(ooc: January 2nd. Afternoon. Counting my sample post as canon so the guards beat him for a few days before loki found out and intervened.) Evan yawned as he woke up realizing he was no longer in a cell. And to his surprise, he didn't hurt anymore. He looked and was shocked to see not even signs of scars or bruises. Someone must have healed him. He then remembered Loki bursting into the cell and killing the guards who were torturing him. He looked around in confusion wondering why he was here. Why had Loki saved him from the guards wrath? "What's going on? I thought I was a prisoner. Why is Loki showing kindness to me?" asked Evan. He suddenly heard the door open as he looked up and saw it was Loki himself. He got off the bed and knelt before him. He'd been beaten by those guards the past few days. And Loki had saved him. While he was grateful he knew there must be a reason. "Thank you Loki for helping me. And healing me. But why are you doing it? I talked back to a guard and even gave one a black eye. They were just giving me my punishment." said Evan. He paused for a moment remembering hearing of Loki taking Johnny as a consort. In some cultures he read of kings having a harem of several brides. What if Loki wanted him to join them? He didn't feel attracted to Loki but there was something oddly familiar about him. But he remained quiet afraid he'd spoken to much already.

Like Evan, Loki's uncertainty about his connection with the other man but he felt familiar to him. Why was it, Loki had no idea but he felt the need to help the poor guy out especially since this connection he felt when he saw him would never go away. He had to find out and talk to the man himself. So when he went to see Evan, the guards he hired were beating him cruelly, cursing norse and spitting. Loki's rage outwayed his logic and he grabbed gunther and vaporized them all. The last one was afraid of the king enough to run but he too was vaporized. Loki's concern over the prisoner made him angry enough to do such a thing but he was more angry over the fact why he did it. He could've snapped his fingers or call out stop and they would've stopped all the same. Why the anger? However Evan looking over at him before falling down in pain caused the god to drop his weapon, grab the man and lead him to safety. Barely hearing the words thank you come out of his new ally's mouth.
Now he was confused, but had to settle this problem once and for all. He walked to the room, a healing room, that evan was in and opened the door to find Evan. The next thing he saw was Evan quickly getting up and kneeling. A distaste for it suddenly came up and he saw that his facial features had some sort of familiarity with his own, and that his hair although short was the same color as his. Someone who looked somewhat like him was kneeling and it made him feel uncomfortable. "First of all get up, please" Loki said, annoyed slightly. When Evan got up he sighed "I do not know why I said that but it annoyed me to see you kneeling. Which is shocking for me also trust me"
He then remembered Evan's questions. He instantly responded, with shock evident in his voice "I.... I do not know. I wished to speak with you because I wished to ask you questions about yourself, because of this familarity I felt when you arrived here. It is strange but something about you drives my curiousity. Not in the sexual way mind you" He had a sense that now all his slaves when they were taken away from enslavement were either here for questioning or to be part of Loki's "Harem" which was something Loki NEVER wanted. He only wanted Johnny. That was it. He continued to speak "The guards that were punishing you were not punishing you properly" That was a lie but he went with it "They were supposed to confine you to a cage, report your actions to me, then punish you. It is a different concept when it comes to rowdy new slaves. For someone like Thor he would easily be punished due to knowing better, if they saw fit to punish him they would still need to report to me" Again. More lies. He went with them anyway
"What is your name? I never got the chance to hear it. Also, I wish to speak with you more. Do you feel this.... spiritual bond with me? Feel free to say nay if you do not" Loki said quickly, almost embarrassed to be asking such weird questions.

Evan looked confused as he got up a bit nervous. The collar around his neck preventing him from using powers but thankfully didn't reverse the spell that turned him human. He didn't want to be stuck here as a Frost Giant. Loki probably would have killed him or perhaps used him as a weapon or something. He wasn't sure why Loki didn't want him showing respect but he wasn't going to question Loki at the moment. He looked on in shock as Loki seemed to be confused at his questions and shocked as well. "You seem familiar to me. But that's impossible. I've never been to Asgard before your army brought me here. Maybe you just saw me fighting some of you goons before I was captured." said Evan. He of course was lying. He had to keep his secret. He thought Loki was an Asgardian and Asgardians and Frost Giants hated each other. He actually didn't care that much about the war between the two races. He had just wanted to be left alone on Earth but that dream had been shattered when Loki took over and his army captured him. He was a little relieved Loki didn't want him the way he'd been thinking. Loki was an attractive man of course and if he had to he would have done it. Although something told him he wouldn't have liked it. The thought just seemed to repulse him somehow which was odd as he dated other guys before back on Earth. He looked up at Loki in confusion. "Weren't punishing me properly? I see. So are you going to give me the correct punishment?" asked Evan. He paused listening as saying new slaves had different rules for punishments which made sense he supposed. "But why did you kill them? It's not like they were betraying you. They just lost their temper and beat me up a bit. It's what they would have done anyway. You probably would have done worse if I made you mad." said Evan. He paused again as he asked his name. "I'm Evan Thompson." said Evan. He listened as Loki spoke again about them being familiar like a spiritual bond. "I don't really know. I know about you as I've seen you on the news during the attack on New York when you tried to bring the Chitauri there." said Evan. The more he thought about it he did feel like something was familiar about Loki. "I guess I do feel something. But this doesn't make sense. I mean we never even met before today. And I've seen you a few times before today but they were just brief glimpses. What's going on?" asked Evan confused. (ooc: Perhaps Loki casts a spell and indirectly learns the truth that Evan's original name is Rowan and that they're brothers. And of how badly Laufey treated him. Making Loki feel slightly better he was raised by Odin and Frigga. Despite his problems with them at least they had treated him alright.)

(OCC: Sure. I could do like a magic physic power to look into rowan's mind to connect the fact that the two are brothers. He can do that XD. He's going to ask first because he's already freaked out by this point and just doesn't know)
The more evan spoke, the more strange conflict the god of mischief felt towards the man. He understood his confusion as well as his own, what loki was doing was beyond strange and what he was suggesting was the two were connected spirtually, which was beyond weird. "It is definitely impossible yet here we are. Perhaps seeing you battle my men brought my curiousity but other than that, it doesn't change the fact we both share familarity towards another" He walked slightly closer, lowering himself to look straight at the man's eyes which held some sort of secret that he could tell evan didn't want him to know. How did he know this look? He did this himself.
"Surprisingly no. I have not come to punish you, I will let this whole fight you have be gone because honestly it is normal upon some of my new slaves. I only want to get to the bottom of this slight issue. If it is not what I assume it is, a spiritual connection of great importance, you will leave back to the slave quarters and forget this ever happened" Loki didn't even sound questioning, he sounded like it was already agreed upon and settled. Because, to loki, it was. If nothing came out of this, than Loki made a completely pointless show for nothing and he wanted it best to forget and move on so he could continue his reign. Besides, he had plenty more guards, so it wasn't like there was a lot of men lost today.
"Because I can! I am king! I can kill you if I wanted and yet you're still breathing! You have no right to judge my actions! I have had enough of that!" Loki snapped, losing his temper, annoyed with the questions. He was annoyed because he was so confused himself. He didn't want to snap but he wanted to just fix this annoying pondering question. What was it about Evan that caused him to be so familiar and curious with him? He saw Evan get frightened and loki once again sighed. This was slightly different with Johnny but that was to make Johnny know his place. With evan, he just lost his temper. "Gods. I can get admittedly annoyed with yelling. Apoligies evan" Loki said realizing the man said his name "I did not wish to battle you verbally. Your questions are completely justified. In fact, I actually agree with you. I didn't have to kill them. Yet I did. I have no regrets doing so. I have plenty of men. My actions were strange. I do not know why. That is why you and I are here"
"Ah yes. Midgard does tend to be curious too much for it's own good" Loki said, a hint of cheer in his voice. He had absolutely no regrets when it came to humans. They meant either nothing to him or something to him to use or play with, well except john and johnny and thor, those three were different. Thor was, in the end, his adopted brother, Johnny was his consort and for some reason he was starting to really care for him and john was just a kid it wasn't like john hurt him or anything and besides john was one of johnny's concerns. He nodded "News comes around there a lot hasn't it? I am not surprised. I actually like it. It shows they fear me"
"I have a idea to settle this once and for all. I have quite a lot of spells. There is one that will allow me to look into your memories and we'll see why this is and you can look into some of mine. If you allow this we can finally understand why we have this connection. If you refuse... well there are other ways but I would rather do this one because it is easier. However if nothing comes up you are to tell no-one of who I am or my past, is that understood? I can understand refusing for me to look into your memories but I refuse to let anyone but you or people I trust know who I am" Loki said finally, firm and patient at the same time.

Evan paused listening to him. "So there's a weird connection neither of us can explain? You sure you're not hitting one me? Because I'm flattered but I'm not interested. You're hot don't get me wrong. But it would feel wrong somehow if we dated. I'm not explaining myself very well am I?" said Evan. He paused as Loki said he was not here to punish him. He would forget the fight because it was normal for new slaves to do. He just wanted to get to the bottom of this familiar feeling they had with each other. That was a relief. "Thank you for healing me by the way. I know you probably only did it so I could return to my duties. But thank you anyway. If there's anything I can do for you bring you food or something let me know." said Evan. He didn't want to be here but he figured if he was going to be stuck here it would be smart to win Loki's favor since he was the new king of Asgard after all. He winced as Loki got mad when he asked about the guards and Evan whimpered slightly stepping back nervously. "You're right. I'm sorry. I won't mention the guards again." said Evan. He then looked it surprise as Loki apologized to him for losing his temper. Today was just full of surprises and said his questions were justified. That he wasn't really sure why he did it. That's why they were here talking about it. Evan nodded listening as Loki continued to speak. He nodded. "Yes. We have local news like by city and world news. Well had. I don't know if there are any news stations or news papers left down there now." said Evan. He paused as Loki said he had an idea to settle this once and for all. A spell to see into his memories and Evan could see some of Loki's. He paused nervously. If Loki saw his memories then it would certainly mean Loki would put him to death. "No. Please. No that. There's some memories that are too painful. Memories I've tried to forget. Memories I don't want anyone else to see. Isn't there another way?" whispered Evan. He hadn't meant to sound so desperate but he had. If Loki really wanted to he supposed he could order him to agree to the memory spell. Which meant he probably didn't have a choice anyway. He waited for Loki to respond knowing this could possibly be his last moments alive if Loki learned the truth. Of course he was completely unaware that not only was Loki a Frost Giant too but that Loki was his older brother.

Loki chuckled in amusement, he could immediately tell Evan's preference with men and yet Loki was definitely uninterested. The god shook his head "No. I understand. You think I was here to make you part of a harem. That is not the case. I only wished for Johnny Storm's company. Do not worry, you're safe" He then raised a eyebrow as the man called him attractive, Loki did pick up midgardian slang and dialouge so he understood what Evan was saying. "I appreciate your flattery. It appears many midgardian men and women find me this way. It is a nice response"
Loki then nodded as Evan thanked him for healing him and that he was there if Loki needed anything. You know, being king had all these extremely nice perks with all the questions. In a way, it made questioning his authority although annoying rather harmless because he still was the boss. "I humbly accept your favor Evan. For now though I feel that you do not need to owe me anything. Perhaps in the future you will" He gave a lighthearted shrug afterwards. He ignored the whole debaucle of both his losing of temper as well as the midgardian news and whatnot. Those weren't as important to him as much as this connection he and evan felt. He was about to get ready for the memory spell when Evan immediately got jumpy. Saying that his memories were painful and he would rather do something else. Loki was confused, and far more interested now, he unknowingly was talking to his younger biological brother. For now though Loki just wanted to see and was not going to make it easy for evan. He didn't want to do it any other way. This was a option that would settle it best.
"Not really I'm afraid, many spells take years to find out this connection and I am not willing to waste it on this possible pointless discussion" Loki said calmly before responding assuringly "We all had our painful demons Evan. It is not just you who is going to reveal memories. You will see some of my own. If there was a different way, where our memories could be safe, I would do it. I am willing to share the pain I had for yours. If it is pointless I will not mention your memories as you will not with mine. Listen, you and I don't want to waste time so just do it will you?" Loki said, now less calm and more impatient. He didn't want to waste valuable time with this guy. If this slave was not really worthy of anything, it would just be a annoying thing so why not do this memory spell which would take like a minute or two?

Evan smiled relieved Loki wasn't mad at him ad he wasn't going to join his harem. At least that was settled. He smiled as Loki appreciated his flattery. "Your welcome your highness. Johnny's a lucky guy to have you. I know any man or woman would jump at the chance to be with you but it's just not for me. I'm not really sure why though." said Evan. He paused as Loki accepted his favor but said he didn't owe him anything. But perhaps later he would. "I understand." said Evan. He paused as Loki said there wasn't another way. As many spells would take years to find out and he wasn't willing to waste it. He said he had his own painful demons and they'd both be sharing memories. That there was no other quick way and Evan realized his hands were starting to tremble as he stepped back from the god nervously before his knees start shaking and he dropped to his knees. He was a nervous wreck. If Loki saw his life as a Frost Giant it was all over. He was dead. "You have to promise me something? That I stay alive no matter what these memories show you. If you can't promise me that then kill me right now. Or send me back to the cell. I'd rather have the guards beating me up every day. I'd rather not share my painful memories with you just so you have an excuse to kill me. I don't want to die." said Evan. He looked at him nervously and whimpered. He couldn't help it but he was scared of Loki. The guy was intimidating and he'd vaporized several of his own guards right in front of him. Evan knew that if Loki would have no problems killing him if he found out the truth. He just dropped onto the bed looking at Loki with a mixturere of fear and sadness waiting for his reply.

Loki was appreciative of Evan's polite words. He was just glad to get tons of gratitude from people for doing good things for them, previously he never got that pat on the back thing for anything he did to help others. To be fair a majority of his kind actions were for his benefit too so there was the underlying of selfishness there. "Again. I thank you for your words of kindness" He said finally, responding to more of Evan's praise. He felt pretty proud of himself thanks to his new ally's words.
He then pondered curiously as the man started trembling with pure fear, his whole body shaking enough for the man to get on his knees before him. Loki was about to say get up when the man started begging for him to promise Evan something. That he would stay alive regardless of his life and memories show him. If loki couldn't, then Evan wanted to die before giving up his memories, or rather be sent back to the cells to be beaten up. The human begged for mercy that he didn't want to share anything if Loki was going to kill him. That Evan wished to live. Loki didn't know what to say at first but realized that perhaps the reason for Evan's fear was something more personal, like a race or family line that he was in that Loki wasn't supposed to approve or something. Loki saw Evan whimper and look at him with fear. Loki liked it at first but with Evan, it felt really wrong. Like the king had a moral right to protect Evan at any cost.
"Evan. Please get up" Loki said, standing where he was but couldn't bear to see his ally throwing himself on the floor. He then saw Evan get up nervously and Loki responded with a patient sigh "I promise to not kill you for things that happened in the past. Again, my memories are worth killing over also but since you truly fear your life, I will make sure you will live. I have no intentions other than solving this curious mystery of why I saved your life. I told you that I could do what I wish with you but even then I see no reason to kill you for memories that were of the past and are a part of history now. We never met, therefore it is not personal" Oh how wrong Loki was and didn't even know it yet but the god wanted to assure the mortal. He didn't want to harm Evan. Especially since it might be completely pointless to begin with.
"Evan. Your life will be spared regardless. Now let us get this over with" Loki said firmly after a minute or two of silence.

Evan was glad he was keeping Loki happy. Hopefully it would work in his favor. He was just nervous as Loki told him to get up as Evan got up nervously looking at Loki. He listened as Loki spoke and relaxed as Loki promised not to harm him for anything he did. "You mean that right? You're not crossing your fingers? Or change your mind and kill me anyway? I mean you're the king. If you wanted to you could kill me and well anyone here I suppose." said Evan. But he listened to Loki as he did seem sincere and Evan nodded. "My apologies for delaying this. But you'll understand once you see my memories." said Evan. He paused as Loki said to get this over with. Evan nodded and his memories began projecting. A teenaged Rowan clearly a Frost Giant was practicing spells. He conjured ice with a grin although it shattered and he frowned.
"Not good enough." said a voice.
Rowan turned up looking to see Laufey.
"I'm sorry father. I'm doing my best. If mother were here-"
He didn't finish as Laufey shoved him against the wall by the throat.
"Your mother's dead because of you Rowan. I'm just grateful your mother and brother aren't alive to see what a pathethic excuse you are. But you are my only heir and I wil make sure you're prepared to take over. Do I make myself clear?" said Laufey.
Rowan nodded.
"Yes father...." gasped Rowan.
Laufey dropped Rowan to the ground and smirked.
"Now try it again." said Laufey. Evan began to sob softly as tears went down his cheeks but the spell kept going. Rowan training in combat as he missed the target with a crossbow as Laufey grabbed him.
"You can not miss the target. You're not going to get do overs in battle. Do it again!" said Laufey.
Rowan nodded as he fired at the target. This time he hit it but not in the center.
"Well that's some improvement. But it took us 3 hours just to get this far. You are going to be doing this every day until you get it right. Along with your regular chores and training." said Laufey.
Rowan nodded sadly.
"I'm barely going to have time to sleep. I wish I wasn't alone." thought Rowan.
He was about to train when the dinner gong rang. As he was about to walk away Laufey stopped him.
"Where do you think you're going? I told you to train until you got it right. If you have to miss a few meals well then that's your incentive to work harder." said Laufey.
Rowan's stomach growled but he turned facing back at the target and fired again as he saw Laufey walk off to the mess hall as a tear went down Rowan's cheek as he kept firing. Evan tried to stop the memories but they kept coming. Rowan buying a potion from the mystic.
"Are you sure this is what you want? I know the king's training a bit tough but...."
"Tough? It's torture. I never had a chance. My family died with my mother and brother. My father just sees me as a nuisance or an obligation. Well I'd rather live on Earth where I can be happy. Even if I never see this place again." said Rowan.
He drunk the potion and transformed into Evan.
"Now I just have to use the Bifrost and take a new identity on Earth. Hmm. What to call myself? I've got it. Evan." thought Evan.Evan just dropped onto the bed shaking. He'd tried to forget those memories but the spell had just brought them to the surface. He just looked at Loki sadly. "Now you know the truth. I'm your sworn enemy. Will you keep your promise? Or am I going to be your next execution?" said Evan in a tone mixed with sadness and fear.

(OCC: Bring on the feels, loki and evan's memories. And may the two reunited brothers hug it out! XD. Also, wouldn't it be hilarious that if the jotun loki tricked to falling down the hole in the first movie was in fact Rowan/Evan? XD. Also, sorry it's so long. Couldn't help it)
Loki ignored Evan's comments and just assumed it as a sort of defensive response to being forced to this. Nevertheless Loki had no idea what to expect, especially with what was so terrifying about learning of the past? Was it that bad? Loki just thought about it as he conjured a magic mirror-like object, which surprisingly was golden instead of his usual green pigment. He turned to see a teenage jotun with Laufey and Loki's first response to it was a very small gasp. Evan was not a human at all. But the son of laufey. And yet, not the only son of laufey. His brother. His YOUNGER brother. Loki's calm gaze transformed into something of shock, no anger, just pure shock. He turned to Evan seeing him sob and the king only watched with pure shock of the new discovery, hurt that he now knew that he had a brother he never knew about that understood him, and horror as Laufey abused him and made Evan, or rowan according to the memories, skip meals, have extra training and even forced to be beaten by Laufey. Loki has always thought negatively of his birth father but this just sealed the deal in some sort of fashion. Not only did he hate Laufey for abandoning him, he hated him for abusing Evan and him not knowing about it, it was a good thing his sire was dead otherwise Loki would find the bastard and kill him.
It also made him feel much more grateful that his life was filled with problems only normal through childhood, such as bullying and competition with Thor. At least he had Frigga, the very woman who he always considered his mother even after his discovery of adoption, Loki always regretted his actions towards her and hoped every day she would forgive him but he knew she would try to stop his madness and he just couldn't allow it. Yet Frigga was the only person that he punished by relunctance, thor and the others he didn't really care about but Frigga was important to him. Thor was his brother but actions towards him were still irrelevant to loki at the moment but he was admittedly grateful to at least have a sibling during childhood. Then as he thought about his family, he thought of Johnny. Johnny was at first no matter but as he thought about frigga, he thought about his consort and felt some sort of guilt for forcing his family to seperate, and felt that even though a lot of things for loki were bad at least he had the ability to love or be loved. Evan never had that chance. Not even a friend during his childhood.
Then one more memory came after the rest, Evan went to a mystic, turned himself human and escaped to earth. Once it all ended he saw his younger brother, his actual younger brother, sobbing and shaking. Eventually evan stopped crying but he was shaking with pure fear. Fear over him. Loki had to tell him. Had to show him. Had to prove his sincerity to him. "Evan... You... You need to watch my memories. You need to see. You showed me more than I realized I needed! You must see!" He instantly snapped his fingers and the mirror turned once again green. Loki looked over for Evan's reactions as memories past came.
A young blond boy with a black-haired boy came with a man who was none other than Odin, the enemy of thor. He was explaining to the boys of the jotun/asgardian war and how Odin defeated them all. He then showed them the casket of ancient winters, saying that it was kept from reach to only incline peace. The boys were curious, the blond boy smiling proudly while the black haired child was nervous-ish. The man smiled to them and responded "This peace has gone on for years"
"Do the frost giants still live?" The black haired child asked
"Don't be silly loki! Of course they do! But when I'm king, I'll hunt them down and slay all of them! Just as you did father!" The blond haired child replied cheerfully
"Now thor, no need for that. A wise king does not seek war, unless it is brought!" Odin said calmly, looking nicely towards thor and loki but for some reason, the man seemed to be more intwined with thor's company. The man then left, and the two boys grinned excitedly at the other before following the man
"I'm going to be king, father!" Thor said
"So will I!" Loki said, less confident
"Only one can descend the asgardian throne but no worries my sons. You both were born to be kings" Odin said
"And yet he wished for Thor to have it instead of me. Now look where we are" Loki said bitterly, turning to evan with a fond look before snapping his fingers and another memory popped up.
It is years later. The two children are now all grown up. But it seems they are no longer at the palace but in jotunheim. Thor, now with a bright red cape, a giant hammer and all silver metal was with Loki, who was covered in green and black with a golden collar. Loki and Thor's hair was much shorter than the way loki looked right now. Instead of loki's hair to his shoulders, it was up to the middle part of his neck. Anyway, the two men were with a young woman with black hair, a blond-haired man with a furry coat, a man who was much more reserved with a firm look about him and a fat, brown-bearded man with a santa-like smile on his face. All of these men were walking about. They seemed to continue a journey that thor was leading them too.
"Brother. We shouldn't be here" Loki said calmly, his voice matured and much more confident
"Loki's right thor. We should go back. We keep telling you it's a bad idea!" The blond man said
"Shush fandral! You're going to awaken them" The reserved man said to the blond man, fandral.
"But loki has a point regardless hogun" The bearded man said to the reserved man "We should go back"
"Oh it's simple volstagg. We challange them and go! No need to be so nervous!" Thor protested
"But Thor, they are right. It is forbidden" The lady responded
"I recall arguing about this and yet thor not listening. Am I right sif?" Loki said, amusement slightly in there
"Shut up loki" Thor and sif said at the same time, loki just snickering to himself slightly.
Suddenly jotuns instantly appeared, demanding of who they were and what they were doing here. The king, laufey, appeared in anger and frustration to the asgardian army and immediately demanded them to leave. That asgardian homes were full of traitors.
"Do not dishonor my father with your lies!" Thor snapped
"Your father is a murderer and a thief!" Laufey snapped "He took the very thing that was precious to me. Now his son and his son's men are here. Who shows he is just a boy proving himself a man"
"Thor. Stop and think. Look around you. We're outnumbered!" Loki replied
"Know your place brother" Thor snapped
"Go! While I still allow you!" Laufey snapped and Loki spoke for Thor, saying that they would accept the king's gracious offer. Deliberately pulling thor away and the warrior's three as well as sif quickly turning back.... That is until laufey commented
"Yes. Run back home princess"
Immediately Thor pulled Loki away and started bashing and clashing with his hammer. Loki was seen running off to find a opponant, while Hogun, Sif, Volstagg and Fandral immediately went into the fight like manging dogs. Loki was being a bit more smart, trying to find places to escape and get room before instantly appearing left and right to attack and was probably the one to attack the most jotuns and also he tricked one of them to fall down a steep hole by using a copy of himself to stand still. Suddenly Volstagg got burned and shouted "Don't let them touch you!"
Loki didn't hear it until the last minute when suddenly a jotun grabbed Loki's arm, and instead of burning his arm, it showed Loki's arm to be completely blue and similar to the frost giant's skin. Loki killed the jotun before looking at his hand, showing his true origin and Loki was seen slightly confused and panicked before shouting "Brother! We must go!" Thor commanded them to go, and the whole team despite struggles eventually were brought home by Odin and the bifrost's powers. What followed was a quick introduction that Thor's actions sentenced him to exile and a horrified loki watching the banishment commence. After the little scene it was just him and odin
"Father! I thought you would just bring him to extra training like normal?" Loki said, nervously
"No my son. Your brother has shown me that he is not worthy. Hopefully you will" Odin said before walking off leaving a terrified loki behind
"Some more memories that are important. The rest you may know from the midgardian news" Loki said, hurt evident in his voice but he continued on with another snap of his fingers. The memory showed instantly of odin and loki alone once more. But in the same room of the first memory loki showed evan.
"Am I cursed?" Loki asked, bitterly toned
"No" Odin replied patiently
"What am I?" Loki asked
"You're my son" Odin said, walking down a tad to not be so high up.
Suddenly a jotun loki appeared, red-eyes, blue skin and tons of patterns around his body, well ones that weren't clothed anyway. As it returned to his regular skin he snapped "What more than that? The casket was not the only thing you took that day was it?!"
"No, near a abandoned temple I found a baby. Small, a runt of jotun giant's size. It looked abandoned, suffering, left to die. Laufey's son" As Odin said this, Loki was looking at the ground in sheer awe of what was going on around him. Pure confusion, hurt and shock was on the younger god's face.
"Why? You were deep in jotun blood. Why would you take me?!" Loki demanded
"You were a innocent child" Odin began but Loki stopped him
"No. You took me for a purpose. What was it?" When not answered, that was when loki's rage came spewing out in the man screaming "TELL ME!"
"I brought you here to unite the kingdom's. To bring a alliance of perminant peace, through you. But that no longer matters. Instead fate must change and you will have a new purpose" Odin responded
"So I'm no more than a stolen relic?! Locked up here until you might have use of me?!" Loki shouted and despite Odin's protests Loki continued on "You could've told me what I was from the beginning! Why didn't you?!" When Odin replied that he only wanted to tell loki the truth, Loki started angerily screaming "Why?! Because I'm the monster parents tell their children about at night? It all makes sense now, why you favored thor all these years! Because no matter how much you claim to LOVE me, you could never have a FROST GIANT sitting on the throne of asgard!" Suddenly Loki stopped ranting to see the king pass out. Loki, horrified with what happened, started shouting "Guards! Guards! Please help!"
"Last one. The rest you know" Loki said, still hurt voice through and through. He was far less emotional than Evan but he had a sort of hatred of his own memories.
"You cannot stop it!" Loki, now in his kingly uniform which back then seemed a tad more cleaner and thin, was at the bifrost, deliberately trying to destroy jotuheim and the race within it. All because he knew he was a monster. He didn't know about evan during this time or anyone else, it was just loki alone and he was the monster. Now the monster had to set things right, by erasing his monster ways, aka jotuheim. "The bifrost will drive jotunheim apart! It will soon be destroyed and all will be complete!"
"Why loki?" Thor, now more mature than he looked previously, was back and was fighting Loki against this plan of the trickster god's "Why do this?"
"To prove to father that I am the worthy son! Once he awakens from his slumber I will have destroyed the race of monsters, that I have stopped the war and I will become true heir to the throne!" Loki snapped
"You can't kill a entire race!" Thor replied
"Why not?" Loki stopped to make a forced laugh come out of him before snapping "Where is this love for the frost giant's come from? You, who could kill them all with your bare hands?"
"I've changed" Thor replied
"So have I. Now fight me!" Loki snapped before throwing his "brother" to the ground "I never wanted the throne! I only wanted to be your equal!"
"I will not fight you brother!" Thor replied
Loki sneered back "I'm not your brother. I never was"
"Loki! This is madness!" Thor cried
Loki's face twisted in all sorts of hateful emotions as he spoke "Is it madness? Is it? IS IT?! What happened on earth to turn you so soft?! Don't tell me it was that woman. Oh, it was! Well maybe when we're finished here, I'll pay her a visit myself!" As if it struck a cord in thor, the thunder god cursed at loki and the two former brothers fought to the death. Resulting in the bifrost going insane and thor having to pin Loki with his hammer.
As the bifrost seemed to be destroying the jotuheim planet, loki shouted "Look at you, the mighty thor! With all your strength! And what good does it do you now huh?! Do you hear me brother?! There is nothing you can do!" As if to prove loki wrong, thor started destroying the bridge. Much to loki's shock and concern
"What are you doing?!" The trickster god demanded "If you destroy the bridge you'll never see her again!" But thor seemed to not listen so loki planned to stop him but before he could a giant explosion came to place. The two men seemed to be ready to fall into the abyss but odin grabbed thor's foot while Loki gripped on mjnonir. Loki saw his chance and screamed pleadingly "I could have done it father! I could have done it! For you! For all of us!"
But all the hopes the poor prince had for approval were shattered with two words. Odin said the fatal two words that even now scared loki to his core "No loki"
As if he couldn't bear it anymore, loki's face of hope turned from shock to pure apathy. Instantly the younger god let go of Thor's hammer and while Thor screamed no as loki fell into the abyss, it was almost as if the younger god didn't hear it at all. Then loki was gone
"The rest is things not even odin himself could think of as torture. Eventually, if you really are curious, you will see them. As a token of my trust to you" Loki said before going over to Evan, examining him and finally, his calm and hurt look throughout his own memories transformed into a tear-filled smile as well as a wounded laugh. "Now you see me. Brother" He said finally, unsure what to do next but he said that as a first response to how exactly loki felt about evan right now.

(ooc: sorry. i should have been more clear. evan basically fled to earth before the events of "Thor" so he's unaware what happened up here in "Thor". He only knows what he saw on the news about the town in new mexico or what he witnessed the "Battle of New York" finale in Avengers. Everything else Loki would pretty much have to fill in the blanks which he has with his memories. Well some of them anyway. xd) Evan just watched as he spoke and whimpered. "Please don't sent me back to my father. I'll go back to the cell and you can torture me. I'd even prefer death over being sent back to him and I don't want to die." said Evan. He paused as Loki remained silent before asking him to see his memories. He watched a Young Loki and Young Thor as Thor said he'd slay all the Frost Giants as Evan winced at that. Of course they hated Frost Giants. Why was Loki making him watch this? "What was the point of that? To know you hate Frost Giants? I know all Asgardians do." said Evan. He paused as Loki said Odin wished for Thor to be king and now Loki was the king instead. Evan remained silent at that as the next memory played. He watched in complete shock as Thor and Loki led a band of Asgardians to fight as Evan winced turning away not wanting to see it. He may have hated his father but the Frost Giants were his people too. He watched as Laufey taunted them into fighting further and it looked like the Frost Giants were winning as one burned the skin of one of them and revealed blue skin underneath Loki's. Then Odin showed up and took them away and Thor was banished. Evan looked on in shock not sure if what he saw as real. "So that's how Thor ended up in New Mexico." said Evan. He paused as another memory showed up as he looked shocked as Loki transformed into a Frost Giant and Evan looked from the memory to Loki in shock. This confirmed it. "You're a Frost Giant?" asked Evan. He froze at Odin's words. Laufey's son as fresh tears went down Evan's face. "I thought you were dead. Father told me he was making some offering in something in the temple at the time and said you disappeared. He said someone must have taken you and killed you. It broke my mother's heart and having me I heard brought her some joy but she died shortly afterwards. I lost everything that day Odin stole you away. I lost my brother, and my parents. I grew up without a family. With nothing. There's nothing you can do to me that my father hasn't already done. It had taken me time but I finally had forgotten most of this. I was finally close to being happy. I know I was." said Evan. Flashes of memories began to appear of Evan meeting friends, meeting guys, dating them, sleeping with them, being heartbroken when he was dumped and alone again. He had tried to fill the void with being with someone but none of his relationships worked. It showed he was more miserable than ever.Evan turned away as the images vanished as he sobbed again. "For years I wished you were alive. Then I wished I'd died too. And all this time you were living happy here in Asgard. You had loving parents and a brother. I had nothing. I worked nearly every day of my life. I was lucky if I got one meal a day. You had the good life. You had the good family. Why did you give all that up? Odin's locked away. Thor's your slave and Frigga's banished. Oh sure you got your precious throne but was it really worth it?" said Evan. He paused watching Loki's last memory of him fighting Thor and Thor destroying the Bifrost to save the Frost Giants with Thor and Odin trying to save Loki and him falling into space. Evan guessed the Chitauri must have found him and that led to the events that ended up in New York where he helped evacuate the streets while the Avengers protected the toad. "It's not fair. I did everything he asked. I wasn't good enough for anyone. All I wanted was love and I can't even find a person who even wants me aside from a one night stand. I guess that's all I'm good for. And being a punching bag." said Evan. (ooc: He's a bit ticked off but he's also sad too. So Loki can be the big brother and try to hug him. Well if evan's words didn't offend him too much. xd)

(OCC: Oh. That makes sense. Well anyway Loki's pretty much got down the important memories out anyway! And I get Evan would be hurt but Loki is a silvertongue for a reason)
Loki ignored the side-comments of evan, feeling that if he did it would just state the obvious hurt Loki felt against odin. Also Evan's begging was something made even worse due to his realization of bond and relative-hood with the younger man. He just watched his memories and was near Evan when the younger man started ranting and crying. Saying that for many years Loki was assumed dead and that evan felt the need to have him around or join his "death", and to have Loki be pampered while Evan was forced to starve for extra training was pure hell to him. That he lost everything because of Odin taking him away. Despite all the memories Loki felt were bad, Evan's hurt and anger was understandable. Compared to him, Loki had nothing to complain about. To be unfair though, Loki was lied to his whole life and evan at least suffered truth. Lies were his forte yet being lied to about personal things related to himself was something loki despised. Now that he was aware of his younger brother's existance, Loki had a duty to try and set things right with at least one member of his family. Evan was right. He screwed over Odin(Which he didn't care about for at all, he depised odin and always would despise him), Thor(Thor was mixed. He cared for thor yet was satisfied with his suffering), Frigga(Now she was the only one besides johnny and evan he ever felt concern/care/love for. His actions against her he hated doing) but he had a chance with Evan! This was his chance now!
"Evan. Brother, wait. Please, listen. What I had was, yes, a very easy childhood and life. But they were not from my real family. Whether laufey lied about my death or odin lied about my abandonment does not matter now, what matters is that overall what the two had in mind ruined two lives in different ways. Yours was filled with suffering and cruelty, while mine was full of expectation and deciet. I am not saying I suffered more during the past but I can say I know what it is like to have a father not truly love you for what you are" Loki said calmly, voice filled with pleading and hurt. He didn't want to have all this drama but at least it got the point across that the two's bond was for a reason. He wanted to make it better. As the big brother. Now he had a feeling of what thor's feelings were everytime Loki was sad. Loki knew he had to fix this. "What happened to your mother however was something very unfortunate. If I could I would change time and fix our lives, yet those are powers not even I possess. You did not deserve what you recieved, if I knew you then and saw your situation regardless of my heritage I would of found a way to make your sufferings end. Because even before becoming king, I had cares for the second-best sort of person since I was one myself"
He then winced as Evan demanded that after all he did, that was it really worth getting the throne over. "Odin I still and always will despise. You cannot convince me that he has not done me harm. He even said to me when I was captured after my defeat in manhatten that he despised me, that my birthright was to die, that frigga and thor were the only reasons I lived. After my escape I wanted to kill him but I wanted him to suffer so yes, I found his punishment satisfying. As for thor, yes I think about it being worth it or not and frigga's exile was the worst thing I did, but if you saw my times during the abyss, you would understand my needs for revenge and you would understand that my passions overweighed my logic. In a way they still do sometimes" Loki hated odin but damnit evan was so right about frigga and thor. In the end, what he did was bad to the people who supported him most. But it wasn't important. Not when Evan was emotional and needed to be the one supported.
"Brother. If I knew you previously things would've been better than what you had. I do not expect you to believe me or even forgive me but...." Loki couldn't help himself. He couldn't help it. He needed to do something to make Evan not cry anymore. So without warning, the king unconjured the mirror, took off his helmet and kingly armor and went over to evan. He put his arms around evan's shoulders but before the other man could shove him off, Loki grabbed the younger into a hug. "You are no punching bag. You are no so-called one-night-stand. You are no longer someone who is second best. To me, you are my younger brother. You are rowan and you are loved. I will set things right for you. I will make it up to you. Because that is what this bond has lead us to, to be brothers again, to reconnect a connection that never had a chance to prosper" He then responded calmly as he hugged him "Laufey and Odin are the ones responsible for your suffering but fear not. Odin is imprisoned and your abuser sire is dead. By my hand. If you still hate me be free but know that the one who claimed to hate you is now suffering himself in the after-life"

Evan saw Loki was hurt and wondered if he'd been a bit too harsh. Then Loki spoke saying he did have an easy childhood but it wasn't his real family. "At least you had a family. Even if you hate Odin I get that. You had a brother and a mother who loved you. I had nothing. No brother, no mother, no friends. Just a father who pushed me too far and resented me." said Evan. He looked at him again as Evan wiped away the fresh tears that began to form. He paused as Loki spoke saying what happened to his mother was unfortunate as Evan frowned at the way he phrased that. "She was your mother too you know. I know neither of us remember her and I don't know if she's like Frigga but she was still our mother." said Evan. He paused listening to Loki as he said he didn't deserve that and he knew that. But he was surprised as Loki said he would have tried to save him if he knew about him. He nodded listening to Loki who said he did hate Odin but he was regretting what he did to Thor and Frigga as he did care about them. But his desire for revenge outweighed his logic and Evan nodded. "I understand. Believe me there where times I wanted to hurt father or even kill him. But I knew I wasn't strong enough so I fled like a coward hoping I could have a happier life on Earth. And for a few moments I did. But that's all theey were. Moments." said Evan. He paused as he looked at him. "I can't hate you Loki. It's not your fault our mother died or you were taken from us. Or that our father's heart was as cold as the rest of him. I don't deny that I resent you had the happier life. It may not have been perfect but it was better than mine." said Evan. When Loki hugged him Evan stiffened and listened to him. Loki was saying all the right things and he wanted to believe him but he'd been hurt too many times before. Evan pushed him away as he staggered back. "Please if this is some cruel joke or a game to you tell me know. My heart's been broken and used so many times. It's fragile now. I don't know if I could handle another heartbreak. I can't let you in and find out it was just a game to amuse yourself. Because it sounds to me like you rejected both of your families. You tried to kill both of your fathers and succeeded in killing one of them. I can't let you in to lose you again. It's got to be all or nothing." said Evan. He felt some relief Laufey was dead so he didn't have to worry about Laufey coming after either of them. But he was still worried about Loki. Now that he knew Loki was his brother he knew Loki was a trickster. He was the god of lies after all. Could he really trust him?

"You're right. I had thor and frigga, it is wrong for you to suffer alone while I had riches. I am not making myself look higher than you, on the contrary, your past was something I feel was something that should've been better rowan" Loki proclaimed, some sort of defensive tone coming in his voice. He was glad Evan/rowan was aware of his hatred for odin and didn't defend odin at all, but he knew that Evan understandably was angry with him for not even being there for him. Evan was alone while Loki had some people to comfort him. He wasn't going to argue with evan, because the king simply wanted reconcilation with his younger sibling more than anything.
He then realized that evan snapped that it was THEIR mother dead, not just his. And loki, not wanting to start a fuss that he himself was now beginning to create responded gently "Yes. Yes. Our mother. I am sorry. You are right. Regardless of Frigga, I must know that my real mother was yours too. And what happened to her was terrible. Very terrible. It cost you dearly with Laufey" Loki said, sympathetic and desperate to not screw things up.
"You were no coward from escaping your abuser sire. On the contrary I thought you've done what was best for yourself. I assure you, laufey has gotten his just reward by my hand. He deserved his death. He should have treaten you with the utmost kindness. As for your time on earth, your happiness will be much longer here with me. I know you have had rough patches in your life but that will change!" Loki assured, his voice sincere and firm. This was his only promise. He felt a bit sorry for ever arguing with thor now, because in a way thor was his brother too. He was still conflicted with thor but in the end, loki did still really care for him and love him as his older brother. But right now, loki had his own big brother duties to do right now. Such as helping out evan realize that loki was now there for him.
"I have never asked you to deny anything. You indeed had a worse life than my own. Though Laufey's actions towards you as well as mother's death and my seperation from them was not my doing, my neglecting has been brought to me and I tend to make up for it. At least I see you do not hate me" Loki said as he hugged evan but was quickly shoved away. Loki felt hurt and realized this was how thor felt when Loki pushed him away. Now that he himself was experiencing the big brother sort of technques, he felt more relatable to thor. More understanding of thor's actions. Yet, there was something within him that knew evan was only doing this out of self-preservation and defense. He was hurt, so he deliberately tried to hurt the other person in a way that forced loki to see evan was hurting too.
He listened as Evan demanded that Loki better have not been fooling around with him, or that he was truly sincere. Because evan's heart was hurt too many times to count, the human/jotun wanted to be absolutely sure that loki was someone he could trust. Loki wanted evan to trust him, and love him as his older brother, so he understood evan's words and took them to his advantage. "My actions towards frigga and thor I sincerely mean regret over. Laufey can burn in Hel for what he did to you and Odin, if you knew him the way I did, is no better. Yet I understand that you fear that I might hurt you also but that is not the case. I swear to you that I mean sincerity, I know you don't trust me but I want you to at least give me one chance. I can prove to you my sincerity in any way you wish. Anything at all you wish me to do to prove to you my concern for you I will" He then responded, his eyes widening with some sort of hope "Perhaps I can release you from enslavement? Would that prove to you my determination brother?"

Evan nodded listening to him wincing at the term Rowan. He'd associated that name with his past. A past he wanted to forget. "I'm sorry. I don't mean to get mad at you. Both of us have had rotten lives. And it's Laufey and Odin who are the real ones to blame. I really need to stop calling him father. He was no father to me. I'd have been better off without him." said Evan. He paused as Loki apologized at it was their mother who had died. "I wish I remembered her. I don't even have one memory of her. Your mirror shows our memories. Do you know a spell to show the past? Even just a glimpse? I'd love to see her if it's possible." said Evan He smiled as Loki said he wasn't a coward and Laufey got what he deserved. Evan agreed with that. But hearing Loki say he wasn't a coward brought some relief to Evan. He felt like he should have found a way to stick it out. He paused and sighed. "What about the Frost Giants? I abandoned them. Laufey's dead and you tried to kill them before. I doubt they are complying with your takeover. What if they start problems? I hated what father did to me and I've hated every part of my past even being a Frost Giant for so long. But I can't really deny that's what we are. We're Frost Giants. We just look human now. They're our people. We have a real chance to unite the Frost Giants and Asgardians in a permanent alliance. It's not their fault what Odin, Laufey, or our ancestors did. This feud has gone on long enough. Perhaps since we're both Laufey's sons the Frost Giants might respect our authority and back off. What do you think?" said Evan. Evan paused listening to him. "I have no right to be mad at at you. Or expect anything from you." said Evan. He paused as he spoke saying he regretted them. That he didn't care about Laufey or Odin. But he understand his fear of being hurt and rejection. That Loki wanted to give him a chance. "I want that. I want to. It's just everyone I've cared about has hurt me. Physically. Emotionally. Mentally. If I let you in only for you to betray me or just reveal it was just one of your games to amuse yourself I don't think I could take that. I can't take being hurt again. I want to give you a chance. I do. I'm just afraid." said Evan. He paused as Loki asked if he could release him from being a slave would that prove it to him. "It'd be a start. But you grew up with Odin, Frigga, and Thor. You imprisoned Odin which I guess I'm starting to be ok with. But you banished Frigga and enslaved Thor and me. Why should I get special treatment? If you free me then you should free Thor as well. Or give him some chance to earn his freedom if you want to not appear weak. Like a challenge he has to pass or something. Thor is as blameless as the two of us. Odin and Laufey are the ones who should be punished. The three of us were practically pawns to them. Odin needs to be dealt with if you expect to keep Asgard. Perhaps banished to another realm he can't escape from. One no one can find him at either." said Evan. His sympathy for Odin was pretty much gone but he knew if they killed Odin they might get a rebellion from the Asgardians. Who probably weren't happy already with Odin's imprisonment, Thor & Hogun''s enslavement, Fandral, Volstagg, & Frigga's banishment, or Loki's takeover. Evan paused as he hugged Loki deciding he had to try. "I'll give you a chance. But it's only one. You promise me one thing. If you ever stop caring about me for whatever reason that you make my death quick. Because I don't think I could recover from another heartbreak." said Evan.

"No. You have every right to be angry with me, I hate myself for my lack of attention to you. You are free to tell me whatever you wish. It's your right, as my brother" Loki replied gently. Then he listened to him as Evan commented more and more about laufey and odin "You are correct. Neither of them are our fathers. They are our enemies. They should be scum of the earth for what they did to us" He then widened his eyes as Evan suggested a spell or something to possibly see their real mother or at least glimpse at her of what she was like "Perhaps. Perhaps I can. I can work on that. I never tried it I will admit but if I know how to look into someone's past I can look into a dead person's past possibly. There's always hope evan" He forgot to say rowan but maybe it was for the best, seeing evan wince at the name.
As evan then commented about all the frost giants, loki nodded and listened. The frost giants and asgardians were hateful towards one another for centuries because of laufey and odin. It was high time for a change. What better way then the sons of laufey in Asgard court to make peace? He not only could set evan free but make him a prince! A heir to the throne beside john or something down that line! Not only a helpful step of trust for evan but a good peace maker with the frost giants "Evan. You just gave me the perfect explaination to your prince hood. If I make you a prince since I am the king, the frost giants will not harm asgard or us. We will finally end this pointless feud once and for all! Not only will this help our asgardian rule, this will change things for the better. We can be finally happy about what we are and our people will be safe. You're right, we cannot deny our blood so we might as well make peace with it! Also, not only are you freed from slavery, you will help rule this place with me. As my family. As my younger brother, evan. Think about it. This is yet another promise to keep you happy and safe as well as make peace with the jotuns!"
He then pondered hard as Evan said that releasing him would be good but Thor too deserved this. If not that, then a chance to prove himself. Loki thought of it quickly and immediately found a reason to explain himself about thor without sounding hateful to him. Even though loki intended to keep thor a mortal and imprisoned, he realized now thanks to evan that thor deserved to be a god and his older brother again. Evan's point of not wanting to appear weak did get to loki so that helped matters within his heart too. "You're right. Thor is indeed innocent. However, the fate is done so he much once again prove himself worthy. When he does, and he will, he will become my brother again and a god. However he must prove himself to the court and myself that he is worthy of his powers and stature because thus far he lacked discipline and justice. As for odin, I am planning to banish himself to svartaheim or someplace indeed abandoned. Killing him would result in rebellion from many odin followers. It would be very risky. Banishing people does take time but odin will be punished harder I assure you"
He then saw evan come towards him and Loki stood his ground, somewhat insecure that evan was actually going to give him a chance. Somehow, loki thought evan was going to harm him physically or leave but it didn't happen. Loki was shocked to see evan finally hug him and quickly the king smiled and hugged right back. He may have been a bit too excited but he couldn't help it. He was being given a chance! Evan was giving him a chance! He was going to reconcile and do so much for evan that his younger brother would never want to leave him. Then Evan made him promise that if he ever stopped caring about evan that he would kill him quickly, because evan was only giving him one chance and the last thing he could ever deal with was another heartbreak. Loki hummed calmly, thinking it over before unapolegetically responding "I swear on my life itself that if I ever stop caring, which will never happen, that I kill you painlessly and quickly. That said evan, you will not regret giving me a chance. You will be loved here. Starting today"

Evan paused and shook his head. "You didn't know about me until now. You've only known you were a Frost Giant for a few months. I wasn't even here anymore when you guys fought. I'm sure Laufey tried looking for me but gave up and probably pretended I didn't exist or thought I died. Besides no one knew he had you or me outside of Odin, Frigga, and the Frost Giants." said Evan. He paused trailing off as he began to get worried. "Loki what if the Frost Giants don't want peace? You killed their king and several of their people. First with Thor and the others. Then you tried to wipe them all out with the Bifrost. What if they come after me? Between the two of us they may want me as their king. I don't want to go back there. Too many bad memories." said Evan. He paused agreeing that Odin and Laufey didn't deserve to be called father to either of them. "I envy you. You had a mother and a brother. I had no one until now. I hope one day you can make piece with Thor and Frigga. They're your family just as much as I am." said Evan. He smiled as Loki said he'd try to work on it. "Alright. Please try. I would like to have one memory of her if possible." said Evan. He paused as Loki said he'd make him a prince and the Frost Giants wouldn't harm them. Evan was still worried about them. "They have no reason to make peace with us. We may both be Laufey's heirs but what if their new ruler the high priest or whoever it is decides he wants war. Or they want me as their king like I said before. Our two races have been at war for centuries. Peace isn't going to be easy. Maybe we'd have to enslave them to make peace. If it comes to that. I don't want to but it's better than killing them isn't it?" said Evan. He smiled as Loki said if Thor proved himself worthy he would be removed as a slave and become his brother and a god again. And Odin's banishment he also agreed with. "We should be quiet about this. Slaves can't get to Odin but that doesn't mean he doesn't have allies here in the castle or outside it. The Asgardians are loyal to Odin. Perhaps we should spread word he has been banished and you could move him somewhere only the two of us could access so we could give him food and water and stuff like that. After all we don't have to banish him if no one knows where he is. But if you did banish him there's a chance he could escape and find a way back. If we know where he is then we can keep an eye on him. But I can do that if you want. You never have to see him again if you don't want to." said Evan. He smiled as Loki hugged him back and he heard his words. "Thank you. I want to believe you care an that day would never happen. But I've been rejected before. People that i thought cared dumped me or I was just a one night stand to them. You're the first person I've met who I think really cares about me. I don't want to lose that." said Evan. He couldn't help the tears as they flowed freely as he held Loki a bit too tight. Of course it was probably nothing to Loki as Evan didn't have his powers and Loki was a god. "So what happens now? Do I have to earn your trust? To get this collar off and my powers back? To become a prince?" asked Evan.

"Regardless I hate myself for not bringing myself to attention towards you. Gods, I wish I could change your life and fix it for the better yet I cannot. I'm sorry regardless evan" Loki responded to Evan's defense about his lack of knowledge about Evan's life or the fact that they were brothers. He didn't care that he didn't know, he felt bad. His own birth brother was in front of him and he didn't do anything right. He needed to fix it
"Evan. I understand your fears but that is why you will come with me to make peace. You will rule here on asgard but you will be their king, obviously because they will not want me but want you as you have not inflicted as much harm to them. We will work things out, my brother. I will try and fix the mistakes I made. I ask you to trust me, that is all" Loki replied patiently, stubbornly insisting for the sake of assuring evan. He had a bad feeling evan would bring this up which was why he was doing so now.
"I will make peace with them one day evan. Just not yet. Thor needs to prove himself like I said and Frigga is now on earth, the damage is done but I will fix it" Loki sounded sure yet his heart ached. He knew Evan was right but the fact loki had so much to fix after all he did was hurtful for the new king. He had a lot to do but as a king he was willing to do them for the sake of making amends with evan and thor. Frigga was harder to do but he was too determined because he loved her too.
"You are correct. They have no reason... not yet. You will become their ruler but you will accompany me here on asgard since the memories on jotunheim are too much for you. If they have a priest or a new ruler who wants war with us, I'm afraid we will have no choice but to fight back. I will send the other and his chitauri to go and take down their army. And as much as I do not want to either, we will enslave them and take jotuheim" Loki said, a calm tone of voice in his wake. He was more level-headed than evan seemed to be. The younger was understandably afraid which left loki to take care of things. Evan needed someone and Loki knew that someone, for the moment, was him. He didn't care though, Loki wanted to help his new-found brother.
"Aye. We will be quiet about this but perhaps I won't banish him to a abandoned planet, it would obviously cause suspicion. I will keep him in the dungeons but to a certain part of it where only I and, if you want, you can see him and we will take care of him there. The old fool will stay in that reserved prison for the remainder of his life for what he did. I DO want to see him, if only to sneer at his face and tell him that I am now the king and he should fear me as well as you" Loki said, bitterness within his tone. Noone would ever convince him that odin wasn't worth punishing. He hated odin. That was the end of it.
Loki smiled as Evan responded that he was the first person to actually care about him and mean it, that Evan didn't want to lose that. Then he saw Evan begin crying and hug him tighter, loki didn't care and hugged the man back, gently patting the other's back. He didn't want evan to feel alone and the fact that he was being given a chance meant a lot. "You will not lose that. I will prove with every power I have that you mean a lot to me. That you are more than just a simple person. You are my brother. I mean it" He replied sincerely, trying his hardest not to break down too.
"No evan. You don't need to earn my trust, you have it now. You are free from slavery and are now prince of asgard!" He snapped his fingers and instantly the collar snapped off and made a clanking sound as it dropped to the ground. "Congratulations, my brother. You are now a ruler of asgard as well as hopefully jotunhiem"

Evan smiled at him. "I don't blame you. Not anymore. I won't deny I'm jealous you had a better life than me but we can't change the past. Only our future." said Evan. Evan smiled at him. "So you rule Asgard and the rest of the universe. And I rule Joutenheim. I hope we can make peace. There has to be a way. Although I hope we can made both kingdoms agree to this union." said Evan. He smiled as Loki agreed to try to make peace with Thor and Frigga one day. "That's all I ask. To try. They're your family. Which I guess makes them my family. I wish I'd gone with you. Having a mom like Frigga would have been nice." said Evan. He nodded. "Alright. I don't want to go to war but if we have to then we have to. Hopefully we can save as many of them as we can. I doubt many are left after the last two attacks on them so they might surrender to save themselves too." said Evan. Evan smiled as Loki agreed to his plan. "I can't believe I'm coming up with good ideas already. Maybe this prince thing won't be so hard after all." said Evan. He chuckled and nodded. "Well I don't really want to see him but I don't mind helping out. I mean you may not be able to meet him every time so I can help out some times if you like." said Evan. Evan smiled at him. "Thank you again. I feel so lucky to have you. I wish I'd found you sooner but the important thing is we know now." said Evan. He paused as loki snapped his finger as the collar detatched from his neck and dropped to the ground. He turned hearing the clank of it and he grinned. "Thank you. Just a question I heard you have a consort. You think she'll be your queen soon? Perhaps a wedding will make the people of Asgard more happy and adjust to what's happened." said Evan. He of course was oblivious Loki had chosen Johnny as he hadn't gotten a chance to really interact with the other slaves much.

"Indeed. The future is ours to control. The past isn't. I am glad you do not blame me. Though I feel I shall still blame myself" Loki admitted softly. Although he was glad evan didn't get mad at him about the past, loki still felt much to blame for evan's sorrow. He wanted to make up for it. After all, evan was suffering enough as it was, the last thing evan needed was another family member to reject him like laufey did.
"Yes. That is the basics of my plans. If anything happens to me or my future heirs, you will take the throne of asgard. Being a prince gives you the official right to take my stead when no-one else can or will. As for jotunheim, we will see what they ask for us, they will obviously do something to make sure you're safe. Well no matter, I will look into this further and plan something" Loki responded calmly. He had a lot of doubt about jotunheim but his pride and stubbornness overruled his own logic and self-control. He wanted every realm to be under his command one way or the other. He wanted no trouble in global domination.
"Then I will do what you require of me. I will try. And yes, I too wish you have had a chance to have Frigga as your mother. She is a fine mother" Loki responded, a fond smile coming across his features. Frigga was a good mother, at least to loki, that was the only person he considered a actual parent. He didn't care about having a father, he had her as his mother even though his actual birth mother he never met was dead.
"I'm afraid if all options are not available we will have no choice but to fight. As much as I prefer to try and make peace, they might not want the same sentiment. The chitauri will take them over easily because of the jotun's lack of numbers so if we DO have a war, it will be admittedly quick" Loki responded as the topic of a possible war was in place. Loki had a bad feeling it could happen but he didn't want to get too paranoid. It would result in far too much bad judgement and make loki look worse than he already did.
"You will make a fine prince, Evan. I am very positive on that" Loki said before he began chuckling a bit. He was impressed that evan and he were getting along already. It was a sign of progress between the two long-lost brothers. He then sighed as evan mentioned odin again but he responded calmly and with a ton of coldness "If you do not wish to see him at all and I am busy, I will send a guard or two to visit him. Ones that I know will do a good job in keeping a eye on odin"
"Yes. All that matters is that we're aware of our bond as brothers now. Eventually thor will join us but for now it is only you and I. I should say I am fortunate to have you" Loki said fondly.
He then chuckled as Evan mentioned the consort. Due to being a slave evan wasn't aware of anything yet Loki was having a good feeling a wedding could come up not only for peace reasons but out of his own personal desire to be married. "Funny you should say that, brother. First off, she is not a woman, my consort is a man by the name of Johnny Storm. Surely you may have heard of him from the midgardian news as one of the fantastic four. Well if you haven't that is who he is. Also, I do feel a wedding can come up soon" He sighed "However I feel he might not want it. I feel that he feels I do not really care about him. At first I thought I was only going to require him for personal reasons" He looked at evan for his reaction before sighing again "Now I feel my attraction to him is more than just... physical. I think I'm starting to love him instead of simply "wanting" him evan. I think I love and care about Johnny"
