(ooc: couldn't resist this. Hogun thinking he's dying but he's not. and just assumes the wrong thing. so in a post or two he can wake up and trigger could be like don't you dare scare me like that again. xD) Hogun gasped as he fell over. He heard Trigger's words and smiled at him. He looked up as the guard returned with the doctor and he smiled. "At least I get to see a couple of my friends one last time. Can you tell Loki, Thor, Fandrall, Volstagg, and my family I died with honor?" whispered Hogun. He heard the doctor's words but he was already starting to feel out of it. So he couldn't hear everything that was being said. Assuming he was dying and forgetting they weren't alone he pulled Trigger into a kiss. He pulled back tears already falling from his eyes and streaking down his face. "It was an honor and a privilege to protect you. To know you. To love you. And be loved by you. I only wish it was longer. Trigger, I'm sorry." said Hogun. He closed his eyes thinking he was dying but the doctor had gotten to him in time so he was just falling asleep from exhaustion. He drifted off to sleep leaning towards Trigger. |

Trigger was about to talk more to the doctor when Hogun pulled him in for a tender kiss. Trigger wiped Hogun's tears and smiled softly before paling in fear at his words. Trigger began to panic terribly as hogun said his words and passed out. Trigger started to shake him My love? My love?! HOGUN! No! Stay with me! NO! He then turned to the doctor with tears of panic... only to realize hogun was simply exhausted and responding to a lack of blood. Trigger coughed in embarrassment Oh well that is extremely relieving He then saw the guard and doctor work together in picking hogun up and taking him to a hospital bed to heal and be comfortable. Trigger then assisted in some parts before the doctor gave him fluids and cleaned him up.

The doctor and guard were a bit shocked and confused only for the doctor to shake his head as hogun passed out. The doctor held his neck and replied with slight amusement "Fear not sir, Hogun has simply responded to the lack of blood. He is alive still, just extremely exhausted. Some fluids and a comfortable surface should do the trick. Quickly now, don't want him to be asleep for too long" With that, the doctor and the relieved guard quickly picked him up to the hospital room. The doctor gave him fluids and healed him up carefully "My goodness that bastard guard did a nasty looking cut, thankfully the looks are the worst part of it"

Hogun woke up in a hospital room spotting Trigger. Hogun smiled before his smile fell remembering what had just happened and he frowned. "I have been sent to hell to tormented by seeing you even though you're not really here." whispered Hogun, believing he was dead. He sighed. "Then I shall suffer this fate as long as I know you are safe Trigger. I only wish we could have had more time together." said Hogun. |

"What on earth...." The doctor was admittedly confused to hogun's talk but then laughed a tad as he realized hogun was unaware of the fact he was not dead. The doctor, despite trigger's anxiety, took this all in stride and replied "Hogun, sir, you are not dead. This is not hell. You simply lost consciousness due to loss of blood" He then proceeded to put healing ointment on hogun "I am actually glad you're awake now I can actually tell you to not engage in strenuous activities for a few days"
Trigger however didn't really find this funny. He got scared quite badly and after the doctor told hogun he wasn't dead. Trigger actually held hogun close. He then kissed him before giving a very light tap on hogun's shoulder. He then signed annoyedly and insistently Do not scare me like that ever again. You terrified me He then replied relievedly, smiling softly I am so glad you're alright. My hero He then forgot the doctor was there and gave him a very tender kiss

Hogun blinked in surprise. "I'm not dead?" asked Hogun, confused. He was surprised by how cold the ointment felt. He was taken by surprise at Trigger's words and then when he kissed him it removed all doubt. As Hogun wrapped his arms around him forgetting the doctor's warning. "It's really you." said Hogun. He smiled sheepishly. "I was so afraid he'd hurt you. I'm so sorry I worried you. And I can't promise not to scare you like that again. You are my master. I'd do anything to keep you safe and probably do that again if I had to." said Hogun. He then paused realizing the doctors were still there and he looked at them pleadingly. "Please don't say anything of this. We fell in love after I became his slave. Don't say anything. They'll take me away. If you have to punish me do it because I killed the guard. Don't hurt Trigger. Please." said Hogun. He knew this probably would surprise the doctors. Hogun had been a man of few words before and he probably spoke more words to them then they'd seen him speak before. At least in a day. |

It is me. And I am never going away Trigger seriously responded, holding onto hogun protectively. Again, not very concerned about the others in the room. He listened before nodding I know. But you can do that carefully in the future Trigger then turned to see the doctor and guard thanks to hogun's worried expression and statements. Trigger then looked to the other two in the room with the same sentiment hogun expressed shown in his eyes. Although he had a little bit of faith in the doctor and guard, since they tenderly cared for hogun, fear and worry did pass over him also. Trigger responded It is true. I'm in love with Hogun. If there is a price to pay for this to be swept under know that I will pay for it... Whatever you want I can provide for you both He was then shocked to see the doctor and guard both agree to have a oath of silence. He then smiled to the doctor as the man replied no strenuous activities for a few days and was required to rest. Trigger affectionately held hogun close then and replied Trust me doctor. I will make sure hogun is properly relaxed. Thank you

"Hogun, sir, with respect, I would never ever harm this relationship you both clearly have. You may be a slave now but you were my captain and you saved my friends life back in the day. I owe you greatly. I shall happily keep this a secret" The guard then bowed to hogun then. He turned and nodded as the doctor also agreed to a oath of silence. Replying there was no debt or anything to pay, just simply a agreement to be quiet.
The doctor meanwhile widened his eyes, this was the most hogun spoke as far as many knew. But the fact hogun spoke so much must've meant he was being honest. As a doctor what kind of person would he be were he to harm a patient so emotionally like this. The doctor turned to trigger and smiled softly "No. There is nothing you or hogun needs to do for me to be quiet. We don't need to inform the king about this at all. Besides, slave and master relationships are quite common anyway so people can not be suspicious about you two anyway. But as a doctor I must be respectful of my patient's privacy, so long as they agree to let me heal them" The doctor wrapped his injuries in bandages and replied "Which reminds me. Again, hogun, I advise no strenuous activity for a few days" The doctor then turned to trigger "Make sure he rests and is relaxed Mr. Trigger" He then replied again to hogun "No need to be punished hogun, sir. Your secret is safe with me. There's nothing to punish you for. Except for if you don't heed to my medical advice, then I'll just give you a stern scolding"

Hogun grinned. "I may not let you go to even try." said Hogun, with a grin. Hogun chuckled. "I'll try." said Hogun. He smiled hearing Hogun confirm they were in love. When the doctor and guard both agreed to be quite Hogun sat up hugging them both. "Thank you!" said Hogun. He hissed at the pain sitting back down on the bed, feeling a bit woozy as well from getting up so fast. "Guess I overdid that. Sorry." said Hogun. |

(OCC: We can end this soon, after a couple posts or so. Cause I'm tempted to do another trigger/hogun romance thread or at least try to do another new thread and I'm slowly running out of ideas for this one)
Trigger couldn't help but smile in some amusement and flattery as hogun said he wouldn't let him go to even try to leave. Trigger had such a love for this man, some people wouldn't understand the sheer love he had. He then got nervous immediately as hogun, in his joy, hugged the doctor and guard causing hogun to overstimulate his pain. In a attempt to calm him and make him feel less pain, trigger went over and proceeded to gently massage hogun's shoulders My love. The doctor said to be careful. Relax. Everything will be just fine He then tried to relax hogun some more with a kiss across the head Everything is alright

The guard and doctor both were surprised but flattered as they were hugged. But then the doctor unamusedly put him back on the bed. The doctor replied to hogun "Sir. As I said, your body is healing from the wound. You need to avoid immediate and sudden activity, especially like that. One false move can overstress your muscles. A few days rest will suffice" He then turned to the guard "Best we alert other guards of that man's treachery and harrassment though. That behavior cannot be allowed again. I'll have too many patients"
"Not to worry about that doctor. Leave that to me. That bastard will never be forgiven for his deed" The guard replied

Hogun smiled. "I'll relax. I'm just glad you're okay. If that creepy had hurt you or worse..... then I'd just be alone again." said Hogun. He smiled at the guard and doctor. "Thank you again. I didn't realize I still had friends here. I thought when Loki took over everyone would support Loki or left with Frigga and the others. I guess I have more to learn about the Asgardians here than I thought." said Hogun. He paused worrying glancing at the guard. "But what if he has family or allies here? We have enough trouble trying to stop the rebellion on Earth. We can't have Asgard fighting itself too." said Hogun. |

"His family and allies will be handled hogun. They will be explained of why he was killed and if they have problems, they shall be handled with legally" The guard assured. He shrugged "Tis no concern as of late. Few people dare betray the laws here. Many people fear them too much. And you have been most loyal to asgard. Most people do not forget your work for asgard" He then replied "Asgard shall be kept sane" The guard turned to trigger then back to hogun. He replied "I can respect loki while also respecting you. You have helped me many times captain, though you may not remember. It is the least I can do to keep this secret"
"And I am always respectful of my patient's privacy. I understand that can get political but I am a doctor first and a king's servant second. My job matters most to me" The doctor patiently replied. He did care for hogun in a personal way, seeing him in battle once before. But he mostly wanted to be private out of common courtesy. He then replied insistently "Now remember hogun, this medicine can also help with the inevitable soreness to come" He gave a bottle with a new lixor "I strongly advise against hard labor. Best you let him have bedrest Mr. Trigger sir"

Trigger was saddened that hogun was injured but was actually happy to let him rest. It gave him a slightly fun chance to spoil his new boyfriend. He already found up a couple of romantic ideas. He turned to the doctor and nodded insistently Fear not doctor. He will be tended to and looked after He then turned to the guard who said he will handle it and he replied to hogun If the man says it will be easily handled I think we can take his word for it He then held hogun close and replied Do not worry. You are not alone my sweet He kissed the man's forehead Not anymore
