Hogun nodded. "Good. I wouldn't want either of us to get into any kind of trouble." said Hogun. Hogun smiled at Trigger. "I understand. While I'm glad you like my privacy but I don't want to keep anything hidden from you. But I'll respect your decision." said Hogun. Hogun blushed as Trigger said he'd already given him happiness. "Thank you. I hope I will continue to do that." said Hougn. "I hope I can. If he even lets me see him." said Hogun. He nodded. "Thanks for talking to him about it. If I can't carry a weapon then I risk getting hurt just stepping out of this room. Not even here would be safe if there was an attack." said Hogun. Hogun hugged Trigger as Trigger pulled him closer. He'd been so lonely before he met Trigger. He had his friends but it wasn't the same. Trigger seemed to fill some void in his life and he was happier than he'd been in a very long time. "Then we watch each other's backs and keep them safe." said Hogun. Hogun smiled as Trigger agreed they were together. He was glad Trigger made him happy. "I guess I still have my doubts. I still think you could do better than me but I'm going to love you and make you happy. For as long as you let me." said Hogun. Hogun smiled as Trigger kissed his cheek. He heard Trigger's next words and blushed say he was perfect and that he loved him. "I love you too." said Hogun. He pulled Trigger closer kissing him on lips again only pulling apart for air as he grinned. "I was so lonely before I met you and now it's getting harder to remember how that felt. I never want to feel that way again." said Hogun. |

Neither do I. Trouble with the king is the worst thing to happen in this kingdom. I can never underestimate the king's power or rage Trigger admitted. Trigger didn't exactly fear Loki but he definitely was intimidated by him, and certainly knew that Loki was powerful. Immensely so. If he wasn't, this kingdom and situation would never come to pass. He then smiled as Hogun said despite not wanting to hide from Trigger he still respected his decision I am glad you trust me and respect my wishes. I just tend to use this for communication and emergencies. But I know you trust me, so I may not even have to try and block away your thoughts Trigger said with a raspy chuckle
I know you will Trigger said, beaming as Hogun said he hoped to make him happy still. He then nodded as Hogun continued to talk about his chances of reconciliation with Loki Hoping, at the moment, is all we can do. And trying is another step. We must take it in stride. He then listened to Hogun's words and nodded at his statement of watching each other, then he listened as Hogun said he had doubts, but would still love him. Nonsense. He beamed when he heard the love you in return by Hogun, Trigger smiled so wide one would assume his face would break in half. He was so happy and kissed back with a passion as Hogun kissed him for the fourth or fifth time. He then put his forehead against Hogun's again then frowned slightly as Hogun admitted to being so lonely. Trigger felt so bad for his love. How could one be so alone for so long? He barely survived being so lonely so much that he had to constantly chatter with those he barely knew. Hogun though was his and his alone, and he wouldn't want himself or hogun to feel so lonely ever again. So trigger kissed him softly, holding the other man close then nuzzled his neck gently and responded I am here. And here I will stay. I shall always be here for you. Even in your heart
As he said that promise, he put his hand on hogun's chest, specifically where the heart was supposed to be and rubbed it. Then he kissed hogun's lips and responded with only a soft thought You aren't alone. Not anymore

Hogun nodded. "Then we just have to make sure we don't get in trouble." said Hogun. Hogun smiled. "You know this is kind of nice. It's like we can have private conversations even if other people are around." said Hogun. Hogun grin grew bigger as Trigger said he knew Hougn would make him happy. "I see we've got a lifetime of happiness to look forward to. Heck every moment after this I'll look forward to just because I get to spend it with you all alone." said Hogun. Hogun nodded. "I know it's not all my fault. He pushed me away but I should have fought back. Been there for him. I'm not going to let him push me away again." said Hogun. Hogun sighed. "Until I earn Loki's trust he's not going to even give me a bread knife. So that will be the first step. Earning back his trust. Until then I guess I'll have to stick close to you. You could just say you keep me close so I'm not too lazy or try to escape. Or some other reason that will just think you're keeping me in my place. You may not like it but it will keep us both alive." said Hogun. Hogun blushed at Trigger's words and how honest they were. "Thank you. You're the only one for me as well." said Hogun. Hogun was shocked as Trigger kissed him again as Hogun returned it. He smiled as Trigger spoke again. "We're two lonely people who came together. Now neither of us had to be sad or lonely again." said Hogun. Hogun moaned as Trigger kissed him again and he returned it wrapping his arms around Trigger tightly. He smiled at him as Trigger said they weren't alone. "Not alone anymore. I like the sound of that." said Hogun. |

Yes. We will definitely be careful and not bring attention to ourselves He was glad Hogun was just as cautious as he was. He was glad the two were going to do anything but cause mischief. Causing mischief would easily be discovered by the master of deception himself. He wasn't stupid. Neither were Trigger and Hogun though to be fair. He smiled in relief as Hogun talked about other discussions
Precisely. It is exactly what I wish to go for. Privacy is a right Trigger agreed, smiling as Hogun was seen to be very happy. Trigger was very glad. For his love's happiness was what he himself wanted. He then beamed brightly as Hogun expressed that he was going to spend a lifetime of happiness with Trigger. That he looked forward to every moment because he would be alone with Trigger As do I. I wish to spend every moment of every day with you. No matter how long it is
Perhaps but you cannot blame yourself for not pushing. You were probably worried if you pushed too hard, Loki would lash out. People tend to say they wish to be alone and yet not mean it Trigger admitted softly. He knew Hogun suffered a lot of guilt but Trigger wouldn't have any of it. No love of his was going to be angry and hateful of themselves. He then sighed in displeasure as Hogun pointed out he needed to earn trust before a personal weapon. You are right. I do not like it. It makes you look bad. Nevertheless, spending more time with you will make it worth it
When Hogun said he was the only one for him, Trigger instantly put his head on hogun's chest, particularly the heart area once more and just closed his eyes. He listened to hogun's heartbeat and softly responded Ah. I love the sound of your heart. It is beautiful. Just like you. This heart is mine, a fact that I am grateful for, and I am forever going to cherish it He eventually let go and just pulled hogun closer, nuzzling him softly, enjoying himself quite a bit.
Yes our destiny can become one because of our fates. I am glad for it. We are together and I wish to keep it that way Trigger replied. He then grinned mischievously as he saw hogun blush, and he kissed him again, enjoying the moment. He then heard hogun moan, and felt him wrap his arms tightly, this caused Trigger to hold him just as tightly, kissing him more passionately. Eventually the passion ended and he grinned contently As do I. I do enjoy not being lonely for once

Hogun nodded with a grin. "Good. Even if we have to play the part everywhere else but this room that will be ok. Because at least I know here we can be ourselves." said Hogun. Hogun nodded again. "I wonder if we can get the room soundproofed or something. I wouldn't want someone to walk by your door or someone living next door to overhear us.' said Hogun. Hogun grinned as Trigger spoke again. "And we will have that. Perhaps one day I will be a free man again. If Loki frees me. But I am content to be happy here with you. If I was a free man well we might not have gotten this close." said Hogun. Hogun sighed as the topic shifted to Loki. "I know you're right but I still feel like I let him down. I just hope I can make it up to him." said Hogun. Hogun shrugged at that. "I can't change what I am right now. I suppose I'll just have to stick closely to you then. You could order me to stay by your side and no one could tell me otherwise. Perhaps my chores could just be cleaning your room or bringing your meals. Enough to avoid suspicion but not have anyone think you're going too soft on me." said Hogun. Hogun blushed a little as Trigger put his head on Hogun's chest listening to his heart beat. "No one's ever talked about my heart like that. It's sweet." said Hogun. Hogun nodded again. "Perhaps we've made our own destiny. Either way I don't plan on leaving you." said Hogun. Hogun moaned as they were kissing. Each kiss felt better than the last and he could keep kissing Trigger forever. "I feel so lucky to have you and I'm grateful you want me. I feel blessed to have you in my life and I will show that to you everyday even if it's just with something simple." said Hogun. He then kissed Trigger again. |

Yes. We may have to hide but not always Trigger didn't like hiding but it was for their safety. Besides, Hogun was right, in their room there was nothing to hide anyway. They were together and things were much better this way for the moment.
There is a way Trigger replied, then he pondered and thought up a way to soundproof the area. He used his powers, as seen with his hand glowing slightly to surround the walls for a moment then it was back to normal. There. It's soundproof. I focused some of my energy of thought and made this place only available to those I want to hear my thoughts. So only you and I can hear what is going on in this place He was so used to his powers now, that he could practically use them for even minor things like this.
One day you will be a free man. I promise Trigger wanted Hogun to be just as happy as he was with freedom. Trigger sighed softly as the conversation quickly went to Loki once more. He nodded I know you want to, although I still don't blame you. Yet you can make it up to him once he allow you to speak with him. He's clearly a angry man
Trigger felt gross having to have his boyfriend do chores in order to be considered worthy or unsuspicious. If this was his world, Trigger would have people do chores for payment, not force or demand. Not slavery but fair work labor. Trigger sighed, clearly not happy I suppose that is fair. For you to stay by me or work with chores He growled, his teeth bared dangerously in annoyance This is not right but I don't want you or I to get in trouble. I don't have a choice
He calmed down as he listened to Hogun's heartbeat and listened as Hogun called him sweet. It is truly like a melody. You should be appreciated more often. I love the sounds of your heart He beamed back up at Hogun who seemed to be happy. Neither do I. I intend to stay right here He then kissed Hogun and heard him moan and the sound made Trigger's heart skip beats. It sounded like heaven was near and it made Trigger want to hear it again.
I am blessed too. To have someone as gentle and loving as you. I will always cherish you, my love Trigger replied. He hummed softly as he was kissed by Hogun again, Trigger pulled him closely and tightly.

Hogun smiled. "Perhaps one day we won't have to hide. Especially if I can get Loki on my side again." said Hogun. Hogun paused seeing him soundproof the area and he then blushed as he started getting ideas. "I'm glad to know you can do that. For if we ever decide to move forward we won't have half the castle gossiping about how "loud" I am." said Hogun. He blushed again and smiled at Trigger. "I know I will. But it's bearable with you. I know any of the others would have treated me horribly but not you. Maybe Loki cares about me more than I thought. He didn't have to put me with you." said Hogun. Hogun nodded. "I hope so. I have missed him. I hope we can try to make up and be friends again." said Hogun. Hogun smiled listening to him. "Nothing about this is fair but it's what we have to do for now." said Hogun. He moaned hearing Trigger growl and then blushed. "It's kinda hot hearing you growl and be so protective. No one's cared that much about me. I had friends of course but it's not the same thing." said Hogun. He grinned at him. "No one's said that before to me. I'm glad you like my heart." said Hogun. Hogun grinned enjoying kissing Trigger and enjoyed being so close to him as he felt Trigger pull him closer. "Then we are both blessed. I had given up on love until I met you. And now I don't want to let you go." said Hogun. |

Hiding myself to the world is something I can do. But I will never hide my feelings about you. That in itself will become known appropriately. Maybe one day the king can let you not be a slave. I pray for that day Trigger replied, a soft smile on his face. He didn't really particularly like being a liar about himself but he always tended to do so anyway. So it was best to be as cordial and respectful as possible. Which wouldn't be too hard.
Trigger then blushed red as Hogun talked about how glad Trigger could make things soundproof. That it'd prevent people from talking about how "loud" hogun might be. Trigger scratched the back of his head and coughed Well. Yes. I suppose that is a fortunate thing Trigger then skipped the subject to listen to Hogun point out that maybe Loki still cared due to actually accepting Trigger's proposal to take hogun. Trigger nodded with hope I truly hope he does have his care for you still. The fact he accepted my offer is wonderful in of itself He then nodded as Hogun wished to be friends again I hope so too. For your happiness
Trigger's eyes glared dangerously at the door as Hogun told him this wasn't meant to be fair. That they had to do this. Fine. I will. But I'm not happy about it. He then watched with curiosity as Hogun moaned a little as he growled protectively beforehand and told him that he found it hot that he was so protective. Trigger had a mischievous grin on his face, then pulled Hogun closer and replied protectively I protect those I love. I will stand up to anyone who will look at you wrong or speak a rude word. Any one who dares to do either will taste my wrath. And it is a unpleasant taste He growled again, making sure to do so in Hogun's ear so he could especially hear it.
Your heart is a gem meant to be appreciated Trigger replied, resuming his friendly state. He beamed as the two continued to kiss and he pulled Hogun tightly, kissing him passionately Then don't. Don't ever let go

Hogun nodded. "I never thought I could feel this happy. And then I found you. I'd rather live the rest of my days as a slave than have never fallen in love with you. Or met you. You saved me from possible cruel masters as well." said Hogun. Hogun was still red and nodded as Trigger spoke. "The guards already assumed I'd be your consort so others might as well. Maybe we could do that. Then we wouldn't have to hide ourselves. At least not completely. My reputation is pretty much gone now but I don't want to drag you down with me." said Hogun. Hogun smiled and nodded listening to Trigger. "I hope he does too. But I'm not giving it much hope." said Hogun. Hogun sighed as Trigger looked upset. "I'm not happy about this either. But it will keep us both safe." said Trigger. Hogun smirked seeing Trigger's grin and felt Trigger pull him closer. "I believe it. I trust you with my heart, my safety, and my life. I know I'll be protected as long as I have you." said Hogun. He moaned again hearing Trigger growl again. Hogun chuckled as Trigger spoke again. "And you have a heart of gold." said Hogun. He enjoyed their kissing and smiled at Trigger. He nodded holding Trigger close. 'I won't." said Hogun, as they kept kissing. |

I feel fate has been incredibly kind to us. I pray it continues being so. I promise I will make things will be even better for you. I adore you Trigger gave soft, gentle kisses around Hogun's face to assure him. He then nodded Yes claiming you as my consort seems like the best option. Even IF those guards were rude pigs about it Trigger made a annoyed face, disgusted with how Loki's guards were allowed to behave. He reminded himself to report that to Johnny and Loki. He had to do something to be content with all this ruling.
Best you be cautious but not enough to be cynical, my dear hogun. I will also be hopeful for your sake Trigger assured, glad that Hogun was still cautious but sad it had to be like this. As they kept kissing and assuring each other, Trigger heard the door being knocked. Trigger gave a annoyed look Blast it. Such distractions Before opening the door to a guard. (ooc: maybe should be something like trigger steps out to get some food/drinks. and the guard starts bullying hogun. i don't think many guards would insult a slave in front of their master especially if they don't know how the master would react. then trigger could return. either maybe having forgotten something or with food depending on how long we want the bullying to be before trigger stops it.)) Hogun nodded. "Fate was cruel to us for so long. I think it finally decided we deserved some real happiness. It brought us together. If Loki hadn't punished me we might never have talked. I guess I'm rather quiet or shy at times. I rarely talk with my friends as it is. But being a slave has well brought me out of my shell so to speak. Guards prefer it when you talk to them and some of the other slaves were a bit chatty." said Hogun. He gasps in surprise as Trigger kisses him. "It's an honor you want me as your consort at all. I'm just glad you're kind. Some of the guards outside my cell kept commenting on my looks and how fun it might be for someone to tie me down and..." He trailed off not wanting to finish that sentence. He knew there were some creepy and ruthless people in this army. And he'd gotten lucky enough to be with one of the kindest, handsomest, and smartest members. "Perhaps one day we can get slavery outlawed. We'd just have to get the king on our side. It may take awhile though." said Hogun. Hogun returned Trigger's kisses as he spoke. "And I'll cherish you my handsome hero." said Hogun. He paused as there was a knock at the door as Trigger opened it. Hogun got up trying to look busy seeing a guard coming in not wanting to get himself or Trigger in trouble. |

Well, I am glad you are growing out, I am growing out too in my own way Trigger smiled brightly. He then frowned, shuddering at the idea of someone doing dark things to people like Hogun. He held Hogun closer and growled again, truly angry this time As long as I breathe, no one will harm you. I will never let them touch you He then nodded, hopeful that slavery in this place would be destroyed soon enough. It chilled him to the bone to see. It disgusted him frankly.
He beamed at being called a handsome hero. Before he was interrupted by the guard. He then listened as the guard said that he had been asked to speak with trigger about needing anything. Trigger held his hand and replied Nonsense, I can get anything myself. But I suppose I am a bit parched. I shall get the three us some food and water He then responded with a firm, kind response as the guard asked if the slave was honestly gonna get anything He is a human too, sir. Not a machine. You would do well to remember that. He gave a kind wink to Hogun before going off

"Good afternoon, sir. This is Frean. I have come to ask if you need anything. The king hasn't seen you in a while and was wondering since you may not be coming to the meeting, that you would need food or the like" The guard was then introspective of Hogun, who seemed to be cleaning up and minding his business. Good. As he should've. He turned to hear Trigger was going to get stuff for three of them. "Wait, three of us what on earth do you..." He then looked shocked as he obviously meant the slave "Sir, with all due respect, you are honestly going to get something for the slave? He's the one who should be getting it not you" But he was quickly shut down by Trigger. A little annoyed with trigger's overachieving kindness, the guard huffed. The shear minute he disappeared, he went to Hogun and confronted him. He took the broom and replied "So, slave, I'm assuming that just because you work hard means you get privileges? What have you done that caused your master to be so kind hm?"

Hogun smiled. "And I'm glad for that." said Hogun. He was surprised as Trigger held him closer and he relaxed against him. He grinned. "I can take care of myself but it's nice that you care so much." said Hogun. Soon they were interrupted by a guard and Trigger had left to get some food while Hogun kept cleaning. When Frean turned to him Hogun frowned. "He's kind to me because he chose to. Because not all masters here are cruel." said Hogun. He guessed this guard must be new as the guards who did know he used to be their captain had avoided him to avoid Loki's wrath. Or helped them when he could like slipping him some food or extra blankets. But they couldn't do that all the time. Now that he was with Hogun his friends in the guard had considered Trigger a friend too by protecting Hogun. "If you are so annoyed by my presence I'm sure you have other duties you can attend to. My master will return shortly and we both know I can't just walk around the palace without him or his approval." said Hogun. |

"Nonsense, no one is kind simply because by choice. You must of convinced him somehow to be kind to you. Slaves do that to their masters, give them some pathetic story and they can be spoiled little brats" Frean utterly refused to believe Hogun deserved respect. Hogun was right. He was a new guard, strict and firm like many new guards. The other two that brought him to trigger were also new, and didn't respect Hogun's previous titles. The older or more experienced guards were of Odin's time and they always seem to like Hogun. Frean was not one of them. If anything, he was arrogant and liked to bully slaves.
He threw the broom away as Hogun replied that he could just leave if he didn't like him. Frean grabbed the man's arm and snapped "Do you know who you are talking to? You ingrate! You have become spoiled! You should have bowed to me and you should still be bowing!" He shoved Hogun to the floor and laughed mockingly "I guess I can always force you to bow anyway. I will not be told what to do by some snappy little slave"

Trigger meanwhile was grabbed three cups of water and a plate of fruit and certain vegetables. Trigger was unaware of the fight about to ensue. He was a little ditzy and realizing how in love he was. He proceeded to start walking back to the room.

He could have left me to rot in the dungeons." saidH ogun. He gas surprised as the guard threw the broom and said he should have bowed to him. When he was thrown to the ground Hogun stood up defiantly. "I only bow to two people my master and the king. And you are neither of them. I owe you no respect and you clearly don't deserve it." said Hogun. He was aware he was probably only making the guard angrier but he would not be pushed around. Not any longer. He was captain of the guards here once and even as a slave he deserved more respect than this. "You should apologize and leave before my master returns. On second thought just leave and I won't mentioned this happened at all." said Hogun. |

While Trigger was on his way from getting snacks, the guard was busy trying to show Hogun his place. At least what he thought his place was. The guard sneered as Hogun somewhat stumped him that Trigger didn't really need to have a slave, and hogun could've just been in the dungeon. The guard did not like being bested intelligently, so he just responded with a simple slap across the face. Afterwards, Hogun kept politely suggesting to leave him alone but the guard smirked. As if he was going to allow Hogun the pride and dignity of being let go. The guard got pissed off though when Hogun clearly refused, vowing to only bow for his master and king. With a angry grunt, the guard picked hogun up, slapped him hard enough to sting or bruise, and attempted to punch him. Then he threw him down once more and stepped on his chest to keep him down on the ground.
"Worthless, insolent brat. That's what you slaves are. Nothing but sniveling brats who think they can just walk all over. You're like ants. And you will bow to me, it's not a choice no matter how much you think you're in control" He then kicked hogun's stomach hard "Bow to me. Now. Learn some manners" He then laughed nastily as Hogun threatened to tell on his master "As if you're in a position to threaten me. Be quiet. I take no orders from some sniveling little brat like yourself" He kicked him harder then proceeded to try to force him into a bowing position "I'll teach you some respect!"

Hogun winced at the slap. "You must be new. You do not treat slaves this way. Especially slaves that are owned by someone else. Only two have the right to hit me my master and the king. And you are neither." said Hogun. He then groaned as the guard picked him up and slapped him again and threw him on the ground. Then stepped on his chest. "Get off me!" said hogun. He groaned as the guard kicked his stomach. Hogun got to his feet in defiance. "I bow to no one but the king." said Hogun. He pushed him down but Hogun shoved him fighting back. "I have tried to do things the peaceful way. You want to fight then you got it." said Hogun. He swung a punch at his chest trying to weaken him enough. Maybe if he was quick enough he could at least shove him out the door and block it. Trigger could help him sort out this mess when he returned. (ooc: up to you if the blow hits or if Trigger interrupts it. Hogun's normally passive but will protect himself when he has to. Guard's pushed him too far. xd) |

Hogun's verbal responses at this point were ignored. The guard kept trying to grab hogun, wanting the privilege to humiliate the slave. He managed to get the upper hand for the most part but Hogun was not going down the way the guard wanted. And it seemed Hogun's pride was strong. Hogun successfully did manage to punch him in the chest. It did cause the guard to get hurt but it didn't necessarily get hogun enough space to run. Just enough to weaken the guard a little. The guard at this point was enraged. No way was he going to be bested. He managed to get enough strength to grab Hogun one last time before suddenly someone pulled him off and threw him across the room. The guard looked up to see it was none other than Trigger and he was furious
Trigger thoughts echoed through his brain like church bells. It was surprisingly loud enough maybe for the whole world to hear. The man didn't need to yell. The guard couldn't help but feel his skin grow cold and his life flash before him as the other man's face was staring back at him. Trigger's eyes pierced through his and he proceeded to speak as demanded "Sir, please, I can explain. I was only demanding the slave to respect me. He only needs to give respect to his superiors..." At this trigger threw him down and kicked him demanding him to be punished and banging a wall for another guard who rushed in. He telepathically called for the other guard to report the man for abuse and that trigger wished to talk council to the king personally and demanded the now arrested guard to be thrown into the dungeons. The guard pleaded "Please my lord I'll be executed for this. Please spare my life"

Trigger was just near the room when he heard the guard calling hogun names and physical grunts and sounds of struggling. Trigger put his snacks up on the front door table, quietly sneaking about to see what was happening. He was shocked to see what was happening behind closed doors. He heard things that made his heart sink in heartache. His own love, in such abuse, behind his own back. The conversation Hogun and the man seemed to have was too much to bare. Hearing the slap caused Trigger's eyes to tear up but he forced himself to listen for substantial evidence for the king to report on. He felt so stupid allowing some of it to happen for evidence sake but once he heard enough he'd let the guard have it.
"You're like ants. And you will bow to me, it's not a choice no matter how much you think you're in control. You will bow to me"
"You should apologize and leave before my master returns"
"As if you're in a position to threaten me. Be quiet. I take no orders from some sniveling little brat like yourself"
"I bow to no one but the king"
Then he heard some more struggling and hogun saying something that trigger couldn't exactly hear. But he heard plenty. He opened the doors and snuck quietly knowing hogun wouldn't exactly see him, he was a master of stealth anyway. Then as the guard attempted to grab hogun, Trigger raced to grab the guard before he even could have the chance, forced the guard up and smashed him to the ground as much as his body could allow him. He wanted the guard to feel the pain. He wanted the guard to pay for this. Trigger stood in front of Hogun like a knight in shining armor. Eyes pierced with rage, his chest puffed out, his teeth sneering in such rage. One might think Trigger just came out of a battlefield. Trigger loudly thought aloud You dare attack my servant in my own home?! How dare you do this behind my own back? To treat one human with such cruelty and such disregard!? You savage! You bastard! You will pay for this for years to come! And your soul is forever damned by this! Damn you! Shame on you! Such shame will befall you! You will regret what you have done here!
He pulled the guard up forcing him to look at hogun, the guard rightfully scared crapless, but trigger was having absolutely none of this This man you will never see nor harm ever again. Take a good look at this servant's face. For it will be the last time you see it. The harm you did to him behind my back will be repaid in full and then some He then grabbed the man and pulled him to the wall, using a hand to force the guard's face to look at him What can you possibly say that will make me ever consider giving you anything other than a prison sentence?! At the guard's explaination he angrily threw him down and kicked him Respect?! You call assault and abuse demanding respect!? Damn you you bastard. Guards. GUARDS! GUARDS COME IMMEDIATELY
This right here was Trigger's anger. His rage. The side he didn't wish to give or see onto others. From years of abuse and manipulation from being a slave, he vowed to never have someone go through the same pain. Now to have his love suffer just a minor taste of it was too much for his mind to handle. The PTSD was controlling his mind. The anger and need for revenge was overclouding his need for reason. Hogun was hurt and all who harmed him had to suffer, at least that was what Trigger thought. He slammed and banged against the wall and another guard came and arrested the guard and he responded to the guard I wish to report abuse to the highest degree on this guard. I want this to be a personal matter to the king. Immediate council. Immediate trial. I want to seek the life sentence of prison for this man. I will have no tolerance of abuse in my household

Hogun gasped as Trigger rushed in helping him and pulled the guard off him. "Thank you master." said Hogun. The word master still felt so foreign to him. But he wasn't going to risk getting Trigger in trouble or worse being shoved back into the dungeons or get a worse master. He knew how Eugene was treated. "I pity you. I was once captain of the guards in this army and clearly you didn't know that. And Loki was once my best friend. You saw what he did to someone who threated his consort and future spouse. You'll be lucky to be alive after this." said Hogun. When the guard broke free Hogun rushed forward shoving Trigger out of the way as he shoved the sword back at the guard stabbing him in the chest. As he fell he turned to Trigger. "Are you ok?" asked Hogun. He gasped feeling the dagger enter his back as he coughed up blood and fell over. XXXX The guard was arrested by one of theo thers who recognized Hogun. "Captain Hogun?" asked the new guard. He paused glancing at the disgraced guard. "You almost killed our former captain. Hogun is right. The king will want to see you. And you'd be surprised what you can live through." said the new guard. The disgrace guard broke free elbowing the guard and grabbing his sword. "I will not end up in prison. You will pay!" said the guard. He seemed to have snapped and charged at Trigger only to get stabbed in the gut as he fell over. Hogun had stopped him but he retaliated by throwing a dagger at Hogun which struck him in the back as the guard fell over. (ooc: feel free to have a doctor or someone rush into heal hogun. ju st figured the npc guard would likely snap at realizing he probably would spend life in prison or be killed. xD) |

(OCC: Gotcha, no worries. Welp I'm assuming the npc nasty guard is dying or dead after stabbing hogun so that's why I wrote like this)
Everything felt like slow motion. The guard came right at him. Trigger aimed to mind control the guard to stop but was shocked to see Hogun pull up to defend him. Hogun stabbing the guard in the chest, Trigger went to respond but was shocked the man used his last breath to stab hogun literally in the back. Trigger panicked as Hogun fell over bleeding. Trigger pulled him close No! NO! Stay with me hogun! I'll get help! He turned tearfully to the new guard and demanded Don't just stand there! Get help! Please! He saw the guard rush and Trigger pulled hogun close, cradling him, gently pulling the dagger and holding the wound tightly We'll get help for you hogun. My hero. You saved me Trigger even started to cry, he was so afraid. A stab in the back was very dangerous. He angrily turned to see the guard breathe out and die. Coincidentally, the doctor and new guard rushed in with a medical kit to assist hogun. Trigger turned to see both the doctor and the new guard express some disgust over the dead guard before going over to hogun. Trigger reluctantly allowed the guard to hold hogun as the doctor used some magic to heal him.
Trigger held his clothes in anxiousness, he turned to the doctor and replied with evident fear Will my servant be alright sir? Please tell me he will be alright He breathed a small sigh of relief as the doctor confirmed he would be fine. Just would need to prevent hard labor for the next few days or something. Trigger nodded being fine with this but he turned to hogun with a sad, worried face This is my fault. If only I was smarter or came here faster

The new guard wasn't fast enough and was shocked to see Hogun step up. the guard disgustedly pulled the guard away but was shocked to see him die after throwing a dagger at Hogun. The guard cried just as it stabbed him "Captain hogun watch out!" He then allowed the man to die before going off to go save the captain with a doctor. A doctor was walking by from his work as the guard came "Sir I must bother you with a emergency. Our former captain hogun is injured trying to rescue his master" The doctor nodded and followed him. He eventually came to the room and saw hogun "Mister trigger if you would please let me see him" He then turned to the wound and used magic "Do not worry sir, the dagger didn't go deep enough. But if I was slower it might of been more dire and risky"
"You're a hero captain, do not worry nothing is going to happen. You are going to be fine" The guard even smiled assuringly. He then turned to trigger and replied "I thank you for being so kind to him. Hogun has done a lot for us. It is nice that the king allowed a kind man to help him" He then turned to the doctor as he responded "Well it may take a couple days to heal and a day for it to stop being sore. So I suggest avoiding hard labor for the next few days"
