to have a sense of humor and also tends to use it in situations he feels is too heated. He also tends to use it as a defensive mechanism, humor is also a weapon as well as a tool for himself. He's also very clever, sneaky and manipulative, resulting in himself being quite sly and deceitful as well as charming. He's also sadistic and tends to use his powers either for himself or a benefit he feels is important. Richard can be cruel but he tends to lean on the side of being careful and cautious. He only fights for survival and important causes. Despite the usage of charm, humor or deceit to keep himself safe, he has a immensely hot temper especially if anyone threatens people he cares about. He's also got a sensitive, emotional side to him, which is shown to the people he cares about most. He's also very affectionate and loyal to those he cares about most, always being kind, courteous, intimate, caring and loving.
History: Richard was born in the city but his mother died at childbirth and his father died when he was around a toddler. However, due to his father's will, his uncle legally became the parent figure to Richard and he was raised in the simple country life. Richard spent many years this way but eventually grew bored with the lifestyle, and convinced his uncle to take him to college in the city, where he met his eventual wife Casey. The two were instant college sweethearts and after they graduated got married and Richard got a job as a waiter to provide for them. For a time Richard was happy but disaster struck, after the two people were married for 7 years, Richard's uncle sadly passed away. They went to the funeral back at the country-side which eventually lead to a unpredictable visit from a burglar who wished for Casey's wedding ring as well as his own to get by. Angry and protective of his wife, Richard defended the two of them but was shot and brought to a coma.
He awoke from to a kind, old gypsy who healed him with her magic. Confused, Richard told her what happened and asked of his where-abouts as well as his wife's. The gypsy responded that while Richard stopped the burglar from taking their rings, the burglar shot him and his wife and despite the gypsy's efforts, Casey died instantly from the shot due to the bullet being slightly more into her heart than Richard's was. Completely outraged and hurt, Richard begged for the gypsy to teach him her ways and the gypsy did so but it took another year of practice. Eventually Richard went to find the man who murdered his wife but found out from the news that he shot himself due to the stress of the police finding him as well as murdering Casey. Richard was shocked, now that he had no revenge he had no idea what to do with his powers, so he decided to use his powers to survive when he can and help himself. He has and worked to make his own restaurant in Detroit, but he wished for better chances in life. Fortunately Loki's army attacking him seemed to be that chance, now that he didn't have his crappy earth life, maybe he could use his powers for more than business. Richard sought the oppotunity when the king declared war and Richard now serves under the trickster tyrant's thumb
Abilities: Mind-control, possession, mind-reading, vision predicting
Weaknesses: Telekenisis is something he's still working on, he cannot control any higher power, not even other earth physics such as trigger. His powers are less powerful than trigger's, in fact if he and trigger fought, Trigger would win due to the other man having more powers than himself.
