It's Been a Long Day

[Hogun]

(ooc: January 2nd. Evening. Closed to slave characters for interaction.)

Hogun sighed as he collapsed onto the bed. The slaves were all given one big room with beds. They weren't given the luxury of separate bedrooms. He was sharing a bed with his old friend Donald which made him more at ease. It would have been more awkward to share a bed with someone he didn't know.

Donald was right behind Hogun and collapsed onto the bed. He still wasn't used to being a mortal. And they'd been forced to do a lot of cleaning with other slaves and servants of the palace. Thankfully they were allowed time off to get some rest and that's what he was going to do. He smiled at Hogun. While he wished Hogun was gone he was also happy to have at least one friend here who remembered the old days.

John had a small bed he had shared with Johnny but now it was alone. He smiled as Johnny came in with a grin. He hugged him tightly.

"I'm so glad you're ok. I was worried about you." said John.

Johnny smiled as he walked in hugging John tightly in return.

"I'm ok. I didn't expect Loki to take me as a consort. I was skeptical at first but I eventually agreed. And you're going to be coming with me. You're going to get a room next to ours where you'll be safe. Loki agreed to it. I won't let Doom or anyone else hurt you." said Johnny.

[Rene Hullan]

"Pardon me!" Rene responded, peeking her head out the door of the slave chambers. She was cheerful to know about Johnny's situation and not far behind the curious cherub was Jane Foster who walked in nervously, looking left and right. Rene quickly made a headline for both John and Johnny, bluntly smiling and hearing enough to know that johnny was loki's consort and that john was to move to a room next to theirs. She responded cheerfully "Oh the king is gracious enough to give John a wonderful chance to live in a room of his own! And congratulations Johnny" She then realized what she was saying and responded softly "Forgive me. I am interupting your conversation. I just wish to let you both know that your fortunes are something I am happy over. Apoligies for being rude"

"Thor? Is that you?" Jane responded nervously, looking about before making a buzzline straight to him. She was nervous about what was going on as a slave so she wanted to seek comfort from her boyfriend. She then saw both hogun and thor lay on a bed together and she realized that loki didn't even allow them seperate bed, that made her wonder what was going to happen to her. "Oh thor. This isn't a good bed at all" She sighed "But what can I say, I'm just a slave" She smiled softly "I'm sure as heck glad to see you"

[John Allerdyce/Pyro]

John paused hearing Johnny with a grin.

"You mean that? I thought now that your Loki's consort you wouldn't have time for me. I thought I was going to be alone." said John.

He grinned hugging Johnny with a grin.

"Thanks for caring. Your like the big brother I never had. I'm glad I don't have to lose you." said John.

He paused turning to Renee and smiled.

"Thanks. I feel bad the two of us are moving on up and the rest of you are stuck here. I promise I'll try to come visit." said John.

Johnny turned to hear Renee and grin.

"Thank you. And it's ok. It's hard to really have a private conversation in a public room like this anyway." said Johnny.

He chuckled. He was still nervous about the arrangement not sure if it would work out. But Loki wanted him and that first day had been better than he had imagined. Well aside from the meeting where he realized Dr. Doom was here.

"I'll try to come visit here too Renee. I'm not sure if I still have to do palace chores or not so maybe you'll still be seeing a lot of John and me." said Johnny.

Hogun paused seeing Jane and Donald reunite as he grinned standing up joinig the group.

"Congratulations Johnny. Just be careful. Loki can get pretty angry and I wouldn't want anything to happen to you." said Hogun.

Donald turned to Jane and paused. He smiled at her.

"Yes. Although I'm no longer Thor. Loki has stripped me of my title as prince, my godly powers, and even my name. He's forbidden me to even be called Thor. He read my mind and decided to call me Donald Blake since that was the fake name you came up with once to help me get out of shield. I hope your ex won't mind us sharing a name." said Donald.

He couldn't even think of himself as Thor as the collar around his neck which symbolized him as a slave would give out electric collars every time he even thought the word. Which it immediately did as he realized he'd said and thought the name twice now as Thor yelped in surprise.

"Sorry. My collar shocks me every time I say or think of my old name." said Donald.

Donald grinned as he hugged Jane though.

"I'm just glad to see you again. I wish you were safe with the rebellion though but I'm just glad youre alive." said Donald.

He paused as she complained about the beds and he smirked.

"Well I think we're all used to these beds now. Sure they're not that comfy but it's better than sleeping on the floor." said Donald.

[Rene Hullan]

"You'd better mister or I'll... um... say mean things" Rene said trying to tease the boy. She then patted the boy "No. Do not worry about me. I only wish for you, as my young friend, to be happy" She then turned to Hogun and nodded before turning to Johnny "Hogun speaks the truth. As happy as I am for you, I wish for you to be careful. You never know what might happen" She then beemed joyfully as the consort also promised to visit. She was glad that the two were friendly with her enough to want to visit. "If you cannot visit that is fine. The king is gracious and maybe will give you a chance to see us" She then turned around to see jane and thor smiling before sighing. "That Dr. Doom fellow who was speaking to you was most rude. If I wasn't a slave, I would've said a word to him. The rude pig" She sounded actually angry there, which was a first for her.

Jane was rather shocked to learn that Thor was now a mortal man, with no godly powers or a prince, that he was called donald. He was forbidden to call himself thor as seen with the shocking collar. Jane went over in concern and responded "If it hurts you like that I'll call you donald too. I'm sure my Ex won't mind" She then was hugged by thor and she hugged back with a grin. She shrugged at the idea of the rebellion "Well I'm glad to see you more than anything. At least I'm with you during this" She gulped "I hope Darcy's more lucky or Dr. Selvig" She then looked at the beds and agreed "Yeah. Anything is better than sleeping on the floor. I'm just a bit shocked they're so small"

[Hogun]

John chuckled at Rene.

"Don't worry. I'll be back. I haven't really had many friends and I think any friends I had on Earth are probably dead now. You guys are all I've got." said John.

Johnny paused with a grin listening to Rene and Hogun's advice and nodded.

"I understand. Believe me. He even gave me a way out and said he would have just let me come back here if I wanted. But he showed me my family's alive. My sister, my brother-in-law, and a good friend of mine Alicia. I thought they were dead but he showed me they survived his attack on our home in New York. I have hope of seeing them again one day. Despite what he's done he's not all bad. Just don't spread that around. I wouldn't want him to get mad I said anything." said Johnny.

He doubted it would ruin Loki's reputation but he didn't want to get on Loki's bad side. Of course he didn't realize that it would be pretty much impossible to do that. He still doubted how deep Loki's feelings were for him and feared one day he'd just be back here in the slave quarters anyway. He smirked at Renee's words.

"He's my enemy. I'm sure you've heard of him. Or at least me. I'm from the super hero team Fantastic 4. We were based in New York and Doom was one of our enemies. He was dating my sister when we first got our powers. And he tried to kill all of us including my sister. He even set a heat seeking missile after me. So the hatred he has for me is mutual. Although I doubt you saying a few words to him would have done anything. He probably would have gotten mad you stood up to him and tried to hurt you so I'm glad you didn't." said Johnny.

Hogun listened with a grin.

"Well as long as you're sure. You're pretty lucky. Loki was one of my best friends once. Thor, Loki, Sif, Fandral, Volstagg, and I were really close. Fandral, Volstagg, and I were called the Warriors Three as we usually fought in a team. But the six of us were close. We were like a family in a way. When Loki set up Thor to lose his powers and be sent to Earth and then took over Asgard we were all hurt. But we helped rescue Thor and stop the takeover. But this next time we weren't prepared. And Thor and I were Thor's first victims. Instead of killing us he made us slaves like the rest of you. Thor no longer has his powers, his weapon, or his name. He can't even call himself Thor anymore. I hate what Loki's done and yet there are times I still miss Loki being my friend. I hope he makes you happy Johnny." said Hogun.

Donald paused listening to her.

"I wish I could still use my old name. My parents gave me that name. To use a fake name seems wrong but I have no choice." said Donald sadly.

He paused as they hugged and she was glad to see him and he grinned at her.

"I'm glad you're ok. Although I wish you were safe with the rebellion instead of here. Without my powers I can't protect anyone. Not even you. If something happened to you I'd never be able to forgive myself. So promise me you'll be careful. I don't ever want to lose you." said Donald.

He paused as she mentioned his friends and he smirked.

"If Loki came after her she probably zapped him with that strange weapon of hers. It certainly packs a punch. If they're still alive I'm sure they're safe." said Donald.

He grinned and nodded as they talked about the beds.

"They may be small but it's better than nothing. I'm grateful we have these. They're not as big or as comfy as we'd all like but we're slaves. Comfy beds are just a luxury to us I suppose." said Donald.

[Jane Foster]

Rene smiled as both Johnny and John listened to her. She was sincerely glad that johnny was going to be careful and that john would visit them. She wanted nothing more than for the two of them to be safe. She nodded in agreement with Hogun, silently taking in that hogun and loki were once friends and she gave him looks of sympathy and understanding. After that she turned to Johnny again and nodded "We will not say a word. From what you told me, I agree the king is not a very bad man, but I do not want to say anything either. He might assume us as thinking he is weak and be angry. We will keep this here to ourselves" She then said also about what Hogun said "As do I. Hogun is correct. We want you to be sure and be weary. Other than that, we wish you happiness"

She then frowned again as Johnny explained who Dr. Doom was. A enemy of his who once dated his sister but then decided to try and kill them including johnny. He also explained that Doom would've been angry and harm Rene if she tried anything, so he was glad that she kept silent. Rene felt a bit agreeable to johnny's fears, the doom fellow did appear arrogant enough to try and harm any of them, except loki most likely. "Still. I wish I could have the ability to say nasty things. How dare he call you a dog? Not even the king is so low to call you such. He is a arrogant pig and no-one can convince me otherwise" She then turned to the others before blushing "I never thought I would be so rude to hate someone. Now I do. But I do not regret disliking the man. Especially after all he did to you, good thing loki said no to him training you then you would be forced to deal with such a man"

"I understand. If you want I'll call you Thor instead. It's up to you. You can't say it but it doesn't mean I can't" Jane replied softly, seeing Thor a bit hurt with the forced choice to not say his actual name. She didn't like that at all. Then Thor hugged her and said that while he was glad she was here, he'd prefer if she was with the rebellion due to the fact he couldn't protect her if she got hurt. But now that she was here, he wanted her to be careful "I promise. I won't ever do anything stupid. If I do, I'm probably gonna be in real trouble. I'll just stick to what I need to do for now. Besides, I'm with you, so that's good"

She then smirked at the mention of Darcy "She probably would. Knowing her she'd do more than just tazer him, she'd verbally bite his head off. She may be more insane than me. Darcy's too kiddish to be afraid of a god, which may be a issue" She then shrugged at that. She honestly hoped Darcy or Selvig would find them and rescue them. Any ally was good, especially ones jane trusted. She then turned to the beds again and nodded "A bed is better than no bed, you're right. I'm glad these are here too. Just thought they were small is all"

[Hogun]

John smiled and grinned. He nodded agreeing with Hogun and Renee.

"Yeah. I just want you to be happy. And if Loki does that then I'm all for it." said John.

He paused and smirked.

"I will miss you guys but I won't miss this place." said John.

John was eager to check out his room but at the same time didn't want to go not sure of the next time he'd see Hogun, Renee, and the others.

Johnny smiled at them.

"Thanks guys. I don't know if this will end up as love but Loki's kind to me. And I'm really attracted to him. It doesn't really have to end up as love I guess. I'm happy where I am right now. Besides love hasn't really worked out for me before. So maybe this will work out better." said Johnny.

He turned to Renee and smiled at her.

"I thank you for concern. I'm used to insults especially from Doom so I try not to let them bother me too much. Loki wasn't too happy about it either and I have a feeling he's going to say something to Doom about it. So maybe that'll be the end of it." said Johnny.

Hogun paused and nodded. He saw Renee's look of sympathy and sighed. He really mised the old days with the six of them fighting side by side. He had no idea where Sif, Volstagg, or Fandral were and at least Thor was here with him.

"Remember if you ever want to talk we're here. Well when we're not on duty I suppose." said Hogun.

He grinned at him.

"I'll miss you guys but I know while Loki's normally the god of lies he seems to really care about you Johnny. And you want John safe so he's keeping him safe. Just watch your back alright. If Loki gets mad I don't want you on the end of his wrath." said Hogun.

Donald paused at him and smiled.

"Well while we're alone you can if you want to. But it would be dangerous for you to call me Thor anywhere else. I don't want you to get punished since my name is basically Donald now." said Donald.

He sighed in irritation as Jane hugged him back and he smiled as she said she'd be careful.

"Thank you. I know none of us wanted this to happen. Part of me blames myself. Mother and I convinced my father to spare him. And he did. He locked him up. Loki's destroyed most of Earth enslaved the survivors and hurt or kill millions. And yet he's still my brother. I think even Hogun believes Loki is a lost cause. I think if it came down to me against Loki I think it would end in my death. I don't think I could kill him and he's already had the Destroyer kill me once. Sure that's gone but that doesn't mean Loki won't kill me himself if he has to." said Donald.

He hoped Loki did care about him somewhere. But he wasn't going to push it. He smiled at her.

"I suppose the only good thing is you and Hogun are here with me. So I'm not alone. I don't know the others well and I fear of getting to close to anyone else. I fear they may end up dead. Loki's not known for his cool temper and the others he's got working for them don't look like the patient type either. I just don't want anyone to get hurt especially you and Hogun." said Donald.

He chuckled as she agreed with about Darcy.

"Yes. I think she probably would. Although that could get her into a lot of trouble." said Donald.

He grinned.

"I suppose there is some good of small beds. We're not likely to fall out." said Donald.

He grinned leaning forward and giving her a passionate kiss. He had really missed her. And time with her was even more precious now as he knew his time was very limited now. He pulled back with a grin.

"I love you Jane Foster. That's something that will never change no matter what name I go by." said Donald.

[Rene Hullan]

"Well good. As long as the king makes you happy that's all that matters to me. As for love between you two, I do not want to suggest that it could happen, only that there's always hope. Regardless whatever happens, happens" Rene said to Johnny as he commented about his uncertainity of whether Loki was going to love him or not. Rene didn't want Johnny to lose hope on such a thing. She believed everyone found their other. Perhaps that was her way of staying positive but she believed in that a lot. She smiled softly as Hogun said that while Loki might have been sincere, johnny should still be careful. "Agreed with Hogun once again. I feel loki does care about you and john enough to let you two have different rooms and whatnot"

She then smiled to John and patted his shoulder "We'll miss you too darling. Just take care of yourself also" She then turned to Johnny again as he said he was used to insults, particularly from Doom but that Loki wasn't happy about it either and planned to do something about it. "Good. Maybe the king will humble Dr. Doom"

Jane listened to thor meanwhile as he said that she might as well do it in private rather than in public, due to also possibly getting in trouble "Alright. That's true anyway. Might as well just call you that in private. Hopefully... Maybe... Loki will allow you to call you thor again. Does he call you thor or no? I'm sorry. Just curious. I know being forced to not say your real name is hard" Jane rubbed his shoulders in sympathy and understanding.

"Well. I can't say anything about that if it ever comes down to the two of you. But I do know that all of this happening is something that's no longer in our control now" Jane said softly "We'll hopefully find a way out of this. Not now but someday" Jane shrugged at that. She didn't know what else to say or do. She had little to no confidence in how to fix this by this point.

"Probably but knowing her, Darcy wouldn't care. She's a firey person" Jane retorted, laughing a little bit. "Falling out of beds are the worst. So yeah, maybe that's the perk with the small beds" Jane said finally about the small bed arrangement the majority of the slaves had. She then was given a passionate kiss by thor and she quickly kissed back, missing him just as much as he missed her. Time between them was important and jane indeed would take every advantage of it. "I love you too Thor. That's something I'll never hide. I'm really glad we can stick together" Jane kissed him again after saying that.

[Hogun]

Johnny smiled.

"Thanks guys. And I'm going to talk to Loki about keeping you guys safe. I don't know much pull or weight I have here as his consort. But my family's gone. They died. The friend from my old life Ben I don't know what happened to him. But you guys are my friends now. Loki gave me a choice and I took it. But others might not. I can't free like I'd like but I won't let anyone take you to be a personal slave. I won't let someone make your lives worse not if I can help it." s aid Johnny.

He paused at Renee's words and chuckled.

"Well the two of them so alike. I wouldn't be surprised of Doom's already been forgiven and they're best friends now." said Johnny.

Hogun smiled at Johnny.

:I appreciate the effort Johnny. But Loki is the king. Don't push it too far. You've got it better than we have. I don't want you to gain Loki's wrath by trying to help us." said Hogun.

He nodded at Johnny's mentioning of Loki and Doom.

"I don't know. Loki didn't look that happy at the insults either. Perhaps Doom will learn a lesson after all." said Hogun.

John grinned.

"A shame we weren't there to see it. Well at least you guys are ok. I'm going to come back and visit you guys. Johnny's not the only one who last family. My birth family was abusive, rotten. I don't really care if they're still around. But I found a new family in the X-men. My best friend Bobby and the others. I don't know if they made it. But you guys are all I have now. And I don't want anything to happen to any of you either." said John.

Donald grinned.

"It is odd to hear myself called Donald. But my name could be mud as long as I have you." said Donald.

He gave her another kiss as she rubbed his shoulders and that felt nice.

"I know. If there's a way to save my brother and the universe I will find it. I just don't think I have it in me to kill him. Even after everything he's done he still my brother." said Donald.

He paused and chuckled as they talked about Darcy.

"I just hope she's careful. Enough lives have been taken. If she's still alive I don't want to become just another victim." said Donald.

Donald grinned.

"A shame we don't have more privacy but I'd take a small bed over no bed at all." said Donald.

He grinned as they kissed again. He pulled back and grinned.

"I'm glad to hear that. As much as I'm glad you're here I wish you and Hogun were safe away from here. But I suppose there is no safe place anymore." said Donald.

(ooc: I assume the rebellion's a new thing. And that only loki and maybe a couple others at the palace know about it at the moment. correct me if i'm wrong.)

[Jane Foster]

(OCC: At the moment yes it is a new thing. They'll discover the thing soon enough though. Only loki and certain people know of it)

Rene smiled as Johnny promised to try and help them out by asking loki to keep them safe, rene was grateful johnny cared about them this much. However he needed to be careful and they all knew that, even johnny and hogun both said so. "I appreciate it very much johnny but be careful. Tread lightly. Like you said, you are not in complete control, the king is. Hopefully his royal highness will be able to listen to you" Rene then nodded as hogun commented that johnny might be wrong in that loki liked doom's insults. "I agree with hogun about the king's reactions. He definitely didn't smile or agree to anything doom said, I actually think he didn't like it all. At least I hope so. I feel the king will give doom whatfor like he deserves" Rene then looked to John sympathetically and gave the boy a caring hug "I will be fine john. The most important thing is you. If anything happens to me, which I doubt, I wish for you to be careful of you"

"Well Donald sounds just as nice as thor so it'll be easy to call you both. Still, hopefully your brother will change his mind eventually" Jane said related to the drama of Thor's name. She felt terrible but she knew just as much as thor did that he had no choice in this at all. She then nodded as thor explained that if there was a way to save his brother as well as the universe he would find it, he just didn't think he would kill him because after all of it, in the end thor still considered him his brother. "I get it thor. You still care for him. After all, you two grew up together clearly so who wouldn't feel the way you did with someone they grew up with?"

"Me neither thor. I hope Darcy's far away from this place. The last thing she needs to be is a slave. She'll be fine away from here" Jane said calmly, enjoying thor's kisses with kissing back. She then smiled softly as thor said a small bed was better than anything, and that he was glad she was here but wished she and hogun were away. She frowned a bit as she heard him assume there was no safe place "No I suppose not. I heard of shelters but even then they were hidden well"

[Hogun]

Johnny grinned.

"I'll keep that in mind. If he says no I'll back off. I just hope I can get him to listen."said Johnny.

He paused as they both said he didn't seem pleased with Doom's insults.

"Maybe you're right. But I'm just going to enjoy this while it lasts." said Johnny.

He paused realizing he'd admitted that out loud and sighed.

"I don't think this will work. The last real relationship I was in my girlfriend dumped me for another guy. And I was going to propose to her. After that I never let anyone get too close. I didn't want to get hurt like that again." said Johnny.

He was then pulled into a hug by Hogun and John and he smiled hugging them back.

"Thanks. I need that." said Johnny.

Hogun smiled glad Johnny was listening to them. He looked at him in sympathy when Johnny spoke about his doubts about Loki's feelings and his last long relationship. Hogun pulled him into a hug.

"You deserve happiness Johnny. Maybe it's Loki. Or maybe it's not. But you can't close your heart off. Yes losing someone hurts but would you give up all the good memories with that girlfriend you mentioned?" said Hogun.

John heard Johnny's confession and felt bad. He had a crush on Rogue but she'd chosen Bobby and he was jealous. But Johnny had a girlfriend who was almost his fiancee. He wanted to marry her and she dumped him for another guy. He hugged Johnny as well.

"Hogun's right. Don't close yourself off to happiness. You're the closest thing I've really had to family aside from my best friend Bobby. Maybe this thing with Loki won't last. But you won't know if you don't try." said John.

He turned to Renee as she hugged him. He smiled.

"You better be. If anyone lays a hand on you they'll have to deal with me. I don't care if I end up in solitary or something. No one hurts my friends." said John.

Donald grinned at her.

"Thanks. You can just call me Thor in private and Donald everywhere else. That way you won't be in danger. I don't want anything to happen to you." said Donald.

He hoped Loki did change his mind. He smiled at her.

"Thank you. I just wish I could get my brother back. Perhaps one day I will." said Donald.

He nodded both of them hoped Darcy was safe.

"As well as Eric, Fandral, Volstagg, Sif, and my friends on the Avengers. If anyone can stop Loki it will be them. If they're still alive." said Donald.

He sighed as she wasn't sure if they were safe places either.

"I suppose we have to hope our friends and family are out there somewhere safe. I hope to see them again some day." said Donald.

[Gerdy]

Rene listened as Johnny responded to hogun, john and herself and felt bad when Johnny said he was feeling loki's love for him wouldn't last and that he would get hurt, so to prevent that he would just keep it for what it was. That was until hogun and john both said that johnny deserved to be happy and that he should try his best. That he shouldn't close his heart and give it a chance. "They're right, Johnny. Don't lose hope just yet. You never know. Give yourself and the king a chance, if it isn't loki is isn't loki but you can't just not take the opportunity. You're right to feel hurt and betrayed by your girlfriend but do not abandon the chance of having a partner simply because of one person. It is better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all!" Rene insisted patiently, a comforting hand on johnny's shoulder when the two men pulled away from him.

She giggled when John told her that if she wasn't ok, he'd harm the people who would lay a hand on her in a certain way "You're incredibly sweet John. I'm grateful to have such a sweet boy like you as my friend" She then turned to Gerdy, a new slave, who was introducing herself. As a response, Rene said calmly "Hello Gerdy. I am Rene and these are my friends, hogun, john and johnny storm as well as Thor and Jane"

"Sounds like a plan, thor. I'll be fine though and careful, so don't worry. I'll keep my mouth shut" Jane replied softly as Thor said he didn't want anything to happen to her. She didn't want thor to worry so much about her. She felt she needed to help him despite her lack of abilities.

"Yeah! Maybe you will! Maybe loki will see the light!" Jane replied, extremely positive. Well, she kinda had to be in a situation like this. She was nervous and the last thing she wanted was to spend the time moping and sulking. She needed to stay strong not just for herself but for thor and other people. "Hopefully your friends and the avengers are still alive. We can only hope by this point" Jane replied. She then sighed again "We will see them again thor. Just not now. We'll find a way to see them again" She then turned when she heard yelling then was shocked to see Gerdy.

"Fine! I'm in da damn room ya happy?! Please, ya are hurtin' me arm" Gerdy snapped as if she was in pain as she came into the room, when she was shoved away by a guard. When the guard walked away, Gerdy said "Ya would treat ye mum the way ye treat me den I feel real sorry for ye" She then turned to see confused faces. "Sorry friends. I didn't mean to be so rude. I'm Gerdy and I guess you are the other slaves here? Well, good to meet ya, and those guards were harrassing me to introduce meself when I came in so... hello" She sighed and replied nervously "Look I don't do introductions well, a'right? I can't even tink straight because tese bloody guards have been shovin' me left and 'ight"

Thor and Jane:

Donald smiled.

"Good. I wouldn't want anything to happen to you. Without my powers and strength I can't protect you from anyone. Not even the guards." said Donald.

Donald nodded.

"I hope so. But it may be wishful thinking." said Donald.

He nodded at her.

"I pray they're out there somewhere safe. If Loki got his hands on them I doubt many of them would still be alive. He'd view them as a threat. I think I'm only alive because he enjoys making me suffer like this." said Donald.

He paused as she spoke again. He nodded in agreement.

"I want to believe that. I want to see Tony and the others again. I am grateful Clint and Erik are no longer under his control. But poor Coulson. He was just doing his job and Loki killed him. I wish I could bring him back but not even we have the power to revive the dead." said Thor.

The Others:

Johnny smiled glad at his friends.

"Maybe you guys are right. But I don't know if I'm ready. I'd rather not get close to anyone than get hurt again." said Johnny.

He sighed. He knew they meant well but he wasn't sure if he and Loki would ever be close. And he meant what he said. He didn't want to get hurt again. He paused as the soldiers rushed in with Gerdy and he glared at her.

"Don't treat her like that!" said Johnny.

The guards turned to see who it was stopping when they saw Johnny. Knowing they weren't allowed to even threaten him they quickly left the room. Johnny rushed over to Gerdy.

"Are you alright miss? I hope they didn't hurt you." said Johnny.

Hogun rushed over seeing the topic was dropped. Johnny didn't want to talk about it anymore. They both were concerned about her.

"Hello Gerdy. If they hurt you I'll make sure they regret it." said Hogun.

John smiled at Renee.

"I'm grateful to have all of you as my friend. And I protect my friends." said John.

He followed Hogun and Johnny over to Gerdy and smiled at her.

"Welcome Gerdy. I wish we were meeting in better circumstances but I'm pleased to meet you." said John.

Thor and Jane

"I know. Well, I know that you can't always be there and stuff but I know you'll look out for me and I'll look out for you" Jane said, trying to be positive still. She nodded at more of thor's words "Maybe but you're right about the others. Hopefully they're alive and away. I just don't want to let them perish at loki's hand" She then shrugged slightly out of sadness as thor pointed out that the others hopefully were alive before bringing up coulson. She sighed "Yeah. I feel terrible about it too. Coulson was a good man. He's the only SHIELD agent I liked or knew. It's sad that he's gone. But we can't dwell on that, we have to protect ourselves a bit"

The Others

Rene nodded humbly, seeing johnny was in no mood to talk about him and loki any longer, so she didn't bother saying anything. She turned to John and smiled fondly and said with much glee "I'm glad and grateful to be considered your friend. I will do my part to help you out if and when I can do it" The focus then was on gerdy. She kept being quiet until she spoke her part again calmly "Yes. Are you ok, darling? Do you need help or anything? I am sorry the guards were so rude to you"

"I'm fine, just annoyed. No need ta panic. Te guards are just assholes, no need for me to be a certain center of attention, a'ight?" Gerdy lied quickly, making sure to smile and sound assured to make sure the four others believed her. In truth though, she wasn't fine, in fact she was angry and scared to be in the same position she was in before. A slave. She escaped her other masters and did enjoy many years of freedom but was imprisoned and now had to suffer being someone else's pet again. Her anger and irritability was the very reason she wasn't fine with being in it but she tried to be ok to protect herself and keep her strong. She was shocked immensely to see Johnny instantly stand up for her however. Nobody did that for her for the longest time, she barely remembered the last time someone she was in contact with who actually and successfully stood up for her. She blushed out of confusion, annoyance and a hint of gratitude. She turned to Johnny and responded "Ya got balls, friend. Ya do realize the king's gonna probably mess ye up or a guard is gonna? Or are ya allowed to talk like tat? If so, can ye let me do it?"

She turned to Hogun then and raised her hands at his also shocking response that he would make them regret hurting her, she wasn't used to the sudden need to stick together and protect one another therefore was starting to react negatively for the moment. She responded quickly "Whoa, no need to bend metal like tat, mate. Ya need to be more careful with people like tat. I don't need ta be saved for every time tey pick on me. They're gonna do it anyway"

She shrugged at John however and responded calmly "Me too, laddie. Why don't ye tell me ya name anyway? It's nice to meet ye, glad to see nice fellows around here. It'll take some gettin' used to but I can tell ye are noble bunches"

[Johnny Storm/Loga/Human Torch]

Thor and Jane:

Donald nodded.

"I'm glad. I just want you to be careful. I haven't seen either of my parents or most of my friends since Loki took over. You and Hogun are all I have left. Well and our new friends here too. I never would have thought Johnny would agree to be my brother's consort though. I just hope Loki doesn't hurt him. Or I will make my brother regret it." said Donald.

Donald nodded.

"I hope Darcy, Erik, and the rest of our friends are ok. And my parents. I know Loki wouldn't hurt our mother but he might hurt my father. He's resented all of us since he found out he was adopted." said Donald.

Donald nodded.

"It's not fair. He wasn't one of the Avengers. He should haven't even been there. It should have been Tony or Steve or one of the others coming to help me. And he's gone thanks to my brother." said Donald.

Johnny grinned at Gerdy.

"Well it helps I'm the king's boyfriend. Or Consort I guess as it's known now. I used to be a slave but he offered me a choice. And well it seemed better than being stuck here. I'm glad he did. He showed me my sister Sue, my brother-in-law Reed and my friend Alicia survived the destruction of the Baxter Building. He doesn't know where they are now but for so long I thought they died. My family's still alive out there somewhere. I just hope they're ok." said Johnny.

He paused glancing from her to Hogun.

"No one's messing with those guards. They won't harm me or John. But they'll hurt the rest of you with or without orders. I don't want anything to happen to any of you." said Johnny.

John smiled at Renee.

"Thanks. I''m not sure how much pull I'll have with Loki but I'll try to make sure you guys are safe and protected. If I can." said John.

He paused glad Gerdy was ok. He grinned at her.

"I'm John. I used to be a slave here. But well after Johnny here became Loki's consort Johnny requested I be moved out of here. Johnny's the closest thing I had to family here. He's like the brother I never had." said John.

Hogun smiled at her glad was ok. He paused listening to Gerdy and Johnny and he sighed.

"Alright. I won't go after those guards." said Hogun.

Without any weapons and his powers being blocked by these collars he probably wouldn't stand much of a chance against them anyway.

Thor and Jane

"I promise I'll be careful and I hope Johnny makes it out as his consort too. I want johnny to be happy and if he's hurt by your brother than that's just wrong. I know it's really stuck here for you thor but things are gonna get better. Maybe. Hopefully" Jane said, still struggling with her optimism. "Well if he is keeping you alive and you know he's not going to hurt your mom, maybe there's hope he'll change for the better. And that gives us chance that if darcy and the others play it safe, they'll be ok. I know he resented you guys but if he really hated you, he'd kill you" She cringed at what she said and shuddered. She tried to get back into the conversation "Sorry. Just trying to be positive. But I guess considering what we're in, we might not get a lot of good stuff" She then hugged thor gently as he talked about Coulson "You're right. He shouldn't of been there but that's what made him a good man. He risked his life for yours. Don't blame yourself, just use the life he offered you. Don't resent the fact it happened, that's not what coulson would want, if he risked his life to save yours he'd want you to live it no matter what"


The Others

"Thank you John. I appreciate it. Whether you're successful or not, I appreciate it" Rene responded to john softly before paying more attention to Gerdy. It seemed this girl was much more dynamic than she was. It caused rene to admire how strong she seemed to be. Rene observed as Hogun wanted to take down the guards much to Gerdy and Johnny's protest, resulting in hogun wisely reconsidering it. Meanwhile Johnny explained his situation then john. When Gerdy asked for her story, Rene shrugged "I was born from france and grew up there as a simple girl. Nothing particularly interesting about me. You could say I'm average"

"Ya are the king's boyfriend? Hmm. He's smart, you're not a bad looker, love" Gerdy said before blushing "Sorry love. Didn't mean to make it awkward but it's true" She slapped herself on the forehead "Damnit. I must sound stupid to ye" She continued on as Johnny explained that loki offered him the choice to be free from slavery in exchange for being his consort and the result was learning his family survived the attacks and was still out there. "Well good for you love. I wish I had me family still but I've haven't seen tem in years, tey searched for me for a while and I was planning a time ta reunite but things change" She sighed rubbing her face "But enough about tat, I'm just glad the king can be nice every once in a while" She turned to Hogun and patted his shoulder as he said he wouldn't go after those guards. She was glad that he wouldn't do something as stupid as that for her sake. She would never forgive herself if someone would act rash for her.

"Good for you, laddie. I'm glad life's taking a good turn for ye. And I'm glad ye are close ta this good fella" She pointed to johnny as she spoke with john. "You seem like a good kid john. You got a nice head on ye shoulders" She smiled, she always did have a good spot for children and teens. She was always a kid person, even if she was depressed she would always be nice to kids and teens. She cocked her head to the side as she spoke a little to Rene "What about you, lassie? What's your story?" When answered, gerdy smirked "Nah, you look like ya got a pretty sweet head but you don't need ta get into detail. Knowing you're from france is interesting enough for me. As ya can tell, I'm irish. Me accent is obvious enough"
