problem with Aldrich Killian's app.
This is set shortly after The Avengers. So Iron Man 3 wouldn't be cannon here I don't think.

well if you want the character you could just give him a new back story. since iron man 3 didn't happen here he could still join loki's army. you'd just have to make up his history.
